      Im getting so frustrated shopping at Smiths. Back in the day it was a great place to shop. Good prices were fair and being a rewards member was enough to get you discounts on items. Now you have to be a rewards member and scan a stupid digital coupon in order to get anything which barely takes the price down to the same prices that other stores like ***** and ****** are without any of the hassle. You all are about to lose some long time customers if you cant get your **** together and make it a little easier. The digital coupons are a pain in the *** Every single time we shop we have to deal with having someone come help re scan an item because nothing ever works properly. Then we are forced to deal with employees that have no customer service skills at all acne act like we are so annoying to make them actually do any work. Its pathetic and rediculous.

      I went to the Alvin ***** Krogers and got gas, the Krogers employee treated me differently, he looked at me with a nasty look , he was nicer to the elderly white man in front of me, I put my Krogers number in and he put the try there so I could put the money , and I said to him could I have ***** on your pump #4 , and when I was walking away , he said on the intercom very loud , you need to pay first , he saw the money, but he wanted to treat me like a criminal and try and embarrass me, I feel he was racist towards me as a brown skin Hispanic mixed race woman

      The Kroger Company, specifically City Market in Colorado, sold me a fraudulent gift card. I have lost several hundred dollars because they sold me a bad prepaid gift card and Kroger won't do anything to help. I've called the gift card comany as well and they will not help either. They just keep telling me to wait another 5 business days and then wait 7-10 business days to send a complaint. Meanwhile, I paid for an expensive prepaid gift card sold to me by City Market, a Kroger store, and cannot access the funds I paid for. They are ripping off people's money.

      I called the Kroger Rewards Plus to ask them why I didn't receive my Pin Code after my purchase. They said they are taking a break and have been since July 5 and anything purchase after that won't be honored. Are you kidding me? We are out buying these items thinking we are getting points only to find out that we weren't. My receipt dated July 17 says Every $40 spent on participating items earns Rewards Points. Really? But yet in my phone call I toldthere on break?? No where did it say they were taking a break, no email, nothing on website, and yet my receipt dated 7/17 states like I am still earning pointrs. Another way for Kroger to rip you off. 2x Fuel Points. I didn't receive untilI submitted a request. Sometime the digital coupons work, and sometimes they don't. This is a horrible way to runa business. I would give them0 stars if I could. After 50 years I think its timeto go somehwere else.

      Kroger is price gouging. Some items have tripled in the last 2 years. I think Krogers should be investigated for price gouging. I have been a loyal kroger shopper for over 20 years. I will contact the Consumer ************************

      Good store, but prejudiced staff! Staff is unprofessionally gossiping about guests from time to time just to pass the time by. Have had previous workers ask me stereotypical things and even had a female worker try to play a joke on me as if I was hitting on her. They act civilized for a while and then cut up days later. It's behavior that I will not tolerate as a customer, nor should anyone else. They also keep products past expiration just to make a quick dollar.

      Kroger Pharmacy cut off M******* Jan. 1,23 and I should have had a refund from July 26,22; as I had paid in full to Kroger RX savings club. They said NO! Totally unaware of new policy with ******** & frankly could care less.

      I tried to get ear drops from fry's and they gave me eye drops and refused to correct it. I should have been able to call my PCP and have it fixed in a moment. When I correctly informed her of this she said she would charge me 100 dollars when I had a 0 copay. They do not even know how to dispense meds and they threaten you. Assume any complaint will be swatted if they lie to you and act crazy so I ran FOREVER. I will not be back. Jessica G***** is the lady that did it at the old west highway apache junction. On 7 17 2023.

      Customer Service at the Harpers Point Kroger on Montgomery Road near Montgomery (Suburban Cincinnati, Ohio) is absolutely unacceptable. They don’t seem very interested in concerns you raise about the substandard service and disrespect you receive from areas within the store. I have been a very long time shopper of this specific store, but may never shop there again in the future.

      I ordered items and got what I asked for. I went back on my account to review my membership and saw 6 items that I never ordered were charged to my account. I called customer service today and let them know those are fraudulent charges. She said they were substitutions for out of stock items. I said the only out of stock item was 1 single piece of squash. There were 6 substitutions on my account that I never ordered and some of those items I never heard of. She said she finds it odd it took me over a week to notice. I told her I didnt notice because the things I actually ordered I received. I had no reason to go back and check my online delivery receipt. She was rude and argumentative. I told her when you substitute a vegetable you ate to find 1 like item or you mark it as out of stock. There were 6 items placed on my account t ranging from cookies, muffins and crackers. I told her I never received those things, never ordered those things and under no circumstance would a shopper substitute 1 item for 6 items. 1 piece of squash is less than $2.00 but I was charged an additional $27 dollars for all these fraudulent items. Canceled my boost membership and will never shop online with Kroger let alone at Kroger period after this one.
