      I have had Rumpkie since moving into a new house for about 3 years. I have had no big problems with their service. They're the only service available where I live for trash pickup and if I wanted to change their would be no option since they have an exclusive contract with my city.

      I give them an A+, at least in my neighborhood. Friendly crew. No complaints. Missed pick ups a couple times over the years, unknown reason, customer service made sure trash was picked up next day..

      The most unprofessional, untruthful company I have ever dealt with. Everyone lies , does not follow up from customer service to supervisors. I will research all options to publicize the poor quality of the management of this organization. To be clear this is not regarding the individuals who pick up the trash but everyone we dealt with in management!!!

      Prior to having Rumpke as our trash removal people, one of their local competitors did the job. Rumpke has been very trustworthy. Any time I've had to contact them, the employees are always helpful and polite. Even better, at least in our area, they are less expensive than their main local competitor.I highly recommend them.

      I have had Rumpke Service in my area for several years. I have been completely satisfied. They pick up as scheduled and they seem to be very efficient. Drivers are friendly. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them.

      we have had this service for years. we enjoy the "any week" bulk pickup. a simple phone call to let them know. best garbage service we have ever had.

      Our ******* service has been perfect for the 30 years weve been a customer. They allow us a pause when we go to ******* for the winter and they have never failed to pick up. I just wish they had pickup for recycling in our area. Maybe someday. A big thank you to the drivers, who have an often nasty job. We appreciate you!
