    This company shouldn't be in business. They don't deserve a single star. I made a reservation in June 2023. I paid my deposit. I gave the agent an inventory of what I had for him to pick up. Not once did he tell me my items were too much for the space I paid for. My total was $2,200. My pickup date was scheduled for 10/13/2023. When the drivers arrived to pick up my items, he was very rude and left 70% of my items behind which i hed to put outside by the dumpster. I only had couple of days in my apartment. the driver said I had too many things. They were charging me additional $3000.00 to bring everything in my inventory. I don't have that much $ . They took 21 boxes, a TV stand, refrigerator, a piece of rug and 2 TV's). My delivery date was spread out from 10/20/ 23 to 12/5/ 23. I have Been calling the company since for an ETA, but no one has ever given me an ETA. They keep telling me that I will get a call, but to no avail. Just last week Monday 11/27/23 I was told by one of their customer service Rep that my items were still in ********** and my delivery route is not their normal route. I don't understand why they took my things if they can't make the delivery. Other moving companies was calling me to make a offer. Today is 12/4/23 and when I called again, I was told the same thing they been telling me (the driver will call me when my things are on its way). I asked to speak to a manager. She was very rude and couldn't give me any information about my things. This is like a bad dream I need to wake up from. My everything in life are in those boxes. I can't get a job because all of my important documents are in those boxes. My kids clothes and special toys are in those boxes for the holidays. I am staying with friends with my kids because I can't get a job my social security card and nursing license are also in those boxes. The contract expires tomorrow still I don't know where are my things. I am talking to a lawyer. Someone need to pay!!

    This company is absolute garbage! It doesn't even deserve a star! They broke my TV stay damaged I don't know how many things I've mine and I can't even get them to replace it because they scam you on the contract for insurance stay away from this company I'm going to post as many times as I can that's how angry I am It's company is absolute garbage it's worthless!!!!!!

    This company is definitely a scam, they give you one price and at the day of pickup its another price, and they tell you the initial price was an estimate. They picked up my stuff from October 18, and l still have not received them. Do not use this company!!! **************** is very poor. They are rude and I empathetic

    Zero stars. After reading the reviews I realized it is a total scam. My move was a complete nightmare. 1st off I highered North American who turned around and used this company as a 3rd party. They will also be getting a complaint. I was told several times to verify I would have access to my belongings once they reached *********** **. Two days after arriving they called to let me know I had no access until I have it delivered and I would not be told where my stuff was being kept! I still 1/2 believe it's not even in the state.It states it may be up to 30 days to get delivered and I'm to believe it's in the state? The price went up $2000 after they stated "the job was under estimated". The day of my move they showed up at 9am and had to wait 2 hours for someone to call and let me know about it being $2,000 more after North American quoted me a total of $1200 which they advised was no longer a good quote.Showing ** in an Enterprise Rental truck they had already picked up the belongings for 2 other people so didn't have enough room in the truck for mine. I had a 2 bedroom apartment, mostly boxes. So....they took another $400 leaving a balance of $1800 due. They left a 1/3 of my belongings there because there was no room on the truck. I will have to fly back and get a small Uhaul to bring the rest of my stuff back from KY to *****.They rush you into signing all new bill of ladings because the movers are standing there and can't load until you do. I advised them in my "email" to have my items delivered to my new storage unit that I have contacted the BBB and I will be getting an attorney involved. There reviews on line are a load of c*** They show a 5 star then a 1 then a 5 then a 1, obviously someone working from them is on making up "wonderful reviews that I have no doubt in my mind do NOT even exist.They need to be shut down and be sued as a class action. TOTALLY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT.

    I was told that they had 3 trucks that made weekly trips up to my new area so I should have my stuff in no time. Its now been a month and my stuff is sitting in a warehouse in *******! Ive been on an air mattress for 30 days! I WANT MY STUFF!!!

    Run far far away. They will take your money and loss all your stuff never pay a claim. They will double your price, put you on the truck and hold your stuff till you pay. Broke everything lost ashes and all stuff you will never get back.

    I was referred to this company by another moving company and I regret it. They left off a few items off my inventory list, and then almost doubled the price. When I requested a refund for not using their service and no using other movers, they had the nerves to only offer me a credit toward afuturemove!

    Run from these folks. Horrible bait and switch and everyone lied. Told us they would readjust the quote once it got to the depotthey dont do anything except add expense for space not used. Horrible experience

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We used them - We had already put our deposit down when I discovered these reviews which are 100% accurate despite what the BROKERS try to tell you - Even after being "reassured" that they would not charge more (lie) - as we already had everything in storage when they moved it so we knew the square footage based upon that alone - they ended up charging us MORE ($3000 more!) after they loaded everything up - half of the stuff was broken in the move. Save yourself the heartache, frustration and money and move it yourself.
