      I recently applied for an apartment on 9/16/2022 and was denied due to TEMPOE LLC. TEMPOE LLC is listing as an apartment complex when this business was a furniture finance option. I need this resolved ASAP, I submitted a dispute which will take 30+ days and I need to move out in less than 30 days. Again, TEMPOE, LLC is NOT an apartment complex, why would this company hinder my livelihood and now I have no where to live because of this. This error has caused me to lose my application fee and admin fees and a denial in which I have to restart the whole process again which I can't because of this hold.

      This just impacted my credit Report and I have never received any type of credit purchase in over 10 years at all. No docs eith my signature on file. Need to fix this and stop these importors from Stealing Identities of innocent hard working people. Just dropped over 60 points on my Credit Score... This is horrible. In ******** and **********.

      In October 2021 we purchased 3 appliances and used Tempoe for the financing of these items (all 3 were purchased at the same time from the same store), the account was paid in full. One of the appliances stopped working, it was under warranty, a repair man come out and said that it was not repairable. The company the appliance was purchased from refunded the money to Tempoe and Tempoe refunded the money back to us without incident. A couple of months later, same situation only, this time they will not refund the money to us. I have provided proof that the money was refunded to Tempoe, they do not dispute that they received the money. This has been going on for 3 months, they received the refund on June 14, 2022. When we call Tempoe we are told that it is still pending. I have been dealing with a certain supervisor for a couple of weeks now, he has informed us that he has no way to speak with anyone other than via email. He has sent multiple emails to the refund department about this and has even sent emails to the "higher ups", is what he called them, he said the "higher ups" are over the refund department still, no resolution. We need help with this matter, PLEASE!
      Also, the refund that we did receive, I'm sure it will be the same with this refund, we did not get the money that we paid for taxes, interest, warranty or delivery & set-up fees.

      This company which I never heard of filed a collection request (via ****** ***) against for $580 claiming I have unpaid debt (supposed account # ****) with them. I had never done business with Tempoe LLC or ***** as my internet search indicated they are also known as. Before this ****** notification letter, i attempted to get from Temoe the supposed proof of purchase with my signature indicating agreement to the purchase terms but have never received anything beyond the ludicrous claim i owe.
      I have spotless credit history with no recurring debt. I paid my house in cash as have done with all the cars i have owned. The insinuation that i bought something from this company and didn't pay for is false. In my opinion this is a fraudulent attempt to extract money from unsuspecting people. I ask Tempoe cease the unjust effort to collect this non existent debt and to issue me a written apology.

      How do I fight this fraud before it posts to my credit?

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me as of this point. However, its still questionable where or not the business will ultimately resolve this fraudulent debt pursuit. They claim a supposed fraud investigation they just opened. I had reached out to them over a year ago with the same complaint and no resolution was achieved. They instead forwarded the matter to a debt collection agency. I am truly doubtful they will get this issue to a satisfactory close for me. Thank you for your assistance with this.

      This is a company that you can lease items through with a pay off been making weekly payment from 3/10/2022 and the amount was going down now there going back up and when asked about it they don’t know why that is. I have now paid over 100 over on each item and looks to be I will be paying a lot more by the time I am done!

Briefly, our program requires lessees to lease their items for a 5-month initial lease term. Upon completion of the initial lease term our customers have 3 options. Such options include: (1) Purchasing the property by exercising the purchase option; (2) continuing the lease on a periodic basis by retaining possession of the property, in which case additional periodic payment(s) must be made in the same frequency and amount as during their initial term; (3) terminating the lease by returning the property to us in good condition, fair wear and tear excepted. If the lessee does not contact TEMPOE to set up the purchase or return of their leased items, their lease will continue the same schedule until they plan to purchase the item or return the item. This means that if a customer doesn’t exercise their purchase or return options after the completion of their initial term, their lease will continue for another payment period. After the end of that period, customer will have the 3 options again. This process continues until a customer purchases their leased items, returns their leased items, or reaches their maximum lease term.

      I purchased a 75 in Television last year on 7/26/2021. The television was 759.00. I was supposed to make my next payment of 76.28 on 8/06/21. Followed by 8 more payments of 76.28 every 14 days. Why is that they have still been taking money out of my account every two weeks til this day of 73.55. Last week they take out two payments at one time. I called my back to tell them I did not know why two payments were taken out. The bank refunded my money. The following day another 73.55 was taken out of my account. Then yesterday another 73.55 was taken out. I bought this television for three times more than I paid for it. I am a single father living from pay check to paycheck. My purchase option is still well over 400 dollars. I cannot afford that. I thought as soon as I finished paying off this contract that they will stop taking payments. This television has already been paid in full. I believe that I should get a full refund of every penny that I paid extra for and my account should be resolved and closed. Should be paid in full.

      I keep getting a collection letter from a Company named J******* ***. Stating that I owe Tempoe *** money for a product that they have not even told me that I physically signed for in my name, ******** File Number is ************* and ******** has took it upon themselves to now want to take me to civil court due to TEMPOE and states I received Mercahdise, As I have found out this type of Leasing is done strictly over the internet where anyone could be anyone, I have yet to hear back from them or Tempoe *** concerning a physical signature that states I ordered and received anything, It seems more like a scare scam to get me to pay for something I know nothing about, I have faxed numerous times asking them to not contact me regarding a debt unless they can provide me physical proof I signed for anything. and yet they stated they sent a letter to an address used to live at?

      After numerous attempts to collect past due amounts on ******* ********** account, TEMPOE sold the account to a third party buyer, ******** ****** ********, *** (“***, ***”)  on October 2nd 2020. 

      TEMPOE is a separate company from ***, ***, and TEMPOE no longer owns **** ****** account. **** ****** will need to contact ***, *** directly. Their contact information is:

      I used a company that was offered on ************** as a payment option last year, I have paid off the tires in full and the company keeps taking out 84.00$ bi-weekly. Except today, they charged me twice. (174$) I’ve tried to call them and ask why I’ve paid for these tires two times by now, but nobody answers the phone. The tires were originally $1,072.20 and now i’ve paid this company $2,200.00. In my contract with them it states that it was interest free payments.

      I had leased a tractor from Tempoe LLC that I still owe money on according to my credit report. In November 2021 I reached out to the creditor company on my credit report, ***** *** *******, prepared to pay my debt of $1,995 in full. The creditor then stated that I owed the $1,995 + another $829.95 = $2,824.95. When I asked to speak with a manager about the amount I was told at that time that my account was sold to "******* *******"; and still no clarification to this extra $829.95. When looking at my Tempoe account today it says that I owe $1,589.99 + $423.99 = 2,013.98. Yesterday I received a phone call from Muller and Associates threatening a law suit in the amount of $5,689.33, or a settlement amount of $2,844.66. They also threatened to garnish my wages in the amount of $303 bi-weekly until $5,6589.33 is paid in full. They threatened that I have until the close of business today to either set up the payment arrangement of $237.05 monthly or pay the settlement amount in full or the lawsuit will be filed. Afraid of being scammed I reached out to Tempoe this morning who told me that my account has been with ******** ****** ******** *** since November 2017. And still no clarification to the extra money that is not listed on my credit report or if this Muller and Associates was hired by them or scamming me. When researching ******** ****** ******** I found that it comes up as part of Tempoe LLC. Until yesterday I have had no correspondence from any of the companies listed above other than on my credit report. Can you please advise me in this situation?
