Kroger regularly has coupons on their app that do not work at the register. Krogers does not have registers that are operated by cashiers causing any and all transactions to be done at self-check out, meaning that the customer is now in charge of scanning, bagging and ensuring that all of the items are charged at the correct price. When I complained to the store directly I was told that the store "coupons" regularly do not show up at the register and it is up to the customer to ensure that they are being charged correctly or to get a refund. This is false advertising.

The sign at the gas station said $3.29 a gallon. My pump charged me $3.59 a gallon. When I asked I was told they get a call from corporate two times a day to change gas prices and they dont have to change the sign to reflect the price change. That is not right they should not be able to change prices when you stop and go by the sign on the building. There were about six other people with the same problem that had just pulled up. We would have gone to another station.

One of the worst branches to go to. Had my vehicle stolen from there parking lot on September 8th 2023. The homeless population there is unreal and they are oblivious to the problem, they wander the stores looking for things to steal especially at the self check out stands. The cameras inside the store have very poor resolution, there are know cameras in the parking lots of which you would think with a big corporation like that could afford cameras in there parking lot and deffinately better ones in the store given the theft that is out control. The staff wasnt all that cooperative either in fact I felt like I was a bother to them. I had my phone stolen from there a few months ago by a homeless person and my daughter and granddaughter actually found the person and my phone downtown at the big king ******* down there. I warn anyone concerned about keeping your things safe as well as dealing with concerned staff shop at the king ******* on 80th and *********. I understand losing one customer doesnt matter but people need to start taking a stand against the theft and violence happening. My suggestion to that particular store would be to be more aware of what is going on in the store and train the staff pay better attention. Will not be giving that store anymore of my business as I want to feel comfortable and safe when shopping. I know 80th and ********* is not as close for a lot of people in that area but it is worth it to feel safe and to know the staff is going to care and pay attention to what is going on in the store. They run a very tight ship and a very safe and secure place and clean place to shop. For those who have had possessions know that it is not a good feeling knowing you have been violated and the thought of how you will get back and forth to work and the stress and worry added to it is indescribable. For those of us who work hard to survive should not have to go through that and measures need to be taken to insure that safety and security are taken.

They now require a Kroger App and card. Kroger must want young shoppers and not the older ones. I will never enter another Krogers store.

My family placed a Kroger Pickup Order for 9/1/23 at 3pm from the store at 2115 E Dorothy Ln, Kettering, OH 45420 totaling $257.98 which we paid using our debit card. When I tried to pick-up the order I was told that it had been cancelled by the store with no reason given, but we had been charged. The cost showed as a pending charge and I was told by Kroger and my bank that the charge would drop off within 3 to 5 business days. So now I have no groceries and my family's grocery budget is tied up as a pending charge until the middle of next week. I spent an hour on the phone with Kroger and they refused any refund and refused to give us the order. I'm not sure how this can be legal, but it is wrong to do to people.

On 9/1/23 I attempted to use the online grocery shopping service with curbside pickup. I spent almost an hour shopping for my groceries before finally going to check out as I have done numerous times before. When I went to put my credit card in to pay for my groceries the website refused to take my payment form. I tried with a second card and that one was refused as well. I contacted customer service and was met with a lady telling me I had to save my credit card information in order to pay for my groceries. I am uncomfortable with this and do not understand why it has let me check out many times before in this manner without saving a credit card. I refuse to save my personal information on a website and do not appreciate this being a necessity all of a sudden. I will NEVER use this function again. If I could put zero stars I would.

Twice in the month of August Kroger in Maryville Tenn at Foofhills malls have overcharged me. In my grocery delivery. One time I got the wrong groceries and they told me keto thrm and still charged me the amount of the other groceries. First time today I spent hours trying to get through to. Customer service. When I did we finally resolved it and they fixed it and refunded monies and gave me a $25 credit for next time I bought groceries. August 24 groceries were purchased again and on my bill it showed my credit and coupons with the bill totally $25.98. On the 25th in my bank account they have charged me an additional $25.64 and changed the bill when I went back to look at my history of ordering and they took the credit off and coupons. I called 4 x today and waited a total of 2 1/2 hours to talk to someone. Each time I would explain everything with dates and times and they would say let me check with financial and please hold. They never came back any of the four times and I waited 50 mins to an hour each time and got hung up on each time. I just want my money back. Someone needs to retrain these people on how to handle the financial end of groceries. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

They hire trashy people and management that intimidate, bully, and harass customers. As a young woman, I have been harassed in two separate incidents at two Fred Meyer stores and have complained, called police and nothing has been done about it. The stores staff and management create a hostile environment for shoppers
