    I purchased a iPhone SE and paid for it within 30 days then I wanted to upgrade and wasn’t able to it because of my limit going down not even enough to get any phone if I knew that I would not did business with them

    I would give less than 1 star if possible. They have called me today about a phone that I supposedly purchased through them in 2016 informing me that I owe them $800. I do not recall purchasing a phone through these crooks.

    This company is an absolute scam. I upgraded two cell phones on my family plan for "free" and added on a tablet. I paid the total cost for the tablet. Then the rep in the store offered some cases for all 3 devices. I should've gone with my original thought and just purchased the cases on ****** for a lot cheaper, but I decided to go with the representative's recommendation which was a big mistake! The rep didn't even inform me that this was a leasing agreement and I thought it was something being done in house where he would be able to break up the payments of the cases until the total costs were paid. I was going to go back into the store within two weeks to pay the remaining. Before I left I asked the rep how much was the balance and he said when you come back, "We'll work out the numbers". Here I was thinking that he was working out a deal meanwhile he set up this account without my consent or signature! After seeing the amounts debited from my account, I called the number I saw on my statement and asked for my card to be removed from the file to avoid future charges, but the rep over the phone told me I would have to send a letter and wait for them to remove it which is exactly what I am going to do first thing tomorrow! I am also going to call my bank. Never ever lease from Smart Pay!!!!

    I purchased a phone on a lease and I have not been able to get service due to simple mobile changing there towers to *******. I been with out phone service for a week and lost my job due to non compliance because I couldn’t receive any calls from my supervisor or customers I couldn’t call 911 when needed and all they told me is that I a bill due I am disabled and this has ruined my everyday life.

    This company sent me a stolen phone back in 2019 that I could not use because of that. After a month of going back and forth with troubleshooting, I was told I could return the phone because of the security block. Now I have a lease reported on my credit that Ive been battling to get remove. This was all a scam , how do you send a customer a stolen phone anyways. I shouldve regarded the reviews.

    I've never done a single penny of business with this organization; however, they have sent "my" account to collections with ******** financial. Scammers.

    I made the 3rd payment with smart pay. It's supposed to include my refill for the month. Phone has no service. I called customer service, was told my account is "restricted". No clue what that means. I'm sure the rep told me but she had an accent and spoke so fast I must've missed it. She tells me she's lifting the restriction, wait 5 minutes, turn phone off and on. Still no service. I finally called my bank, dispute the charge, and block any further payments. What a racket! I was reimbursed by my bank so I'll leave the review.

    My husband has been trying to get a hold of someone for a week. Extremely poor customer service. They allowed someone to open an account under his name, and of course, it went to collections and now he is stuck with this on his credit. And Smart Pay Leasing is no where to be found. We cant even get someone on the phone. Scammers.

    Do not lease from them I beg you I am in a lease right now I have to get out of spent 14 days yes 14 days trying to get my account right couldn't use a data plan that I bought because of their a allotment told me three times they were going to fix it but nothing ever got done no contact to let me know what's going on now I am 2 days late on a lease and I don't get paid for 3 days phone is shut off when I called I got nothing but rude service please please please stay away from this burden this is an absolute nightmare you do not want this trust me this is my worst experience ever with a company
