We’ve been using Schneller Knochelmann for about 10 years now and there’s numerous reasons for it but mainly they’re amazing. Family owned and no third party contractors is a big deal. Had our AC unit go out during the hottest weeks of the year and we’re in our mid 80s. A bad situation. They scheduled us immediately and we had a technician show up within two hours. Our old unit finally died after 15 years and we now have a new unit scheduled for install. **** ****** explained the scenario and broke down the pricing and had us set up extremely fast. He even brought a portable AC unit for us while we wait for the install in a couple days. It was a very pleasant experience aside from the obvious having to buy a new unit. We’re preferred customers and have had a lot of work done (having an old 1920s home) and they’re simply our go to company. Very happy with the service and kudos to **** and ****** for helping us today in these crazy temperatures!Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air

I've used Schneller Knochelmann Heating & Air for quite awhile now. They came highly recommended, and after using other companies I decided to try them. Most recently, **** ******* came to my home to check my heating/air conditioner for the summer season. He found an issue that would be a serious problem if the piece failed. He told us about it, but did not put any high-pressure sales on it. He told us what would happen when it failed, and he let us make the decision to replace it. We chose to replace it to avoid a problem later. We got the picture of the piece, and we are really glad that we replaced it. I highly recommend this company for all services.
