Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. You have so many other options than this place. ********* ******* City. I don’t care how cheap stuff is. It’s either broken or something is missing. If you complain they delete your account.

Bidder's accounts are suspended if they have open invoices. Accounts are turned off for theft, for tampering with labels, for threats towards our staff or physical altercations. We do not deactivate accounts for complaining about an item.

For items that have been reported to the removal staff as missing, the warehouse will look for missing items after the removal days have passed for that auction. If the items are found, an email will be sent to you notifying you that it has been located. If they are not located within 4 business days after the last removal day, the system will automatically generate a refund for the item. As long as missing items are reported to the staff, they will be refunded if they are not located.

This company falsely identifies items and sells them for higher prices. I purchased a 360 car seat for my son and I got it home and it was a completely different car seat that he couldnt even use. I paid a lot of money and didnt receive the item I paid them for. Their employees do not care to accurately label the items. They have zero customer service and do not care to help their customers that get screwed. This place is awful.

Below is the refund policy included on every auction that's posted, on the auciton terms and on signs throughout our warehouses:Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, returns, or exchanges will be considered unless the item has been misidentified, or product condition is incorrect. It is the bidders responsibility to understand the defined product conditions and to thoroughly read all product descriptions and notes before bidding. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may inadvertently misidentify or mis-condition an item. Should you discover an error in the identification or condition of the item you won, please see an associate AFTER checking out and before leaving the building so the issue can be addressed. No refunds will be issued once you have left the building. Being familiar with these terms is very important as to how the items condition is assessed. We always recommend doing a little homework online for larger purchases. Double check to see how many boxes the item should be in. That way you'll know if your item is complete or not. All of these terms are posted in every auction and must be agreed to in order to place a bid.

Been a FastTrack/BidFTA customer for close to 20 years (The McMann road warehouse was about the only one) I was on vacation in Florida all of last week. My bids and my watched items were both empty before I left because I did not want to win anything while on vacation and have to worry about getting it as soon as I got back. On Thursday evening March 6th I got an email with a receipt for items I had won. Expensive Graphics cards that I would NEVER bid on or try buying because I have learned not to buy ANYTHING electronic through BIDFTA. So, I logged into my account and looked to see if I was bidding on anything else and OMG, someone using my account was bidding on a lot of items and auctions at both Edwin M**** in Dayton and Vandalia Ohio. I never go to or bid at either. I stick to Kentucky for the most part. I immediately emailed support but they were out of the office. I called **** and immediately cancelled my main card marked as primary payment so I would not get anymore charges BUT they somehow switched to my secondary card and third card listed. They ended up hitting me for over $1700.00 So much so that they nearly emptied my checking/Debit card account leaving me with NO money to access while I was on vacation. Friday morning I got up and went to a local ATM and withdrew out ALL the remaining cash that I could leaving my checking with $35. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card so they would not start charging me NSF charges for Auctions. By this time Support at BidFTA (Kristi namely) responded back to my emails about the fraud auctions purchases and tried to blame me for bidding. She then accused my of giving my account info to friends and family that were using it to bid. TO BE CONTINUED!!!

Continued... I have never shared ANY of my info with anyone. She then tried to say I left an auction invoice at a auction and someone got it. OK, first off I use the app and generate a QR code. I never print receipts. Also, even if I did and they got my paper copy all they would get in my name and address along with the items I bought. They would not get my account number not would they get my account password. I emailed her back and told her that it looked like an inside job, maybe a current or former employee and that I'd bet bank someone would show up to pick the items up. Around 1:00 P.M. I get a call from the manager at Vandalia asking me if I sent someone to pickup my items for me. I told her I had reported the fraud and that she should call the police and have them arrested. Turns out whomever bought the auctions hired someone online to go pickup auction items and deliver them. He had a stack of receipts to do so and more than just mine the police officer said. If you got your information stolen and was charged Fraudulently you need to file and press charges in the jurisdiction were it occurred. They also STOLE your personal information which in my opinion is on BIDFTA and they should be held liable for.

The Support Team is currently working on your issue and have not blamed you for anything. The majority of issues such as these are from others in the household using someone's device. You were refunded in full for everything and we advised you that we are going to be sending this to our IT Dept.

This is the response from ****** I got when I reported it. "Our system is completely automated, and it is virtually impossible for someone else to use your number to place a bid unless you have given them your information. We expect our bidders to protect their bidder number and password since they are responsible for any activity on their account.I would recommend that you ask any other members of your household whether they bid on this item." Sounds like she blamed me for things since your system is so secure. Now I have to worry about my personal information being out there that was stolen from your fool proof and virtually impossible to use system. I have been a buyer with you for nearly 20 years and have never let anyone use my account of know my information I filed a police report with the **************************** for the theft and identity theft. I want to make sure that I find out who stole my information, money, wasted a lot of my time and ruined my vacation.

I won couple items on BidFTA listed as brand new items, once I picked up and opened the box at home found all broken and not working conditions. I tried contacting them for complaint they keep saying check items before leaving building but make no sense to check items if items listed as brand new. I recommend not to bid with them as they fool customers. Do not bid any items even though they listed as brand new.

Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience using our website and to get some great deals as well. In order to do that, you will want to familiarize yourself with our item descriptions and how items are lotted. We deal in secondary market items. Secondary market means, these could come from customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls or display/floor models. We state clearly in writing throughout the website, the terms and conditions and even signs in our warehouses that we do not test items, we do not assemble items, and we dont verify part lists to confirm completeness. We use 5 item classifications to describe the items listed on our website: Brand New: Item is complete and in original packaging. Brand New items often originate from shelf pulls or overstock. Good Condition: Item is free of major damage or defects. The item may or may not be in the original packaging, packaging may be less than perfect, hardware may be missing, or product may have been opened previously. Minor scrapes, scuffs, chips, or dents may be present. Good Condition items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, or in-store display units. Working Condition Verified: Item has been turned on and appears to have power. This grade is typically reserved for liquidated restaurant equipment, high value electronics, or high value appliances. Working Condition Verified items often originate from customer returns, restaurant *********************** or business closings. As Is: Item has not been thoroughly inspected. Item could show signs of use, could be incomplete, or could have obvious damage or defects. There are no guarantees to the condition, quality, or functionality of As Is items. Although we have made our best attempt to accurately identify and describe the item, please be aware the actual item specifics such as brand, size, color, or model number may differ from the auction listing. As Is items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, refurbished goods, or store liquidations. Preview for Condition: Please visit the auction location during the designated preview times to personally inspect this item before bidding. This item could have unique specifications, patterns, or wood grains that are difficult to capture in photos. Item may have been used or have defects. I have sooo many complaints about products advertised as good condition. And its literally broken, used, missing items. AMELIA location is the worst. I've used 7 locations. Amelia buy far is the worst,, misplaced, misrepresents condition. And the customer service is horrid. The blue haired girl is the most foul, rude, annoying of any. Manager Matt is passive aggressive, rude, aggro , does not care at all about the customer.and no business working with customers.

This is a good review. I am a BIDFTA member plus, which helps with early bin shopping at the ******* ****, Columbus, Ohio, location. The 2.99-a-month membership plus fee is reasonable.
BIDFTA will refund or provide you with a bidder's credit for a "mislabeled" item initially listed as a “brand new” item that is not “brand new”. For the refund policy to work, you must report an issue with the item before checking out. You cannot return anything once you leave the facility.  Also, ensure you examine your won item near the checkout area and in the view of warehouse staff.
I won 27 items on my first day. I spent $531.72 on items plus $120.33 for the buyer's premium and a freight surcharge. Had I bought everything through ******* I would have paid $1981. Out of the 27 items I won, three were returned. A "brand new" gaming chair had damage to the back. The chair, not in its original box, had multiple scuffs and a rip along the back on inspection. A jumpstarter listed as “brand new” had wear and tear along the bottom of the pack and rust on both jumpers.  Lastly, an electric chain saw, also listed as “brand new”, had been used since it was packed with sawdust and other debris. I missed a damaged garden hose listed as “brand new”; one end was snapped off. Oops. I took a 20-dollar loss on that.
Out of 26 items listed as “brand new” in the original box and one “good condition” item. Eighteen items appeared “brand new” and in their original box, and I would have considered five items in “good condition”. However, they seemed “brand new” and undamaged, except for the one garden hose that slipped through a thorough inspection.
Overall, 85 percent of the items won were a great deal. The reason I will continue to shop at BIDFTA is their return policy. The three items I could return based on BIDFTA's mislabeled return policy totaled 190.60, which I gladly returned as bidder credit. Thank you, BIDFTA, for being an excellent bidding site with a great return policy.

Thank you for your review! It looks like you have our refund policy down **** You are correct- you always want to inspect your item prior to leaving the location. If there are issues, discuss them with the removal staff.

I canceled my account with them 2 months ago. I also canceled my bank card that was on file and was issued a new one. But I am still being charged for a bidfta+ membership even on my new card when I don't even have an account with them anymore. When I contacted bidfta they said I was never charged for the membership so they couldn’t help me. Been fighting for 3 months to stop being charged for a membership I don’t even have and have never been apart of.

The Support Agents worked with the bidder and showed them where there were no 2.99 charges on there account and asked if there could be an additional account that is using their credit card. If there were charges and the bidder was signed up for the service, the subscription would be cancelled with no issue. However, it looks like another account is signed up for the subscription.

Companies way of listing items is misleading and they will mark new on items that are missing boxes. Also will mark new or good condition on damaged items . They do things in a way to move what is half junk and make it to where people can not get their money back . Their customer support is nonexistant and tho it is the same business they are listed seperate on this website so to make the impact of the complaints less noticeable. Also they try to say to come see the items but some people bid from over an hour away and depend on an honest rating system to bid. This had good potential and was a good idea but lacks the management, workers ,and honesty to be something great.
