I am filing this complaint because I was walking with heavy groceries and a guy claiming to be aa manager there chased me in his silver/grayish truck chased me. I never felt more harassed in my life. I should *** him for emotional trauma. It was very traumatizing, and they will not have my business, please watch out for your children's safety (DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE). I would leave zero stars if I could. But I felt I needed to warn you all for your safety.

Why can't you buy 1 to get the discount? You can at ******. That's why they have the reputation they have. Someone needs to see this.

I had gone and had about 400$ worth of groceries the store had one line open with a cashier that was extremely long. Everyone else including me and my 409$ worth of groceries had to use self checkout. Which wasn't an easy process considering after every 5 items it says help is on the way for no reason and then it takes 10 minutes to find someone to come help. It's ridiculous hire more cashier's.i won't be coming back I'll keep going to **** **** and ****** where they have actual people working there

Be careful and look @ your receipt after you paid. Many times, idk if they did it on purpose or what but they charged double for only 1 item you buy. And another thing is about the coupon that you use, make sure they scan it throughly.

I signed up for the boost membership and started having problems and when i called customer service a day after they told me that they have some computer problems with the sales. I asked to to cancel my account and they told me that i would get a refunded 5 to 10 business days but after the 10 business days passed they keep telling me another 3 to 10 business days again. Thank God for Heb supermarket because Kroger is a terrible place.

We bought Kroger Brand Honey Crunchy Peanut Spread at King Soopers - ******** - ******* CO. While my wife was eating out of a brand new jar she bit down on a hard object. She removed it from her mouth and thought it was a stick or a stem. She felt her tooth and had a chipped filling. We went immediately to the dentist. She also had a cracked tooth. Upon detailed pictures of the object it was determined to be an ANIMAL BONE! We contacted Kroger to report the issue more concerned about the product being contaminated than looking for reimbursement to pay for the ongoing dental treatment. The 1st call center was helpful; they started a claim and told us we would be contacted. Our contact with Kroger Corporate, and Missy W*** in the complaints department has been HORRIBLE. We are being treating like criminals. They sent "claim" forms embedded in an email that have spelling errors, can't be printed in a proper format, or returned electronically. Maybe the worst customer service experience ever.......what is wrong with you people...... We were trying to be helpful......and we are treated like garbage. We had no plans on getting legal help to assist in this process....but it may be the only way to get Kroger to do something. DO NOT BUY THE KROGER BRAND Peanut Spread!

I had order chicken from Kroger for a Birthday party. I always have order chicken there and it was always good. Well I was not told they had changed the breading on the chicken and is was really bad. The breading was falling off the chicken as it did not stay and also the chicken was dry and bad tasting I was told I could not get my money back as the chicken was a flop for my party and I had to throw it away. I spent over 70 dollars for crappy food. I should have been told when I ordered the chicken there was a change with the batter thy use. everyone at the party could not believe how bad it was I have been so disappointed with Kroger as they are a verry bad grocery store. What a waist of my money and also even the kids hated the chicken I want a refund

For 52 days, I have struggled to get a refund from Kroger. I have documentation via emails and live chats from multiple representatives saying they have issued a refund back to my card but I would have to wait 30 business days for it to be processed back in the account. This so-called refund policy isn't listed anywhere in the store or on their Web sites. As far advanced as we are, why would it take 30 business days to refund a purchase? To make things worse, the purchase was from an EBT card so I couldn't simply call up my bank to dispute it because everyone knows how difficult it is to contact ***. This purchase was $446, which is more than half the alloted amount we receieved for the month, so while our kids were able to eat fairly for the month but my wife and I simply went without food for nearly a third of the month. I spoke to Kroger over-the-phone, via live chat, through email and in person; And I spoke to the first line representatives, Supervisors, Managers and Store Managers but not a single person was willing to take ownership of the ossie and stop the issue from snowballing. I'm out of a job right now so I'd be more than happy to revamp your entire Customer Service Department to actually care about your customers.

I have been a Kroger shopper for over 30 years, but Im disappointed in the fact that now to get you discount rewards you not only need your Kroger shoppers card but their app on your phone. I find this very discriminatory. I dont like a lot of junk apps on my phone and for people who dont have smart phones locks us out of the deals. Dont force me to get an app on my phone if I dont want it, but dont penalize me on sale deals because I dont have the Kroger coupon app. Poor business practice.
