    Broderick did the yearly tune-up on my 2 year old furnace, which was purchased through Help. Broderick was personable, polite, and really knew his job. I would definitely ask for him for all future furnace needs. I’ve said this before, a company is only as good as the people they hire. And Help seems to have a lot of them working for the company. Thanks again ** *****

    Stephen & Jacob did a fantastic job installing outdoor lights. They were professional, funny, & respectful. You can’t ask for more in a person. Help continues to have great employees. And let’s be honest, they are the face and voice of Help. Without hiring good people then the company itself would definitely need help. Thanks Guys, ***** **

    Very thorough. Installed a furnace and air conditioner in 9 hours and that included cleaning up everything. They placed runners down my stairs and explained to us exactly what they were going to do.

    Once again, HELP got me out of a jam. I have used this company to replace my furnace, AC unit and now the water heater. Consistent quality work and great customer service. I highly recommend HELP.

    My plumbing was a mess... backups everywhere, miserable water pressure (thanks to another plumbing company), etc. Michael came and worked on my house all day... kitchen, bathrooms, basement. It all works now and the water pressure is back to where it should be. Michael was quiet, efficient, and left everything spotless. Price seemed reasonable. I signed a contract for their continued support.

    My main basement drain backed up on a Sunday night. Help was at my house by 10:00 am Monday morning. The tech was polite and professional. I couldnt ask for a better company to belong to their customer base.
