      I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from my local dealership back in March 2023. I had them fill out their part of the rebate form and I filled my part out. Mailed all necessary documents to the Goodyear Rebate Center in El Paso, TX. Haven't heard from them so I sent them an email asking where was my rebate, low and behold they conveniently do not have my rebate. So the advised me to file this online, which I did and how about that it's not eligible for the promotion. I spent almost 900.00 on 4 tires, and it's not eligible. Wow, someone really dropped the ball on this one. Why have a rebate when you don't want to honor it.

      Had a low tire. GY mechanic said had a screw in tire and it was in a place where it couldn’t be patched. So I was given an estimate for a new tire. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. When I got to city where I live I stopped at tire shop and was told the tire could be patched. I will no longer trust or use Goodyear. Please get a second opinion.

      ******, the Service Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty on a Sunday afternoon. Moving forward, I will be coming to them for my service needs. Unbeknownst to me, two lug nuts on the spare tire on my van came very loose. I was changing the tires at a competitor's location and they refused to do anything with the tire until I had the stud examined by a mechanic to make sure it had not become damaged. They recommended I get the van towed to a mechanic on Monday to check it out. Good Year was open and got me in right away, took off the tire, inspected the stud, and put the tire back on. On top of that, there was no charge for their service! They are awesome and I will come to them first from now on!

      I took my vehicle to have the brakes replaced the roters turned and pins greased they turned the roters, and greased the pins but did not change the back breaks and it ate the roter up on the passenger back wheel and they charged us over $630. We are extremely disappointed in this. Especially since we have had to replace everything now. We will never go there ever again!!!!

      Slow, unstaffed and inconsistent business practices! I have went to this tires store on four different occasions and the wait times have been EXTREMELY LONG, I have received inconsistent information via phone which inconveniently made me have to come to the store multiple times to get my tire issues rectified. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone!

      Bought Goodyear tires with a $50 rebate. Then I was given the run a round when I went to redeem the rebate. It have been one thing after another. Missing information....Its approved... but invalid codes....missing emails or not sent ..phone calls... long follow **** Still no rebate but an escalation and promise to fix. I will not purchase Goodyear tires again.... A system designed to not pay rebates as promised !!!! Shame on Goodyear used to be a reputable company.

      They never honored the promised rebate. They implemented a mechanism to render my claim incomplete and I stopped trying after many humiliating attempts.

      Purchased Goodyear tires based on an advertised rebate. No where in the advertisement did it state that a specific rewards credit card was needed to obtain the rebate. While I am sure it was legal to advertise as such due to small print buried somewhere in T&C link, it was intentionally misleading and did not mention a stipulation of using a specific credit card.

      TERRIBLE product, WORSE CUSTOMER **********************. The oxymoronic name of Goodyear (think jumbo shrimp), owns Just Tires. WASTED $1,100 on this garbage and treated with contempt by manager who actually stated, "his mother-in-law IS Goodyear." Essentially, telling me to F... Off. (Just Tires in ************, **). Have file CONSUMER FRAUD ACTION with ******** ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE against Just Tires but filing additional COMPLAINT AGAINST GOODYEAR.

      Took my car in for a/c service which cost $387.05 to charge the system & check for leaks...at lot higher than other service centers charge! Found out there was a leak but GM would not cover the repair. Goodyear told me it was a big job and they could not help me with it! I found another local auto service center that would !!!
