I had a routine check done today *** was very professional and helpful. He changed some settings to make our house more comfortable and explained better use of filters.

Our air conditioning went out in this heat alert. Called Schneller Knochelmann Monday and *** ** **** came out the very next day. He was informative, explained everything. New furnace & AC would be installed in 2 days. He is our hero!Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air

****** *******, the tech, is the best! We got back from vacation last Friday and our AC was not working. He came out on Saturday morning to diagnose the problem. He came back Monday morning once the part was made available and we now have cool air in the home. With this heat dome in place, it's greatly appreciated. Love this service- never an issue with making an appointment and all of the techs are professional and friendly. Customer Service Centric each and every time.
