      I was told the 300$ delivery fee for a 4X2 framed picture was for white glove service. I took a smaller size secondary to this fee, which was non negotiable.When the picture was delivered, it was left on my front porch. No knock, no white glove service; which I was paying for. No one unboxed it, or took away the box it shipped in. When I asked via email for a refund of white glove service, I was told by the online consultant, that he made a mistake, that pictures are not part of white glove service, but the fee remains because it is shipped via a truck. Everything is shipped via a truck or van.Although it would have fit in the backseat of a sedan.Its disgraceful, that ARHAUS.com does not encourage customers satisfaction, and allows this significant overcharge. There has been no response to my last request for reimbursement of white glove service.

      I bought a rug here 6 months ago, at some expense. Today, it looks as if I have had it for years -- and it's just my husband and I. Not only is it not holding up well, but the tufting is coming undone. I've had to glue rug elements back in place. Pictures sent to Arhaus Furniture were acknowledged yet I had to follow up. **************** told me there is nothing that can be done. I will not be shopping at Arhaus Furniture again. Moreover, I'm going to do my best to tell friends and family to avoid this vendor, and share my complaints on social.

      I wish I would have looked up Arhaus reviews before ordering. The customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. They charged $600 for delivery of three dining chairs, which unfortunately I agreed to. That said, I expected a professional and easy white glove delivery that they say they provide. Took four hours off from work for the delivery but only one chair was delivered. The delivery person used his teeth to rip off the paper on the chair, only after I told him I would like to see the chair to check for issues. Once the paper was off, he asked me how much I spent on the chair. Huh? I call customer service to check o. The status of the other chairs. No call back. I call again and was told theyd get back to me. No call back again. Third call, still no one knows anything and theyll get back to me. Haha Then I get a delivery email from the delivery company stating I was getting three chairs. I only needed two more, so I call Arhaus yet again (usually a good twenty minute hold each time) and spoke to a very rude agent who condescendingly told me I was wrong, Id only be getting two. I pressed her and asked what I should do if three more were delivered. She scoffed and said that wont be happening.Guess what happened? Yup, an extra chair was delivered. And now the delivery company is calling and emailing and texting 8 times a day to schedule a pick up.Problem is my husband annd I already taken time off from work two days, four hours each day, for the mix up in their delivery. Now they want me to take another four hours? I called to talk with customer service about this issue and I was told theyd call me back. Three days later, no call. Im stuck taking another four hours. No apologies, no compensation, NOTHING. And with the expectation of one worker, theyve all been rude. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

      I was solicited through Facebook by an Arhaus sales person. She repeatedly lied to me. She was always there if I wanted to order things but would avoid me if I wanted to cancel. I have saved every text message that she sent me. I ended up canceling my entire order, except for two lights because of the way I was treated. I have been trying to return the lights since the day I opened them. They are supposed to be matching, but they dont and the openings of the glass that the bulbs go into is not the same. The lightbulbs that I want to use will only fit in one and not the other. I would think that a furniture store that often speaks of their find quality would be able to make a matching set of lights. Actually match. I have tried on numerous occasions to call the company, but have been told that the CEO will not allow me to speak with them. After they tell me this, they hang up on me. I dont care if the CEO wants to be childish and not speak to me, but I have the right to return a defective product. I even sent him an email with the pictures of the product. I am 59 years old and have never in my lifetime. Been treated this way by any company. You have the right as a business not to sell to somebody but once you do you have to take responsibility of your product. I am going to try to work with the BBB first and then at that point I will go to the attorney general and if that doesnt work I will get my lawyer involved. This is a matter of principle.

      I placed over $15k in orders with Arhaus last year. I usually just pay things up front in cash but they sold me on their Archarge card - 12 months no interest. It turned out to be a total scam (they failed to mention the $1000 finance charge). When I called the manager to complain she said she could not help. I get that it was probably in the fine print somewhere (in the 50 pages behind the electronic signature) but they should tell people up front about all costs and not tell them it is 12 months no interest. It is misleading. You expect salespeople to be taking care of you, not pulling one over on you. I have half a house still to furnish - they have lost a customer forever.

      The Archarge card is administered through ************** not through Arhaus. Generally speaking, if all purchase amounts are paid off within the specified time (appears to be 12 months in this instance) then no interest charges will be applied to this account. The 'interest free' period begins the day the order is placed by the customer. We suggest this customer reach out to ************* for further questions regarding payment applications and the incurring of interest charges.

      I paid if off in less than 12 months!!! I have never carried a credit card balance on any card and the only reason I took this 'deal' is that I was told it was no interest for 12 months. My issue is that the 'deal' that Arhaus offered (through ********) was not as advertised. The sales people either did not know or did not share the hidden fees. If a sales person is pushing a 'deal' on customers they should disclose the full details. When I called the manager to discuss the fact that I was not told the truth, she was less than helpful and said she would do nothing. Literally, had she offered a 5-10% discount on future purchases for the 'miscommunication' I would have been happy. But she rudely told me she would do nothing. I have at least $15-$20k more in furniture I need to buy for my new house. It won't be from Arhaus.

      Yes, it was delivered on 2/7/2023 but the finish of the table and the table base is not smooth well. I don't think that it's worthy for this amount of money I paid. Even the quality of the finish was different than the displayed on in the shop.

      I placed an order with Arhaus online 1/3/23. I needed to modify the order prior to shipment. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails with zero response. I have tried online chat and talked to a store person at a physical store and was told they cannot help with an online order. This place seems like a total scam. This is not how to operate a business. I want to cancel my order and theres absolutely zero customer service.

      This was my first time purchasing furniture with Arhaus. My husband and I purchased a bed and two nightstands for $5000. For the price, I was expecting a high end product with high end services. Initially, we had some defect issues with the nightstands, but the company sent replacements a few weeks later and now, both the bed frame and nightstands are in good working order and look nice. My issue with this company is not the furniture, but the customer service. I went to the local ********************** store to ask for a fabric swatch that matched the ********* of our bed in order to complete the design of the rest of our room. The sales rep I encountered was rude and unhelpful and I left the store with a sour taste in my mouth and no fabric swatch. I then contacted concierge who sent two INCORRECT swatches several weeks after I contacted them. I sent 3 emails requesting the appropriate swatch without a response over another 2 week period. I again called concierge and was transferred to **** of online sales. He said they just dont have the swatch,concluding communication and ignoring my several suggestions to rectify the situation such as cutting one from a defective bed, giving me the information for the company who provides the fabric so I can call them myself, calling the store, etcOverlooking this important detail in the high end furniture market reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Having accessible fabric and paint swatches is a MUST. Their direct competitors, such as PotteryBarn, allow you to order swatches directly from the website without hassle. I think customer service for this company needs an overhaul and an attitude adjustment. Their expectation is that I carry around a queen ********* in order to match fabrics and other pieces of furniture.

      As a follow up, I have received no further contact from the company nor have I received a swatch. It has now been another 3 weeks and a total of 2.5 months since I ordered the furniture. I am wholeheartedly not surprised at this point. If you decide to do business with this company and youre lucky enough to have no issues requiring customer service, then this may be a nice experience for you, but if you do need customer service for even a small matter, prepare for a major headache.

      The customer service I have been shown through this company is the worst I have ever seen. In a follow up to my original review, I received a message from a representative on 1.3.23 and was asked to return their call. I was able to connect with Arhaus today (1.4.23) and cannot even begin to explain the lack of customer service. The Kensington table we purchased was almost two thousand dollars-to be told the best they could do is send us a touch up kit is extremely disappointing. To then be told not to eat warm food on the table was preposterous. We took all the necessary precautions to ensure the integrity of this table-how do we eat food for dinner that is not warm. This is a dining table-made to be able to place food on. We saved and saved for this table because we believed in the quality and the integrity of this company. This company should be ashamed of the quality of furniture they are delivering.

      We have reached out to this customer and found that the customer is not following recommended use/cleaning of the table. Wife admitted that she uses a wet cloth and/or dish liquid to clean the table which are not recommended. Also, admitted that they use paper plates with hot food directly on table, without place mats or other protection from the surface. Was advised that we sell touch up kits which would help, but will not 'fix' damage that has occurred to improper use/cleaning.

      This is simply not true. They were called paper plates when in reality they are plastic plates used with a charger underneath-thats why a placemat was not used. The customer service rep from ********************** was the most rude person and tried everything to fully place the blame on the customer. This company is a complete scam. Per the recommended care it states mild soap and water with a cloth-this was the direction followed per their recommendation of care. The worst company we have ever dealt with the worst customer service!

      We have purchased many pieces of Arhaus over the last 20 years but the quality and customer service experience has really declined. On 10/13/22 I contacted the concierge about a broken spring/clip on our Kimpton sofa which was delivered June 2021. This is the 4th broken clip in several years (previously had same problem with a ****** sofa 3 different times resulting in replacement). Since October we have been waiting on the parts to be delivered so we can schedule repair. Numerous phone calls to the concierge have proven frustrating in lack of interest to resolve the delivery. Left my name to be contacted by a supervisor weeks ago and have heard nothing. Wont be buying Arhaus again.
