Went to their website to order tires. In order to overcharge customers and make our lives a living h-e-double-hockey sticks, they automatically charge you fees for tire installation and balancing, and there is ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION to remove the tire installation from your cart. I just needed four tires delivered to ME, not one of their affiliated businessesno muss, no fuss. (I dont and never will need an installation, but Goodyear has contracts with these third parties for installations so they can get their kickbacks, I guess.)Well, I guess I will never ever buy Goodyear again. Since you insist on making purchases a hassle and since you insist on overcharging customers for services they didnt ask for, I suggest you go ahead and close the rest of your factories down now because youre not going to keep people coming back that way.

I had an appointment scheduled at 1pm for an oil change and tire rotation. It is a quarter after 4 and they just pulled it in. They won't rotate the tires after I agreed to the oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation is noted as free just like my online quote. The price is higher today though. They said the prices changed. None of this sits well with me. They said the wear on the tires is why they could not rotate them **** hours later, but they could have said that when they grabbed the plate number and vehicle information. They have keen eyes for tires, yes? Now you see my dilemma. They seem like nice people, but as far as the ethical side of business is why they get a 1 star.

I purchased 4 new tires, installation and front end alignment on the Goodyear website on 8/28/22. I dropped off my truck for the installation at the Goodyear owned store on 8/31/22. I picked up my truck later that morning, and when I pulled out of the parking lot, and went about a block, my driver side rear wheel fell off, went across the oncoming traffic, and hit a store front. Fortunately, no other cars were hit and the no one was injured. I called the store, they sent someone to put the wheel back on, and I drove it back to the store. I was told they would take care of it and let me know when it was done. I picked up my truck right before closing and when driving, I notice I had to hold the steering wheel to the right to get the vehicle to drive straight, and there was a vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I called Goodyear corporate and told them what had happened, and was told to take the vehicle back to the store. After my previous experience, I told them I wanted to take it somewhere else. They gave me a case# and told me they would take care of any problems. I took it to another Goodyear distributor and was told the rear wheel that fell off was damaged and needed to be replaced, and the vehicle would need another front end alignment. After 3 days and another $626.60, I picked up the vehicle and it drove strait, but still had a vibration at highway speed. I called Goodyear again, told them I was taking the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer for further inspection. I was told they would work with the dealer to solve my problem. I received a call from the dealer, and was told 2 of the new tires were bad and Goodyear was sending them 2 new tires. After a week at the dealer and another $421.14 for the labor, I picked up the vehicle. I also had $514.70 rental car invoice as well and cannot get a return phone call from Goodyear, after being told multiple times they were having their insurance call me. I am out a total of $1,562.44 and countless hours on this ordeal.

Me and my mom went to this new company that opened in my area, Just Tires. Supposedly they told me that my stabilizer link was rubbing my car frame, so they charged us $1,500 USD. Okay Fair amount of money, no problem. As they kept checking out my car, they kept charging me more to replace the car frame and to remove the stabilizer link and and a new one. Basically they kept adding me and charging me, until me and my mom decided to leave.

I was recommended to this location so I called and spoke with representative over the phone informed of my issues in advance and I asked if they could handle my car issue. so I took my car in for a look to see why my car is running hot and I wanted it repaired. I was told they would do an inspection and I asked if they could inspect the entire car to find out if there are any other issues I need to address, the man at the counter said we will find out why I am having this issue and then we will go from there. They never called me, so I called and was told it was low of anti freeze and they performed a pressure test only and the car has an internal leak. I knew it was an internal leak and that was why I brought the car in for repair, they could not tell me where the leak was located and I was told to take it to a dealership. I am really disappointed that I spent $81.85 for you to tell me what I already knew (internal leak) they did not inform me where the leak is located (was it a head gasket, a manifold, etc?) I took car in for them to inform me and all they did was add anti freeze, I could have done that. I feel like because I am a woman they took advantage of me this is a scam they never intended to do the work. I am

I wished to rate this business as 0 Stars, but was required to leave at least 1.Took my car in for an oil change and new tires, and asked that some smoking was checked out, and agreed to let them change the air filter. While these services were satisfatorily performed, an alignment service for $200 was added onto my **** without my consent. The person I conversed with claims that he discussed this additional service with me, but did not. My wife picked up the car and paid, and when questioning the prompt that she was signing was told only that it was to say that they were releasing the car back to her. She said that she felt pressured to sign without explanation. The manager reassured me that they do not so that sort of thing there (I assume in the same way that they don't fabricate portions of their conversations with customers.)Upon questioning the charge this morning (as the manager had left the store before closing) they continued to claim that I consented to this service, and refused to correct it, callously offering me a "free" oil change upon my next visit, instead of the $200. I informed them that visit would not occur.Be careful what your signing around these guys. Not to be trusted. 0 Stars.

I had my brakes and rotors replaced and they have been squealing and not working properly since the installation. I was told it was because they are new and have to be broken in. They checked repeatedly and said nothing is wrong with them.
