  The condensate pump on our gas furnace started malfunctioning and we called HELP. The technician arrived and told us the replacement pump would cost $870. I questioned the price but the technician said that was the price. So I accepted. Later I looked on-line for the exact same pump and found it widely available for $50. I called the company and spoke with a manager who asked that I confirm the price for the same pump. I did so. After that, we played phone tag and we never did get a refund or a satisfactory answer for the enormous markup.

  When you hire HELP to unclog your sink but they leave causing a larger and much more expensive issue, don't expect them to live by their name. We had a plumber come out to unclog our sink, they snaked over 30 feet down the drain and then couldn't get their snake back out. Their snake machine wasn't powerful enough to get the snake out, so they attached it to a drill because it was more powerful, which got the snake out, but the force of the drill either separated the pipes or made a hole in the pipes because water now pours down into our kitchen directly underneath where they were working. We never before had issues with leaking. It's not a coincidence, they did this. When we called to ask them if they would cover the damage, they said no. We then asked if they would at least help us by sending someone out to scope it so we could see exactly where the damage was, they said it was impossible to get a camera in there with the way the pipes are. (It isn't impossible, we've already had other plumbers come and scope it out and fix the problem, which they agree was the product of HELP's mistake.) This is so disappointing and completely not worth it. We'd rather have the sink still clogged than this issue because this has now cost us so much more money. We won't be recommending HELP.

  Reggie checked the HVAC system and was very thorough, efficient and kind. He is another one of HELP's great representatives, who maintains the system. Word of mouth is still the best way to let people know about great service. I let everyone know that I can about HELP. So glad they are here. THank you!

  Abraham the representative from HELP was very knowledgeable, curious and explained ALL the options offered in the heating and cooling equipment offers by Help. He was very detailed in his explanation to the point of drawing by hand explanation of Equiptment options. I couldnt have asked for better service. Oh and he was ON TIME. No hanging out for hours. 10out of 10 for Abraham and HELP heating cooling and plumbing. !!!!
