  I've had a Goodyear Credit Card for a few years now, and everytime I use the Goodyear Credit Card I pay the interest accured on the next bill. I paid a little over $21 this past month (June 2024) for interest and I haven't used this Card since December of 2023 or January 2024. I get my bill for July and I have $124.00 in interest! I called the Credit Card number and spoke to a lady that was trying to tell me that I had a 6 month promotional period and because I didn't pay this Credit Card OFF in those 6 months I am now going to be paying the interest that was accured. First off how was I on a 6 month promotional period when ive had this Card for over 7 years! I haven't USED this card in MONTHS! I've always just paid the INTERST I ACCURED THIS WHOLE TIME ON EACH MONTHLY BILL, HOW WAS I ON A 6 MONTH PROMOTIONAL PERIOD WHEN IVE HAD THE **** FOR YEARS!! I CUT this Goodyear Credit Card up it's in the trash and I will NEVER USE GOODYEAR AGAIN!! I was trying to explain to this lady that I've clearly had the Card much much longer than 6 months, but she talked down to me, she was rude, and I'm now ****** the **** OFF!!!

  Horrible Rip off I will never go back there They messed my headlights up and charged me n when I went back to tell them they told me something else was wrong and wanted to charge me again ***** from *********

  OIL LEAK - I am very very disappointed with their service. After changing oil, there was an oil leak and I asked them to check. After a few hours, Goodyear Cranberry, ** informed that it is fixed. But after a few days, there was oil leak again. I reported again and after Goodyear Cranberry looked into it, oil leak was back after a few days. This back and forth went for 3 times. Now I got really frustrated and took to ******************* ******* Service center at ******, ** and they inspected & found that the oil tank is damaged & will take $400 to fix this. I went to Goodyear Cranberry and they asked $160 for me to diagnose if it is an issue with oil tank or not. This is absurd, why I should I pay for some diagnosis for which they are primarily responsible. The Manager also said they can NOT fix it and only I ( customer ) have to pay for this **********************. This is shocking and unfair. Moreover the Manager is not willing to give his denial in writing. I am really shocked that, they were not able to fix the oil leak issue for more than 3 times. How can we escalate this issue to an higher official ? Please find a couple of photos for your reference.

  Poor management and working conditions in retread facility in ** that were concerning. Although OSHA protection is provided at minimum level building was dilapidated with insulation falling down and leaks in numerous places. Would expect more from a large company with "expensive" equipment inside. Their attention to issues of blatant discrimination and termination even during an active EEOC investigation show an extreme disregard for basic ethical standards. Would not recommend anyone work here.

  Do not go. They do not honor their own price match guarantee. On their own website it says If prior to making a purchase, or within 14 days of purchasing an eligible tire at Just Tires, you see a lower current price online or at another area retailer for the identical tire, Just Tires will match the lower price or refund 100% of the difference.When I showed the staff another local area retailers pricing, they told me they do not match other stores. They will only match their own website pricing or Goodyear.com pricing. When I showed them the policy on the JustTires website, they said in the 3 years theyve worked there they have never done that. So please either update your website or update your staff.

  I bought an alignment (which I had them do 3times) , and warranty for 4 new tires and these guys never said a world about needing brakes.... but also they never preformed the alignment because now all four tires need to be replaced less than ****** new.... These guys are super understaffed and they are not doing work they are charging people

  I was having car problems because my axle came off my car. When I initially called Goodyear before having it towed I verbally told them all the lights that were on and the mechanic damage I could see. They called me the day after to give me an update and the lady informed me that some the lights should come off after driving it but instead more lights came on after driving it. My main concern after picking it was the play of my wheel because it tightened but after 20mins of driving and I called them and told them I ended up having to push my car in a parking spot because I could not turn the wheel. I paid ANOTHER 150 for it to be towed back for Goodyear to tell me there is nothing they can do because they cant replicate the problem. So I left work to get my car and do a test drive with the mechanic. I drove first explaining all the extra lights that came on and SHOWED him how difficult it was to turn the wheel. He drove it and said he doesnt see what Im talking about even though I could see the wheel resisting when he turned the wheel. They told me they recommend I get a electrical diagnostic and that service would be more. I expressed To them that I didnt understand why that diagnostic was not ran initially When my car was brought in. The only thing the lady at the desk could tell me was she recommends I get another one or go to the dealership. This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic and I paid $1300 for my car to be fixed. My car is not fixed. The mechanic that was in the car kept telling me all their responsibility is to make sure it is drivable. I told him Im worried about my safety driving the vehicle, especially on the highway, but neither of them seem to care. ************************, ***************

  Stay away from Goodyear!!! Awful experience!! Made appt for simple oil change online. Relayed all my vehicle info and vin and given estimated total of $58.44. Upon checking in at 1pm for appt was told total would be $64. After waiting 3 hours of no communication, I was advised my vehicle was ready and now the total cost was $83.58 with no clear explanation as to why. As I stated they had all my vehicle info from the onset, so no reason for $25 price difference. I think this is called bait and switch and I am livid. Please spread the word and take your business elsewhere!!!

  My Five Star rating is for Goodyear of Stockbridge Georgia. Located at 7414 Davidson Circle East. This Goodyear location is the BEST! I called on 04/17/2024 to inquire of Labor for my vehicle and cost of parts. All my questions was answered by the Auto manager named Jack. The next day I brought my vehicle in for an alternator replacement. The part was replaced in no time. I was kept informed of the wait time which was not long at all. I was made aware of another issue I was aware of and that issue was taken care of at NO additional COST! The technicians and mechanics are kind, helpful, and caring. I was so thankful! Jack's father works at the auto shop as well. These guys are good at repairing auto issues and the fees are definitely reasonable although inflation is still going on. Thank you Guys! Y'all are the BEST!

  Customer ********************** was the best I have had at any other tire shop in 40 plus years. GoodYear Representative ********************* went above and beyond to help me when I was traveling over 2 k miles and had to be towed. My husband was waiting for me to get home on time to go with him to get his Chemo the next day and ********************* did everything in his power to get my job done and get me back on the road safely as soon as possible in ******, **! Thank you, *********************, for your help, quick and fantastic service!*******************************
