    They answered the phone and emails enough to initiate and approve a return! (Jordan R.)I returned the part and cannot get a response from emails or an answer on the phone! Took me for $ 98.00 and the part! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!

    They told me it was a fan on Saturday, August 24th. I asked him if I needed a new refrigerator. He assured me I did not. Waited for the part for 2 days. Installed part on Monday; August 26th: total bill was $513.60. Refrigerator was still not cooling. He came back on Thursday, August 29th. Now I need a new board for $336. Since, he came back the refrigerator does not work at all. Meanwhile,, now we need to buy a new refrigerator. I waisted $500 on spoiled food. I called the company & they would do absolutely NOTHING !!!! I would never recommend this company. From a disable MAINE VET & his retired wife

    To all concerned I normally don’t write reviews but this one is well deserved I ordered parts got an order confirmation was told I would get a tracking number never received one tried calling number no answer finally after 7 calls approx. I sent an email to cancel my order due to the fact had no idea where my order was I had shipped to our vacation home that we were not at so it was important for it be there when we arrived purchased elsewhere great service when we arrived items were there I tried to send back customer service finally called said she was trying to do her best she is the only one there in that department said I had to pay shipping and restock fee very unprofessional all this could have been avoided if they would’ve follow through with a tracking number I will not purchase from them ever again and I would suggest other people to double check prior to purchases Customer Service also tried to tell me that they have a glitch with ***** emails incredible good luck

    I ordered parts from these people in July 2022 I never received the parts. I tried to leave an email for them and still have never received the parts nor have I received a refund from them. I cannot get in touch with them via phone and Im just tired of sending emails to get my money back, the order number is ******* And the order was placed on July 06,2022. Your order was under the name of ******************.

    I ordered a stovepart on 4-8 and they charged my credit card and now I cannot get a hold of anyone. The phone number does not have a company name - and they are not responding to my email inquiries,. Terrible customer service and I am worried it is a scam .I would not even leave one start at this point.

    There are no orders in our system for this person, just a quote from an incomplete order that was cancelled due to an issue with the payment method.

    I ordered a refrigerator part LAST April and has never been delivered. I sent emails and all that came back were canned responses. I tried calling but the phone number only goes to voice mail. This place is a sham. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I will keep posting bad reviews until I get my money back. And Applicance Parts 365, if you are reviewing this, you can check order #******* and send my money back if you want me to stop posting everywhere.
