Their customer service line (including the on line chat) is absolutely horrible! They actually have this statement on their web site ....(If you'd like to speak with us directly, or if this is an urgent matter, please call us at ************** .) I had an issue from September 6 that had never been followed up, and when I finally called back they said it would take another three weeks to call me back about! I spoke to some manager named Simon who simply told me that they're a big company and there's nothing anyone can do. Well, their company is so ******* big they certainly don't need customers like me. I can go to ******* and get treated like **** and at least save some money. Or better yet, pay a little more and go to ***** ***** where they actually believe in customer service, I guess because they're not so high and mighty, like Krogers now is, that they don't need customers anymore. Honestly haven't had customer service this awful since I dealt with ****** ******** and **** ****. Needless to say I don't waste my money on those companies anymore.

I did not order groceries. I ordered 5 bottles of distilled water and was charged$264. I notified customer service and was told I had to wait since its third part delivery7-10 business days. Kroger allowed a third party to charge me $245 extra than authorized and then made me solve the issue. There was zero urgency or reassurance. Do not use their delivery service

The new pharmacy manger Kaitlyn uses her position to abuse her power. One of her pharmacy tech got made a nasty comment to me and I responded. Instead of her telling that employee that you had no right to say that to the customer, she instead refuse to provide me with my mother’s medication. She did not care that she was affecting a woman with congestive heart failure. She told me you can either send her to pick it up or send someone else. I did not say anything to her to give her right to hold her prescriptions which by the way, had zero cost and literally in her hand.

I need someone to help me resolve my gift card issue with ******. A month ago, I purchased a brand new gift ****** gift card in the amount of $125, from a local Smith's grocery store. It didn't appear to have been tampered with. I got home, opened it, pulled the sticker off the back, and half of the numbers were missing. An unreadable claim code. Attached is the pic. After weeks of fighting with ****** and Kroger, and filing a BBB report, ****** said they wouldnt help me. They claiming the card was redeemed on another account. First of all, it's **. You can't read the numbers. That would have been impossible. Second of all, even if it WERE redeemed on another account, *I* still need my $125!! No one will help me get it back. The BBB is refusing to help, as well as the AG's office. I'm pissed and stressed. ****** is rich, and they won't help a poor citizen like me. Idk know what else to do. PLEASE HELP. ****** ********

I had to pay $125 of my money twords a over $500 order due to the app not accepting my ********** benefits payment along with my **** bank card payment. I am a loyal customer and have been using this app for months and I should be able to use a benefits ********** to deduct some of the cost of my order. It is ******** that my disabled *** should have to painfully travel into one of your stores to be able to use this benefit when it's conveniently placed on a ********** for use and both cards are registered on my account prior to paying. It is Also ******** that when Calling support that they can't simply charge the $125 to the ********** with the available credit and simply refund that amount onto the other card that the purchase was originally made. I guess today was the day for me to run into ignorant lazy reps who find it just as easy to say... I'm so sorry to inform you but... yeah no... my luck should not come at a price to your companies poor customer service. Your **** apps should be prepared to accept all payment methods and split payments methods as well as benefit payments via a credit card along with personal payment. Your app is costly and inconvenient to the disabled as well.

Wow. What a rude guy that I had to deal with. I'm disabled and walk with a cane. I had a store ad in my other hand and I put it on top of some shipping boxes for a few seconds while I looked at the hot dog ingredients. It is hard to hold them and an ad when you also have a cane. The guy putting stuff away got mad at me for putting the as there. He was like.. really? Your going to put that there? And so forth . He didn't apologize when I told them he was being rude either. I told the manager and he said.. "are you sure it was our employee?". I called qfc customer service. And they said . "They will take what I said on consideration". Well. I'm considering never shopping at any Kroger store again. I can't believe they treat disabled people this way.

I placed an order for pick up as I have Cancer and my children shared Covid with me. I forgot 50 dollars worth of merchandise so I placed a second order. They had the time availability however, because I had already put one order in I would need to come inside to get things I needed. So I will NEVER use the pick up feature and will adjust my shopping away from **** *****, *** which is all I shop to stores that appreciate my business. Who encourages spreading Covid I guess Kroger!

Kroger sold me a $250 **** ***** gift card. However, the PIN was unreadable, and **** ***** could not utilize the card. I called Kroger 4 different times and was basically told they could not do anything until they heard from **** *****. They did not seem to want to take responsibility for the fact that they sold me faulty merchandise. They finally told me that **** ***** had said the card had been totally used (no balance). However, when I called **** *****, they said they were unable to provide a balance unless I had the pin. My conclusion is at Kroger lied to me in telling me that **** ***** could see the balance. I believe they did this in order to close my case out. This was totally unsatisfactory customer service.

I’ve had a recurring problem with the Englewood ,Oh store. On my pick up order the deli items constantly are dropped off my orders as “ out of stock “. I’ve actually called that deli and the items WERE available. So is it a common practice to have employees lie to customers ? Or is it simply a matter of “ they just don’t want to be bothered “? The “ newest “ service on the online app is to let you know when an item you’ve placed in your cart has “ low stock “ , so you can select a substitute item. Neither of the items I ordered were low stock. , but suddenly out if stock. Also they say they “ notify” you with a possible substitute if an item is “ out of stock “. I know this works as they HAVE texted me to approve. Yet nothing on the deli items is ever sent. I have lunches to pack and having to constantly go to another grocer for these items when they ARE available is poor service. Kroger should not employee people who can’t or won’t do the job correctly. I spend $5000+ annually with this company and this is the saddest excuse for service I’ve ever been the recipient of. Shameful Kroger. Simply shame

I had to have a prescription filled. I was unaware the prescription was accidently sent to Kroger in Edgewood Ga. However, I do all my shopping at Kroger in Glenwood Ga. The Pharmacy staff at Kroger Glenwood was so nice and accommodating. The pharmacy cashier (Kahlia) downloaded my records so she could tell exactly where the prescription had been sent. All the while consulting with the Pharmacist (Keith). Keith went above and beyond, He walked me to the shelf where I could acquire an OTC version of my prescription. This was making an unfortunate day 1000% better. Kudos to both of these professionals.
