      Rumpke doesn't deserve any stars. They missed picking up the trash several weeks. When the billing cycle was over I switched companies but I let them know I wasn't continuing the service. They later sent me a bill stating I owed them more money. They sent the statement to bill collectors immediately. I sent the form back to dispute the money due within the time frame given. The next day I received a letter stating the underpayment was being elevated and would impact my credit score. I paid them the money but I made sure to let them know I will never give them my business again. Time frames mean nothing to Rumpke and they can't do their job.

      Very poor customer service, our original trash collection was with ***** Hauling which I have used for the past twenty some years. They were not perfect but always returned if they missed a pick up. I have always paid them one year in advance mostly for my convenience. Earlier this year they were purchased by Rumpke and I have had nothing but frustration over missed pick *** since. When I call the customer service are always polite and Always thank me for choosing Rumpke ( which I didnt). However regardless of my complaints and their promises I always have to wait with trash sitting at the end of my driveway in danger of getting strewn about by animals until my next weekly pick up that *** be missed again. I have resorted to emails with no success. Each email I send I send I ask for someone that is responsible or in charge to give me a call and let me know my issue is resolved, I have received 2 calls both of which promised pick *** that never happened. I have asked for a refund for all the missed pick *** as I have already paid for full service that I am not getting.

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After months of issues from Always putting my can in the middle of the enterence to my drive way and me having to stop in the road and get out to move it, to them tagging my trash saying it's to far from the road (remind you they walked to put the tag on the can and it's always in the exact same spot 2 -3 ft from the road and last no not least their employe literally did a 360 spin and chucked my trash can in my driveway after I called and complained about the can in the middle of the driveway. They haven't picked up in the past and would never reimburse me for weeks not picked up but had no problem adding on a charge if theirs a extra bag. Just save yourself from getting pissed off and don't use this company!

      HORRIBLE!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! The trash pick up is HORRIBLE...the customer service is HORRIBLE. Since Rumpke took over our trash service we have had NOTHING but problems. Missed pick ups, trashcans being thrown in the yard, trashcans being thrown in the street, trash being left in the road, cans that are not emptied. We have had to call customer service just about every week since we have had the service and they are rude and no help at all...not even an apology. Do not waste your hard earned money for this pathetic service. Save yourself the weekly headache and find another option.

      I have been the volunteer caretaker of the *********************** at ******************************************************************** for the past 35 years. We have had a contract with Rumpke for weekly trash collection at the cemetery for years. However, over this entire period, Rumpke has missed collecting our trash at least twice EVERY month. I am so tired of calling about the missed service and being told that I need to call by 5pm of the day of collection in order to get the trash picked up. I don't get home from work until 6:15pm, so it is impossible for me to know if the trash was picked up before 5pm. In the month of July 2022, our trash was only picked up once. The only reason we even got the one pickup was because I was able to call about the missed pickup by 5pm that day since my husband called me at work to tell me the trash was still there. What kind of a business needs to be called every week to be told to do the job they've already been paid to do? This is horrific service.When I called on July 29, 2022 to talk with customer service about the constantly missed pickups, I was told that our account has "hot flags" indicating Rumpke is aware they frequently miss pickups. However, customer service was not willing to refund our payment for the 3 missed July pickups. Furthermore, we have already been billed for August.I am terminating our Rumpke contract, but I don't trust them to stop billing us on our autopay bank account. We are a non-profit organization and it is a challenge to raise every dollar we need for our expenses. Rumpke owes us a refund for the month of July and a credit for the upcoming month of August. Based on the terrible service we have experienced, I thought we might have a better chance of receiving ethical treatment by Rumpke by working through the BBB.

      What a lying group of pathetic individuals. No one knows what is going happening. Typical "Waste Management" operation.
