      I was a long time client. My client number was *****. After 38.5 years in business I decided to retire. I called to talk to Paycor. I was told around May 24th that the retention department would have to call me about my payroll plan. I wanted to keep my payroll open to the end of 2022, Just encase I wanted to process anymore payroll during the year. I waited 6 weeks and the person finally called back and to my unbelief it was the wrong person and again I was told that I needed to wait for that person to call me. That person to this day has never called me. I processed my last payroll on June 24. Since that time i have had no activity on my account. They charged me for July and August 2022. I did call the revenue team and was told that I would get a credit back for the 2 months. Since that time I did receive a deactivation code of 06043580 and I would not being getting my credit. Since I am no longer an active client, I can not get thru to talk to anyone but sales, which is crazy. I did do a chat today and the person gave me a phone number to call and it still would not let me go thru I can only get to a salesman, of which they can not help me. Paycor"s support before the pandemic was the best I have ever seen and was great to work with. I think the pandemic has ruined this company. I would like to be able to talk to someone at Paycor to resolve this problem. But that make it impossible to do that. What a shame.

      Paycor customer service is ****** ****** *********** *** payroll software company. It has become impossible to get answers regarding what they submitted and what ***** ***** withdraws from our bank account. I need answers to why Paycor's file is $230.00 different (less) that came out. You are placed on hold while they try and figure it out. Then they come back on the line and tell me they will have to get back with me but I NEVER hear back from them, even after being promised. This is just the latest time. There are others before this. You can only speak to customer service and cannot go up to a higher person at Paycor, The customer does not have anyone to help with these kinds of problems.

      In order to reconcile I need to know what the $230 difference is taken from.

      We where getting no support from the company. After several attempts to contact company we decided to switch to a different payroll company with more features. We tried to cancel service but with no response. Finally we got a email stating we had to fill out a special form. The form was working on the site. After several attempts to fill it out we gave up. the company continues to try to bill us yet has not done any payroll for several months. The company is totally unresponsive and impossible to work with.

      We moved to Paycor back in Jan 2022. We started implementing ben admin shortly after. We were told during implementation that we would be charged for the # of employees on benefits for the ben admin charge vs all employees. The first invoice came through and we were charged for all employees. I reached out to our Paycor rep about the incorrect charge and was told she submitted a case. I followed up a couple days and then a week later to see if there was any update, but received no response. The rep responded a couple days after my last follow up saying she had been OOO and would check on the status of the case. I followed up again a week later and a week after that, but no response. A month after the case was "submitted" and another incorrect invoice was processed, The rep responded asking me for a case # which I didn't have since she said she submitted it. I'm assuming based on the response, it was never submitted. Almost a month after that interaction (and after multiple other checkins and another incorrect invoice), I received an update on the issue from The rep's manager (I tried to escalate the issue) with a potential solution and was told the rep would follow up with next steps to correct the billing issue. No follow-up was ever received. A month after that, I received another update after more follow-up requests stating the same information as the previous update, but still never received any actual instructions to correct the issue. A few weeks after that, I was told the solution would be made prior to the next billing cycle. It was not. A couple weeks after that, I received info on the credits and 2 weeks after that the credits were finally submitted for approval. That was last week and I have yet to hear anything on setting up the correct billing info or when the credits would be received. Another invoice will be issued this week and more credits will need to be issued yet. It's been 6 months, just want a response and a solution.
