Worst business ever. A crew of scammers that list the wrong brands with wrong pictures for wrong cheap items with unreasonable pricing. I Got three out of 4 broken items. A humidifier with a hole between the water basin and the electricity compartment. Glad I payed attention before plugging it into electricity. I should have sued this gang of thieves. One wardrobe without any single screw. A broken cheap Makeup vanity that if it was brand new it worth $80 at ******* but they listing it that it's priced at the market for over $790 putting a different picture and brand. I'll never deal with them again.BidFTA

Our goal is for everyone to have an enjoyable experience using our website and to get some great deals as well. In order to do that, you will want to familiarize yourself with our item descriptions and how items are lotted. We deal in secondary market items. Secondary market means, these could come from customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls or display/floor models. We state clearly in writing throughout the website, the terms and conditions and even signs in our warehouses that we do not test items, we do not assemble items, and we dont verify part lists to confirm completeness. We use 5 item classifications to describe the items listed on our website: Brand New: Item is complete and in original packaging. Brand New items often originate from shelf pulls or overstock. Good Condition: Item is free of major damage or defects. The item may or may not be in the original packaging, packaging may be less than perfect, hardware may be missing, or product may have been opened previously. Minor scrapes, scuffs, chips, or dents may be present. Good Condition items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, or in-store display units. Working Condition Verified: Item has been turned on and appears to have power. This grade is typically reserved for liquidated restaurant equipment, high value electronics, or high value appliances. Working Condition Verified items often originate from customer returns, restaurant *********************** or business closings. As Is: Item has not been thoroughly inspected. Item could show signs of use, could be incomplete, or could have obvious damage or defects. There are no guarantees to the condition, quality, or functionality of As Is items. Although we have made our best attempt to accurately identify and describe the item, please be aware the actual item specifics such as brand, size, color, or model number may differ from the auction listing. As Is items often originate from customer returns, shelf pulls, refurbished goods, or store liquidations. Preview for Condition: Please visit the auction location during the designated preview times to personally inspect this item before bidding. This item could have unique specifications, patterns, or wood grains that are difficult to capture in photos. Item may have been used or have defects. Preview for Condition items often originate from restaurant liquidations, customer returns, overstock, store ***********************, shelf pulls, store displays, or refurbished goods. Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, returns, or exchanges will be considered unless the item has been misidentified, or product condition is incorrect. It is the bidders responsibility to understand the defined product conditions and to thoroughly read all product descriptions and notes before bidding. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, we may inadvertently misidentify or mis-condition an item. Should you discover an error in the identification or condition of the item you won, please see an associate AFTER checking out and before leaving the building so the issue can be addressed. No refunds will be issued once you have left the building. Being familiar with these terms is very important as to how the items condition is assessed. We always recommend doing a little homework online for larger purchases. Double check to see how many boxes the item should be in. That way you'll know if your item is complete or not. I loved it at first but then I started getting charged $2.99 a month for their plus membership. I have never been apart of that membership and I have even canceled my account with them and I’m still being charged. I’ve contacted them and all they said was there are no charges for it showing on my account even after I showed them proof from my bank account transactions. They are not helpful and there is barely any customer service.BidFTA

Only the bidders can sign up for the BidFTA+ subscription. No one else in the company has the ability to sign you up for that subscription. I have gone back through your emails and searched our banking account and there are no transactions for the bidder info you provided for 2.99. I do not believe you have provided the correct information for your account or we would be able to pull the info and assist you. If you are still experiencing the charges, please email ***************** with the following information:- the exact date of the charge - the last 4 numbers of the card that has been chargedReview fromDanielle M

They claim items are brand new in boxes or misidentify items for you to find out when you get home and open the box. I do not recommend seeing how they will not refund you or credit you back in any way! The pics they use are blurry or misleading! Buyer beware! Dont pay more than a few dollars for ANYTHING!BidFTA

I recently bid on a Power Lift Recliner, which showed a picture of the entire recliner. When we went to pick up the item, it was one box (that showed it was 1 of 3 boxes) When I asked for a refund, they said they could not do a refund, as the item was marked "As Is". Which means you cannot get a refund, because you received the item in the picture. I am out the money plus a recliner. I have been purchasing items from BIDFTA for awhile and this is the first time I have had a problem. What is a person to do with the arm part of recliner. I agree with ******* C, from his post on 1/9/25, that management is not helpful whatsoever. The parts of the chair should have been sold as one unit, not separate items.BidFTA

I recently won an auction through BIDFTA for an as is recliner thinking of it was missing some parts or pieces I could replace them and have a working recliner. Pictures of the auction showed a stock photo of said recliner and a box that it was supposed to be in. The recliner was listed as Power Lift Recliner for Elderly, Lift Chair with Heat and Massage, PU Recliner Sofa With 2 Side Pockets and Infinite Position for Living Room. When I went to retrieve my item, it was just the back rest of the recliner and nothing else. I went to get a refund as the item was described wrong and according to their refund policy I could get one. I was told by management that I would not get a refund and that just the back section of the recliner was an as is recliner. Management then gave me a phone number to call and walked away. I tried to call the number that was given to me but it went to a recording that stated to go to the website FAQs for questions and that this phone number was not monitored. So now Im out the money I paid for a recliner just to receive the back of said recliner. Management is not helpful whatsoever. If you decide to use BIDFTA be very careful of what you are biding on you might get screwed.BidFTA

Long time bidder with over 1K purchases on bidFTA. I have a very good understanding of how bidding works. I always felt like they had a staff that would bid against you to drive up prices, but now I know they actually do it. Heres what happened, if you too, are an experienced buyer >>> was in the $5.00 increment phase and the auction was at $45. I bid $51 and the auction went to the next increment of $50 (and I was winning the auction). The auction closed out. Next, It suddenly reopened for the standard 3:00 new cycle bidding phase (like it does when someone bids against you with under 1:00 remaining in the auction). To my surprise the bid max only went up $1.00 to my exact bid of $51.00. If you are bidding in the $5 increment phase a bid would have had to go up to $55.00 at a minimum. It cant just go up by $1.00. Not only did they bid against me, but they went back in and got the $1.00 extra to line their pockets. This is so shady. Buyer beware. Suspecting they were bidding against me, I took screenshots of the bid changes and have them saved. Really shady and untrustworthy business practice. I am very disappointed. I have heard of this from other bidders at pick up when chatting in line, but now I know they actually do it. SO WRONG!!!BidFTA

Our auctions close using a "Staggered Closing". In it, once the closing time is reached, the first 5 items will close the first minute, then the next 5 items will close the next minute, then the next 5 will close the 3rd minute. So if your item is towards the end of the auction, it could be ***** minutes before the item you are bidding on closes. You should be able to see an accurate countdown clock per item. Also, we utilize a platform called "Dynamic Closing". With that, if a bid is placed during the last minute that an item is set to close, it will extend the bidding on that item for 3 minutes. If someone places a bid during that last minute, it will extend it another 3 minutes. This helps to eliminate any robo-bidding. I can assure you that there are no staff members watching items and placing bids to drive up the prices.Review fromNokki T

This company has gone from really bad to horrendous. 90% of the listed items are either blurry pictures or zero information about the item. If you risk bidding on a ‘new’ or ‘good condition’ that is not what is received anymore. Shattered pieces without any notes or pics of the damage? If i know it has damage, and it is shown to me & I bid, I accept that; when I am misled thru “missing” items that were listed along side others that were NOT in new or good condition, i was defrauded. I have contacted them thru the ticket system yet again, but I assume it wil go no further towards getting my money refunded and I’ll have to fight it out with my bank. There is no management at the Lavernge, TN location that can ever be seen much less spoken to, the kids do not notate the missing/lost items for credit back, and if you request a manager, you get a kid reading policy from a piece of paper over and over instead of giving any reasonable solution to THEIR ERRORS-take pics and give honest damage descriptions instead of trying to rip people off-if I see where the problem is I may be more inclined to bid if i see a way to repurpose it. I will avoid this place in the future as they have sunk too low; they have creepers mowing people over in aisles yelling at others in some other languages. The overall experience is really become awful, with no way of moving items and the flickering led lights make it feel like a haunted house. This is a company that deserves to go under due to zero respect for its patrons.BidFTA

If that is the Goal, you have failed. I read the policy, I did not need you to recite it again because you are unable to resolve the poor business model of your failing enterprise. The same young girl supervisor started reading this to my husband again on the final pickup additionally adding that we will be banned from the warehouse if we try to inspect anything on the floor. So according to policy, customers basically have to blindly bid. Pre-inspection is forbidden by the liitle girl that can read the policy to me at the door that was given a title . I understand, and I will spend my dollars locally. ****** corporations will all fail this year due to policies and other nonsense like this-we are honest and expect places we deal with to have the integrity to know what people want and what we refuse to accept. I do not need any response from the company, i know this BbB c*** is nonsense as well, just a place to let me express my thoughts, because the biz will always fail if the cannot engage a customer- i choose to disengage myself from big box frauds.
