In March I ordered an advertised product for about $25.00. Since then I have had two recurring $57.00 charges on my credit card that I did not sign up for and with no online access to an account to allow me to cancel it. On 2/26/2024, I ordered a Redwood Stiletto knife from SOS Self Defense. On 04/12/2024, I received a fraudulent charge for $69 from a connected company for a subscription I did not want, sign up for or agree to. I am requesting a refund and for the subscription to be canceled.Business Response

I keep getting a $57 charge on my Amazon/ Chase card. Initially showed up as a charge on 1/25/2024 on my Feb statement. Then shows as a credit on the March statement, them appears as a charge again for $57 on the statement for April. Why?
I can't find a way to cancel the source of this charge. Is it a subscription of some type. I have even been charged a $25 late fee on my card. I just want to cancel whatever.

I called the number once before and told them I wanted no subscriptions and told them I wanted my payment information taken off. I ordered a knife from this company. Got the knife, but now they are charging me for $57 a month for something called The National Self-Reliance Initiative. Never saw anything in the advertisement to tell me that by spending a few dollars on a knife, I was signing up for something I don't want. I bought knives from them for years, NO problems, now these conniving thieves thought they could cheat me with some idiotic and deceptive recurring charges of $57.00 I never authorized, never aware they were lying conniving thieves, I took a screen shot of my final invoice of $12.95, NOWHERE does it state they will now rip me off monthly with some idiotic theft by deception, sloppy flim-flam scam. I tried to call there phony number got voice mail and 1 of these derelicts hung up on me in the middle of my message?
