I ordered a Frigidaire stove top on the Appliance Parts 365 website on 11/7/2022. My Visa was charged $284.54 on that date. I never received an order confirmation, shipping information, or any communication from them. On 11/22/22, I requested a refund through their website email and have not received any communication from that email either. I believed I have been scammed.Business Response

I ordered a control board for my oven and received the wrong part. I contacted the company and they said to return it and I did. They said they would have me another part in a week. It's been 3 now. I have sent email after email with no response. I am wanting a refund for the part.Business Response

On November 26th 2022 I ordered a part for my washer from this website. I paid an additional $46.46 in shipping costs to have this part fed ex priority overnight. Understanding I placed this on a weekend I knew Tuesday was mostly likely when I would receive this part. However here we are on the 29th and no part. Not even any tracking information sent to me at all. I got one email with a link that just sends me to their login page. I have called and left messages with the business repeatedly and get no answer or call back . The total amount I was scammed for was $99.72. It’s Christmas time! I am a widowed single mother- and this is devastating! I want a full refund of my money immediately! And for this business to alter their website to let potential customers know they are not a fast shipping company.Business Response

On October 6, 2022, I ordered a ********* washing machine accessory (********* ********* ********) on the applianceparts365 website. Order number: *******. And paid $198.42USD. Responded to the email and shipped on October 7th: ******* number: ******************. However, after about two weeks, a UPS courier delivered a small package. I don't think it's what I want, because the volume of what I want is much larger than this should be. Checked the ******* number is correct. The courier said to open it and take a look, it turned out to be a glass frame. The courier resealed the box and took it away. Go back and look it up again. Do not use this site. They sent me a defective part and when i tried to get a refund It was denied 3 times. It has been a horrible experience. This is a direct quote from the lastest email. "The part doesn't cost that much that we need to be going through this back & forth" $35 is not alot of money to some but to me it is.
