    Why cant we give ZERO stars?! Im heartbroken and stressed beyond belief. 1st Ill start by saying I didnt hire this company. I hired READY RELOCATION EXPERTS, which connected me to them. Our original quote was around $1700. By the time I was connected to US INTERSTATE AND RAIL, I was locked in with non-refundable deposits. The 1st $688, before they re-assessed our items, and changed our quote to just over $3200 after re-assessing our items. The 2nd deposit $830. I couldnt afford to back out. By the time USIR established what items we had; they(USIR) told us we owed another $1,500 before they would start moving items. Our quote was now over $4000. They picked up our items on 9/20/2023. Delivery spread was between 9/23-11/04/2023. Today is 11/07/2023 and our items are still in the originating state, still with no delivery driver confirmed. I have not once gotten a curtesy call from USIR, EVEN after theyre beyond their delivery spread. I have created a complaint with the ******************************************* and next will be the insurance company, which cant be completed till our items are delivered.

    I am currently in the midst of a MESS with this company (US Interstate and Rail) and USA VanLines!
    I contracted with USA VanLines for a move of my possessions. My boxes were picked up by USA VanLines on October 28 and I was told that they would be delivered between then and November 2.
    When I booked the move, I spoke with someone named Jason and have YET to be able to speak with him again!!!
    My bank account reflects he payment was made to US Interstate and Rail.
    I have been calling and emailing USA VanLines since October 31 and have gotten NO satisfaction OR answers as to where my boxes are OR when they will be delivered.
    I have spoken to a few people who have had NO answers! On a few occasions I was told that the out of state reps were in meetings and could not be reached. My calls were not returned.
    Another persona transferred me to another number and there was NO answer at that number.
    I have emailed and have left voice messages and have gotten NO RESPONSE!
    I began reaching out to US Interstate and Rail and have left voicemail messages there as well and STILL NO RESPONSE!
    ALL of my belongings and my life - CLOTHES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS - are in those boxes!
    I AM DISGUSTED, DISGRUNTLED, AND FURIOUS!!!

    Do not use. Most of our furniture was heavily damaged and even missing. They overcharged me $2369. The absolute worse moving company in the world. Liars and cheaters. The company they used was so unsafe and drivers had the smell of alcohol

    7/26/23 US Interstate and Rails -I was quoted $7K after providing the inventory of items to be moved per their request. 8/2/23 The US Interstate and Rail **************************** -3 people showed up at my home in the afternoon. No call confirming when they would be arriving.I was told then the fee would now be $13K due to too many items-I told them I provided the inventory list-he informed me Im using up too much truck space forcing me to play ******* Choice with my belongings, leaving precious items behind since I was afraid the price would go up even more. It escalated quickly from a customer/ business interaction to a mafia style exchange.I was so racked with anxiety thinking Ill never see my belongings again.8/11/23 -I received a call from US Interstate and Rail, he would be arriving 8/12 10am -I asked how many movers would be with him, he said 2 or 3 guys. I wanted to make sure we had refreshments. He called to say he was running late. He showed up alone.My elderly brother in-laws happened to stop by and helped which could have resulted in their injury or death with their pre-existing conditions. That drove my anxiety even higher. He was there 5 hours in total and tried to give me a box of someone elses shoes, when I said theyre not mine, he said you dispose of them then. So now I know how my hand truck, a 2-step stool and a giant basket didnt get delivered and how my heirloom French urn and vintage chair got destroyed without apology.This was not a $6,000 job. This was a $14,000 heist. **

    I have had an AWFUL experience with this company. The initial call and right up until they picked up my stuff they were happy and helpful and communicative. Then the day of my move until now it has been impossible to get ahold of them. They quoted me a price and added $800 when they picked it up because it was too much even though i told them EXACTLY what I had and they said even if you acquire more furniture thats plenty I have been waiting over three weeks for my delivery and it still isnt here. They also outsource their packing and trucks to a company I did NOT agree to working with and did not know that until they showed up and at that point I had no option. RUN DO NOT USE THEM. ITS NOT A GOOD DEAL AND ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS

    DO NOT USE THIS CO! My story lines up with the other reviews here. I paid double for the move upon pick up. I signed a **ntract at that time, but then received another one with the delivery spread listed. The spread ended Oct 17th, it is now Oct ****************************************************************** when it will arrive. This ** works with several different moving **mpanies who ************** the belongings. I have tried to reach that ** also, but they claim to have delays because of a late delivery driver. Every time I call, different excuse. Each call takes at least an hour of hold time. I have offered to pick up the things myself at this point, and I was told I would get a call back but did not. I have no idea where my stuff is or when I will get it. Based on other reviews, I expect my things to be broken and/or missing.

    worst company ever. They are looters.They will come to your door and start asking double the quote. I didn't agree so they left all the big items and at the destination point they asked 600 dollars extra above **** dollars for delivery, they didn't deliver unless i agreed to pay that in cash. Horrible company and customer care.

    This experience gets worse every second. So now the company wants cash money order or check to pay them the **** today. Why would anyone pay movers with cash first off? I have not checks I have a card that I use for EVERYTHING. I don't even pay my rent with check. Now we have to run and try to figure out how we can get $**** out at once. We don't bank locally. No communication on any of this. I guess we will see how long they will hijack our stuff now like everyone else on here.

    This company is horrible. They tacked on extra fees prior to pick up and then again at pick up. Our belongings were picked up on September 6, today is October 28th, we still have not received our belongings nor have we been given an estimated date of delivery. At pick up we were told ***** days. This company has lied to us, is unresponsive, and has cost us additional expenses for essentials we need that were packed on the truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
