      Took an entire yr to get my sectional. Ordered because I wanted down filler. My sectional is as firm as can be! Down?? I think not! Super exspense, poor customer service, poor quality. Spend your $$ elsewhere.

      Due to the use of down in your cushions they will be a little overstuffed upon delivery. This allows for the down to settle and create the soft sink in feeling you desire without the cushion depleting quickly. It can normally take 1-6 months depending on use. You will start to feel the difference in about ***** days. Please reach out to our customer service department if you have any additional questions or concerns. ************* option 3

      Beware shopping here, they will sell you things and ship them to your home and then come back months later and say you didnt pay for them and demand payment. What kind of store ships items that you have not paid for. Just make sure you keep all of your recipes or shop elswhere. Nevermind the fact that I am positive that this was paid for, but of course I cant find the recipet.

      I bought a floor vase and had it sitting in. My master bedroom was never touched. It was out of the way A crack in the seam of the vase, started to develop and separate. You can take one look at it and see that it is not a self-inflicted bump or anything of that nature Clearly a defect in the seam. The concrete color is showing through as the crack begins to separate. I have pictures, and its very obvious because it is a straight line that runs down the vase. The store and customer service refuses to work with me on this issue. It has been 60 days of purchase and even though that is 30 days over their return policy this is a defective item that is occurring naturally, which I feel is not right Do your homework before buying at Arhaus.

      My husband and I placed an order with Arhaus furniture for the Luca 60” Bluestone top dining room table and 6 Alma slipped dining room chairs on 2/27/22. 8 months later the furniture was delivered. The slipcovers on the chairs were wrinkled, dirty on the bottom, and oversized on the chairs. I took pictures and returned to the store only to be told that I needed to work with Customer Service on my concerns. CS sent out a technician to inspect them on 10/27/22. His written recommendation was to order a new set of slipcovers. This was done on 11/20/22. New slipcovers arrived 10 weeks later and they looked the same as the original ones! CS sent out a 2nd technician to inspect the 2nd set and were told they were incorrectly sewn and did not fit the style of the chair correctly; however they were fixable. I returned to Arhaus on 2/4/23 and spoke to the store manager. She agreed that the slipcovers did not look good. Showing no real concern over this situation, her solution was to send a delivery truck and pick the chairs up and refund my money. She had no interest in Arhaus solving this issue. I emphasized that I liked the chairs and wanted to keep them, but would like slipcovers that fit properly. I asked her why my chairs could not look like the ones displayed in the store-no reply. I found an upholsterer who could fix the slipcovers and I had Arhaus reimburse me the cost. This nightmare ended on 3/6/23. We went into Arhaus thinking they were an upscale furniture store who would stand behind their product. This was not the case. The fact that they would not even consider having the slipcovers fixed told me everything I needed to know about their customer service. The lack of communication between customer service, delivery service and the store were unacceptable. Let this review be a warning to future customers who might be interested in purchasing slipcovers for their chairs-you may want to think twice! I will not be purchasing or recommending Arhaus in the future.

      6 month old Ashby sofas that look like garbage. They hardly get used and are basically brand new. The cushioning in the arms and at the base of the sofas is dimpling. It looks like a golf ball has hit those areas and left big divots. They sent a repair man out who didnt know anything about furniture and couldnt even make eye contact with me while in my home. He claims this is normal wear and tear of the fabric??? I have owned numerous sofas over the years and have never seen wear and tear like this! . There shouldnt be wear and tear, they are basically new! Arhaus is claiming this is a fabric issue and isnt covered by the extended warranty I purchased! Shame on the!!! The cost of these sofas is a joke for the garbage that they are. Very disappointed and I will scream this from the rooftops and make sure everyone I know or come in contact with will beware and not shop from Arhaus! They dont stand behind their products!!!

      Terrible Customer Service!! I ordered a bedroom set. Took 5 months to get 3 of the pieces. Still waiting on the dresser I ordered in August. They never call you back or answer e-mails. I have to drive to store to get any answers. They said my dresser should be arriving soon....it's been 2 weeks - no word from the shipper. When the manager looked at my account - I had been charged for 2 dressers and then never credited for the coffee table that was damaged and returned. She said she would order any audit. How do they stay in business?

      The consumer was contacted and everything has been sorted out. The refund was processed 04/28/23 she had not saw it reflecting prior to the review but did confirm receipt when I spoke with her. She was made aware that the remaining dresser was at the local delivery hub. The consumer was compensated for the delays. This matter has been resolved.

      We had a horrible experience with Arhaus in the DFW area. We used to love doing business with them. A representative in Fort Worth asked for our credit card to “hold our partial order” knowing we had not finalized zed our order and did not want the pay their outrageous shipping cost for one tiny item. Due to a drag in the family we were were unable to finish our order. To meet quota the manager placed our incomplete order and Arhaus has deceptively charged our card without our consent and our order being complete. We were ll never do business there again after being so deceived. Shame on the manager of the store for causing us such stress.

      The Order was placed 10/2022 with the customers consent and signature. The customer received scheduling calls starting late October of 2022. Delivery was delayed at each outreach by the customer (death in the family, not ready, etc). We were not informed of an issue until the last outreach. The customer was informed she would not be able to cancel the order due to us holding the merchandise over 30 days. This was listed on the receipt the customer signed. When the guest escalated we made an exception and the order was cancelled and refunded in full 04/27/23, we believe we have adequately addressed the issues of this customer.

      As has been expressed, we immediately emailed the store and the shipping department. We have numerous emails to prove so. We also went into the store when we were near trying to find the sales clerk who was not there each time. This is the fault of Arhaus. The order was not complete and should not have been placed until we were able to complete the order. We were told the order would be held but Arhaus deceived us during a difficult time. This proves Arhaus is not honorable!!! Consumers must know of Arhaus corporate attitude and actions towards consumers. We were deceived and will forever know Arhaus is not a place consumers should trust in any way. Arhaus has had multiple opportunities to handle this correctly. The fact that I had to leave the store mid order due to my uncle's death makes Arhaus' actions even more despicable. We will continually tell others and post and repost all that occurred including our numerous emails to the store and shipping while we were dealing with a death. Consumers must know of Arhaus' attitude towards customers. We will also post all follow up emails. Arhaus corporate response and actions towards us were deceptive trade practices. Everyone must be aware Arhaus will not respond to emails to the store or shipping department and they are not honorable. Despite the fact we immediately emailed...and this is the fault of Arhaus personnel in the ********** Store did not do what they said they would. We were treated horribly. Arhaus has no compassion and completely cheated us by placing the order without the order being complete. It is sick that Arhaus made a death in the family worse with their deception.

      Do not do business with Arhaus. We were deceived and Arhaus did not make it right. Due to a death, we had to leave in the middle of an order. The order was not complete. We repeatedly emailed the store and the shipping department. We were ignored and then cheated! Arhaus' actions are deceptive trade practices. We will post all emails on several sites so other consumers know of Arhaus actions towards consumers. The order was not complete. This was a deceptive trade practice by Arhaus. Arhaus took advantage of our family because a death occurred mid - order. Again, the order was not complete and should not have been placed! Arhaus should have made this right with each email response we sent. Arhaus refused. There is a reason Arhaus does to have standing with the BBB. Please look for posts of all emails we sent and judge Arhaus' response yourself.

      Terrible customer service and delivery of sofa Purchase sofa in January of 2023. After much time the sofa was delivered damaged, and I did not accept delivery.They did not have a problem accepting payment before the sofa had been delivered.Now May 2nd, still no sofa and after enquiring they said probably mid-May.How do they stay in business with such terrible customer service?Deeply disappointed

      The original delivery 03/11/23 of the custom sofa arrived damaged. the consumer refused and we started construction on a new sofa with an eta of 05/20/23, custom pieces have an production time of ***** weeks. The sofa is on schedule with no delays. Consumer was offered a price adjustment for appeasement. The consumer has been contacted and we consider this issue resolved.

      I placed an order for 4 ****** Chairs in 6/22. The order was delivered in 8/22. 2 chairs were satisfactory, 1 chair was flawed and 1 chair was broken. I kept 3 chairs, and an exchange and a replacement was ordered. From 8/22 - 1/23, 4/5 failed deliveries with flawed or broken chairs arriving each time. In November I accepted a flawed chair since the holidays were here, but 2 chairs remained in exchange process. Communication from Arhaus stopped in January and collection letters started. I received 4 letters saying I owed $1k, which I didnt since full payment was collected upon purchase. They stated a refund was issued in 10/22, which they didnt. I spent of all 4/23, speaking with at least 8 different agents- *****, *****, ****, ******, ********, ******, *******, supervisor ****** and each time over an hour was spent familiarizing them with my case. Each agent I spoke with argued I owed money, until I finally submitted proof I didnt. After 20+ hrs of personal time spent on phone with Arhaus, researching emails, collecting information from bank, submitting records they finally acknowledge A CLERICAL ERROR and the outstanding money is sitting in my Arhaus Ledger. They now have to issue a refund, the have me resend money back to Arhaus to satisfy the collection issue. Wow! As if my horrible experience isnt enough, they now want my help clearing up their books. Guess what? They dont care. Im sorry isnt good enough. Im not getting paid to audit their records. Arhauss system and procedures are flawed, communication between departments and is inefficient. A less savvy costumer would be sent to collection and their credit would be affected if they hadnt kept receipts, emails and bank statements. In addition, the time Im out for failed deliveries is above and beyond reasonable for a top notch company. False advertisement- ************************** is not how I would describe my experience. THEY DONT CARE would be a more accurate description.

      This issue has not been resolved. Im still out two flawed chairs, and your representative stated you would issue some sort of monitory apology. But wouldnt be able to until the entire transaction was closed. Mind you-its almost a year since I placed my purchase and your departments are working independently of each order leaving the customer to hold all the edges together. Bad business!

      DON'T BUY these TELEGRAPH FILE CABINETS : *********************************************************** The locks are CHEAP! They FAIL, and it takes a very long time to replace. I had my taxes inside, ledgers etc. and could not access. Had to xcl accountant and filed for an extension... ready to hacksaw apart, but they will not cover or return the item. Awaiting replacements. The Technician said it happens A lot with these locks. Customer service was not empathetic to the severity. For $1600 this should not happen. Why have a secure File cabinet if you can't get in? Failed design. User's recommendation: find a different product if you're spending that type of money.
