    I ordered a dishwasher rack in May 2023, for which my credit card was promptly charged, and I received the attached email.

    I never received the rack. I emailed and called Appliance 265 to inquire but have not received any response. I am looking for a refund.

    Hello,

    I can confirm that this customer has been sent a paper check refund to the address we have on file. We do apologize that the part was on factory backorder status for so long. Unfortunately, that is all set up by the manufacturer. We have taken the concerns of customers seriously and one of the changes we implemented was an entirely new website and ordering system, that does not capture a customers money at the time of purchase. We are sorry your experience with us was not awesome but we strive to be better every day at serving our customers and will use this experience to help us all moving forward.

    I ordered parts on March 20, 2023. I paid $127.73 total. Their site claims fast shipping as they have a warehouse stocked with inventory. I emailed approximately in May, 2023, they answered back stating parts were backordered but we would have them by July. NO parts! Emailed twice and just again today but no response. No one answers phone. Their site states I can't cancel order once paid for but I REFUSE to not get ,either parts QUICKLY or a refund on my charge card

    On 6/3/23 I ordered a Dishwasher rack from Appliance 365 - Order # ******* - Paid $96.45. Website said 7-10 days for delivery. After weeks of waiting i tried to contact AP365, no email address, phone number goes nowhere, only a "chat" feature. I did get a response that my order was back ordered until August. Still no responses or delivery of product. I want the part or my money back.

    On May 31, 2023, contact and buy online a dishwasher top rack from Appliance Parts 365; reference order #*******. Through the chat, I provided the model and equipment the parts were for and they gave me the part number. When I received the part, it did not fit; it was not the correct one. Return the part to the same condition it was received it. Besides, to return the part must pay my money ($39.50) to get my refund ($108.75). According to the tracking number of USPS #**** **** **** **** **** **, the part was received with the return reference number (*********) for the return given by the company. But they did not refund my money. I returned the part because wanted to recover something from the money that I spent.

    Ordered and paid for product March 24, 2023 (Purchase Receipt for Order #*******). Was told part was on backorder, then we were told it was shipping, then nothing. They just ghosted us after that. No one answers the phone, no one answers the chat function.

    Ordered a part for a ***** dishwasher on April 9, 2023. Part was listed as "in stock" when I place the order. Was sent a status that the part was "backordered" a few days after my credit card was charged and the seller acknowledged the order. I have since received no communication and have attempted to contact them 3 times via their website and one time via responding to their order acknowledgement email. They have no phone numbers listed to contact them. I would like to cancel the order and get a refund.

    Hello,

     I can confirm that the customer placed an order for a part that did go on backorder. Unfortunately, factory backorder status can occur at any time and with no notice to either us or the consumer. I do apologize for the lack of communication, as well. We have been re-structuring the company and many of the employees that were here are here no longer. Unfortunately, during all that, many messages were missed and customers were left feeling lost. I am very sorry that this happened and we will be refunding the customer. 

     

    I can be reached by any customer from 8-5 Monday through Friday at 513-386-7588. However, I am the ONLY one on the phones most days, so please try back if noone answers.

    Oder # ******* placed 5/22/2023 with ApplianceParts365.com for a magnetron to repair a microwave oven. $38.66 was paid on line via credit card to cover cost of item, sales tax and shipping. More than two weeks after the order was placed I attempted to check on the status through the website (which does not list a phone number or email) using their “chat” feature, but seemed to be ignored with no response. I repeated this several times before writing a letter dated July 5, 2023, to their street address, 1756 Tennessee Ave, Cincinnati OH 45229 requesting timely delivery or else a refund of the $38.66. As of August 1, 2023, I have heard nothing from the company and have not received the product. I feel the company is operating fraudulently and they should not be allowed to offer products through Internet sales. Also, of course, I would like my payment refunded.

    After chatting with Art M******, I was assured that the ** refrigerator part was a match for match for mine. The order was placed on June 10th for:
    06/10 APPLIANCEPARTS365.COM ###-###-#### OH $39.18.

    I contacted "Art" at his web site as I wanted the correct part. I did not hear from himw. I went further and sent a picture of the "flapper" he had sent next to a picture of the one we have. I returned the part he sent with this information asking that he could hopefully find the right one or return my money.
    There was no reply.
    I went again on his web site a few days ago and asked for a refund. Still no reply.

    I sent a second message on his site last week and still nothing

    Hello,

    This was included in the package returned sent on 6/24/23.  
    The part is a "flapper" for a *******/** refrigerator.
    As you can see, there is a difference even though they said it was the same.
    We would like the correct part but it seems they do not have it so we
    are requesting a refund.

    Order placed for item 5/22/23. Was told it was backordered after it said it was in stock. Waited for time to lapse to for backorder. No longer get messages returned. Cant contact anybody. Still no word on item. Asked for return no response.
