      Have been falsely advertising the price of Keystone light since June on their website. Store rings up 13.99 websites still advertised a sale price of 10.99.

      KROGER #426 sold me a $500 gift card on August 24 2023. When I attempted to change the pin number I was told this card was not activated because it had been deactivated on July 31 2023 by the CC company due to attempted fraud. Brought this up to a manager within an hour and basically told it's not their problem. A simple ****** search shows that this isn't uncommon for KROGER cards to be worthless. So they have little issue with selling fraudulent cards yet if someone writes a fraudulent check they'll go after them. Their managers or customer service are too lazy to contact the number on the card to verify what I'm telling them, 5 minutes time would my dispute. Then again, they have no issues with leaving past dated food on the shelves for unsuspecting customers to purchase anymore so why am I surprised. I tell everyone now who I see looking at gift cards that they shouldn't be surprised if the card turns up worthless. Nobody cares or has enough pride to actually do their job.

      Yesterday I forgot my wallet at the cashier and after several hours realized it. Fear gripped me at first and prayer helped. I knew The Lord Jesus had already set HIS people in place to answer my prayer( though I was at fault). Just that morning I bumped into Tony and kara the manager while shopping. So when I went back for the wallet God had just the two of them at the self check out and the moment I approached them they remembered me and took me to the list and found desk where Michelle verified my name and gave my wallet to me. I just WANT TO THANK KROGER FOR SUCH REMARKABLE EMPLOYEES WHO NOT ONLY WERE Courteous BUT SO HELPFUL. KROGER AT IMPERIAL OAKS AND RAYFORD RD, SPRING Texas Manager KARA, TONY AND MICHELLE NEED TI BE RECOGNIZED FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. BRAVO!! THANK YOU

      Boost membership issues: deliveries not within 2 hours and my order is over $35, foods not being delivered immediately after shopping ends, food not being stored properly in temperature-controlled insulated bags during transportation, not allowed to change order immediately after placing even though shopping hasn't been assigned or started. I've paid for the year is the only reason I'm trying to get my money worth out of it. It's a headache most of the time so really considering just calling it a loss and canceling the membership.Customer service: Virtual customer service is useless & live agents hangup on you.

      This is in addition to a review I left of even date about cash-register receipts needing to be changed periodically so receipts can be reviewed before leaving the store or parking lot and this review was about Kroger's on ** *******, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46805. In other words, the receipts are not that readable because of being so light and cash-register tapes needing changing periodically instead of never changing whatsoever. I don't always unpack every grocery item especially if it is late in the day and may be candy in a bag that I'll leave in said bag for later. However, this morning when going over my receipt I did notice that I had not unpacked an expensive ****** ***** Smoked Turkey Breast lunch meat (some items I do leave in my car such as beer, toilet paper, paper towels & often juice for later unpacking in the house, so went to look in the trunk of my car, but nothing in there) HOWEVER, I FOUND THIS LUNCH MEAT PACKED IN WITH ITEMS OF CANDY THAT I PURCHASED. Why in the **** would any bagger put this perishable item in with candy products? MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER, especially that anyone wouldn't put it in with other perishable items such as creme cheese, yogurt, milk, chicken, meat, etc. that had been purchased of even date. I never saw the expensive meat item in the bag whatsoever because it was covered with candy products for opening much later. WHAT CAN THESE KROGER EMPLOYEES FILLING YOUR GROCERY BAGS BE THINKING, EVER? The Kroger on ** ******* has rapidly gone down hill most recently and assuming it is under new management. IT NEEDS IMPROVING in so many areas, such as WHY NOT MAKE CERTAIN WHEN YOU SEND OUT COUPONS THAT THOSE COUPONS CAN BE USED ESPECIALLY ON PET PRODUCTS WHICH OFTEN THE CAT-FOOD AREA IS NEAR ABSENT OF MANY PRODUCTS FOR WEEKS ON END.

      I have asked the Kroger Store where I shop on ** ******** Fort Wayne, Indiana, to please change the tapes on their cash registers so the receipts of purchase can be carefully reviewed before leaving the store or in the sunlight outdoors. However, when asking directly to an employee they say their receipts are always that light and get lighter with each day. How can this be a good business practice when some of the cashiers make numerous mistakes that can only be traced at a later time in bright sunlight or under a bright lamp using glasses that magnify the print and that would be later at home. I have also reported this issue online to a Kroger representative on ******** WHY WOULD ANY STORE REFUSE TO GIVE MORE READABILITY and never ever change the tapes on their cash-registers so the receipts can be conveniently and accurately reviewed before leaving the store.

      Their Smith's line of stores is terrible and has awful employees. First store I consistently shopped at was small, cramped, and full of crackheads. Then they built a bigger, newer one, which was better, but still gave off weird vibes. My current Smith's has an extremely creepy morbidly obese man who acts like a predatory rpist working there. Not sure why they ever thought it was a good idea to hire someone who acts like that, but I am never shopping at Smith's stores ever again.

      Horrible management .tried a click list for first time had a specific time.to pi k up. ****** was 45 min late when i spoke with a manager she did not care and spoke ovrer me. Done with krogers. Obviously CEO drived the train of poor management.

      Management needs to fill the cashier positions. We had to wait in line for 1 working cashier on Sunday. Not everyone is familiar with the self checkout
