THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM!! I placed an order on 6/6/2023 via their website. I never received any confirmation or correspondence. When I tried to contact the company the only way to reach them was via chat. I left multiple chat messages to inquire about my order and never received any response. They charged me for the parts and a shipping fee. I haven't received the parts or heard anything from them. This company is an absolute scam. I purchased a ** Window Air Conditioner Installation Accessories Kit ********** on May 31, 2023 for $41.38 (this amount includes $9.95 Shipping & Handing). My order number is *******. When I placed this order the part was listed as being “in stock”. On June 2, 2023, I received an e-mail stating that the item oversold and is now on a 2 week factory backorder. I have sent an e-mail to this company on July 7, 2023 and July 9, 2023 trying to get a status update and I have not received a reply. I have checked my spam folder as well. I could not find a phone number on their web site to contact them. I would just like to be fully refunded my $41.38 at this point and have the order cancelled.Initial Complaint

I placed an order number ******* for a part via their website and the money paid on my credit card and shows on my statement on 4/23/2023. That same day I got an email stating my order would be delayed as was on backorder. From this date until 6/22/2023 I have a chain of emails back and forth where I was informed the part would be coming and I did agree to wait for the part. On 6/29/2023 I received an email stating my order had been cancelled and "Any payments have been voided/refunded to your original payment method.". The refund has not been issued and I have tried to contact the company via phone a number of times leaving two messages for a call back, and contacted via email and their on page "Contact us" link to request the full refund and have not got an responses nor the refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a refrigerator component from this company, but never received the item or a refund. When I tried to contact the company the phone number was not in service and this business would not respond to repeated attempts using the company chat feature. I placed an order 6/21/23 for a replacement part. Based on the sales order, the item was shipped 6/27/23 with a ***** tracking number attached. It is not almost three weeks and we have not received our order. Shipping is stated to take 4-7 days.
The ***** tracking number is invalid. I believe this company is scamming their customers, they are unreachable via phone and only have a chat box available which is no help. I want a refund, but there is no evident place to request such.Initial Complaint

Hi !
I would not recommend doing business with this company.
I placed an order on 6/24/2023 via their website for 8 screws for $18.12. (which were already priced high but unavailable in the quantity I wanted at other places so I chose to pay extra). I received a sales order confirmation with no details.
The package was delivered on Jul 3 but it only had 6 out of the 8 screws that I had ordered. Since then I have been trying to contact them but no response.
1 - They don't have a customer service phone #
2 - They do not have customer service phone email
2 - They do not have a live chat (the chat they have on their website is merely a link to a form, it is not REAL chat)
I would like this business to send me my full order or refund the balance if they are unable to do so.
I have not heard back from them and not sure if I ever will. With this review, I hope to warn other customers making purchase decisions from this company.Initial Complaint

I ordered a part for my oven on the 26th of May. The site said it was in stock, on the 30th of May I was sent an email saying it's backorder. I placed online order 6/25/23 for two refrigerator door gaskets.
$191.24 total
Did not receive any confirmation but did receive parts after a week. (Upon seeing complaints on BBB, I did check my spam email and found an initial response from placing my order)
According to information on their site, these would fit my refrigerator.
I received one unit I ordered and a different one I did not order. Neither fit my refrigerator. I need to return for full refund. I have called and emailed multiple times thus far to no avail. I just want a refund now.Initial Complaint

This company charged me $80.52 for parts they never shipped. See attached receipt. I was told I would receive a refund one month ago. I did not receive the refund and they have ignored my last 2 emails. Their customer service number does not connect to a representative. This is a scam.
