I purchased 7 replacement burner knobs from ApplianceParts365.com on 4/12/2023 for $48.13. I kept some of them and returned the rest as per instructions from ApplianceParts365.com. On 69/2023 ApplianceParts365.com emailed me "Your return has been approved for order # *******.",
including the RA number to use on my return: *********. on 6/16/2023 I sent the return as instructed to AP365 Returns Dept., 1756 Tennessee Ave, Cincinnati OH 45229-1202. UPS tracking shows it was delivered on 6/20/2023. I never heard from the company again. They do not respond to telephone calls, and ignored 2 emails I sent regarding a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with ApplianceParts365 on June 27 for an item that was in stock and promptly received a payment confirmation and notification that my patrts were being packed for shipment. Almost a month later with multiple emails and "chat" requests submitted, there has been no change in order status, shipment confirmation, or response of any kind to my communications.Initial Complaint

I ordered a washer lid 6/11/23. Order#******* After I received it I realized that the lid was not the problem and wanted to return it. I had all the stickers and original box. The shipping box was the only thing opened on it. I asked for a return. I was sent an RA number. ********* I shipped the item back and tracked it with UPS Tracking# ****************** It was delivered back to them on June 29th. I still have not been refunded my money. I have called numerous times and I get a recording that due to call volumes they cannot answer my call. No option to leave a message. I have tried their Live Chat, I am told to leave a message and they will get back to me. This has been going on for about 3 weeks. They never respond. Last year I purchased a pump for a ice maker with a three year extended replacement warranty. For the past three weeks I have called and left messages, email them and no one is getting back to me ! I ordered a part. Purchace order # ******* on 02/23/2023. Part was listed in stock. 02/24/2023 the company took $187.83 out of my bank account. Then they e-mailed me that the part was on back order. I waited a several months, now, I don’t want or need the part. I have asked them for a refund as it’s been 5 months and I no longer need it anyway.

I ordered an appliance part from this internet store on Sept 19, 2022 and was told that the part was on backorder and would ship when available.
Order number 1230977 Paid by PayPal $17.91 for the part and $9.95 for shipping
When I had not heard any follow-up for many months, I cancelled the order on April 25, 2023 and received a confirmatory email that the order was cancelled.
When I did not get a refund I corresponded by email and got a reply that since the order was cancelled after 90 days since the payment was made they would have to issue a paper check. (email from "Alexis" on May 8 2023) I provided a phone number and address on several occasions and have not received a check.
There is no phone number listed to contact on the web site. Subsequent emails have been unaswered. A ******* response from "Jordan" noted "Thank you for clarifying. I till take this to the correct team."Initial Complaint

On June 25. 2023, I made an online order thru the Appliances Parts 365 website.
I ordered a replacement dryer knob for:

My ***** ***** bank was charged a total of $14.61
($8.14 for the part and $6.47 for Economy Shipping)
I still, to this day, have not received my order nor heard any updates about my order. I have continued to try calling with no answer and have tried the online chat messenger with no response. I've also sent a message thru the Facebook email listed but was sent back an "Error, Message did not go thru" message.
I'm on a limited budget and can't afford to let this company to just take my hard earned money. Please help me get my refund or my appliance part.

Ordered a part for my oven on 6/09/2023. Got an order confirmation from them. Still no part and they refuse to answer me or give me my money back. I have attached a screenshot of the receipt.
