    These people never sent my phone. My account never processed. All of a sudden I get calls from everyone where they have given my number out. I will contact everybody I can

    Honestly, they deserve 0 stars. I like many others here attempted to lease a phone through them, however I changed my mind before they even fulfilled the order and attempted to cancel my lease which of course they don't make very easy for you. I contacted customer support and was told they couldn't do anything, I would have to refuse the package in order to cancel my lease and have my money refunded. Yet, they never provided tracking information so that I could refuse the package, it was delivered today while I was out so I couldn't refuse it to the carrier directly, so now I'm left scrambling wondering if I will have to pay to have it shipped back. There is a lot of things they don't clearly disclose and even when you read the "contract" some things aren't made crystal clear, their business practice is very obviously predatory and quite frankly comes across as a scam. Don't waste your money!

    HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I wish I would've read the reviews WAY before i decided to go with them. Ordered a phone through straightalk and everything seemed quick and easy. Even got emailed my lease agreement from Smart Pay and they took the money out my account. THEN not only an hour later , i get another email from them saying "transaction unapproved try again in 7 days" buy they wasted NO time taking the money out of my account though. Been on hold for a rep for more that 30 mins as if nobody works here. Absolute scam and they better give me my money back.

    They will not stand behind the products they lease. Instead, they’ll cancel the lease, pick up phone and not offer another lease!!!

    I am not sure how this company is a B+ rating. This company has unprofessional customer service. They need training in customer service especially the one guy I spoke with that stated he was a manager when I asked to speak with a manager. KEVIN D. This man doesn't listen to the customer, no greeting before asking what you need help on, yells at the customer. As well speak over the customer. Like I was his child. The problem was not resolved, due to I will not let someone speak to me in that matter.

    Horrible customer service ! I ordered a phone thru verizon and signed up for smartpay lease...verizon lost the phone so I cancelled the lease...I THOUGHT !
    2 MONTHS LATER ...21 PHONE CALLS AND 11 HRS OF MY TIME WASTED AND THESE MORONS ARE STILL CHARGING ME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITHE THIS INEPT AND UNETHICAL "BUSINESS"

    This company is a rip off. I got a phone through them and made the payment early, 10/13/2022. They said I would not have an issue. But lo and behold, I am having issues, they claim that I have a past due balance, but log onto the website to my account, it isnt due until 11/22/2022. Im returning the phone.

    Rudest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with! All of the sudden they started taking out an extra 50$ a month for a service plan! I only leased my phone I didn't lease my service from them! And the refuse to give me a refund for the service plan I didn't need!!!! When I asked for the refund on the plan I was told NOPE! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!!
