    The pan for the oven was the wrong pan, and did not fit. I contacted cusdtomer service and have not heard back.

    Do not order from this business! I ordered a replacement part for our refrigerator on May 4th, 2023. I received an email stating the part was backorder and would be notified when it came in. I waited a few months and nothing so I requested a refund NUMEROUS TIMES. I've sent numerous emails requesting a refund and all they do is send me a canned email with a ticket number. I've called the number on their ** website and all you can do is leave a voicemail message. It's a lousy $16.19 and they can't respond? At this point it's the principle- I'm going to pursue other avenues for my refund. What a dishonest business. They should be shut down.

    This is the worst business i have ever dealt with for customer service. I ordered a part for my clothes dryer on November 24th. I waited till about November 30th to email them for an update. I emailed them again on December 1st. I finally got a reply stating my order was cancelled due to a supplier glitch. I ordered the part again on on December 1st from a company called HVACSupply365 not realizing it is the same lame company. After waiting another week I inquired and was finally told that the part is unavailable to them. Two weeks wasted dealing with incompetence. Never again.

    I ordered a control board my refrigerator and prior to receiving the control board from Appliance parts 365 I found out there were other issues with the refrigerator. I requested a return authorization number and it took several attempts to get the RMA. Once I received the RMA I shipped the control board back (it was never opened). It has been weeks and I still have not received a credit. I have sent multiple emails, chat balloon and phone call. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would not purchase anything from them.

    I ordered a ********** Cooktop on May 8th 2023. After I ordered the unit I received a notification it was on back order after it said it was in stock. I have tried to email the company multiple times with no answer. I just want a refund so I can get my stovetop replaced. Almost $400 for a part I never received and no refund? Is this company even legit? I would never recommend them.
