    I ordered a part and paid. No shipping information has been sent. They do not answer their phone, email or online chat. I doubt I will ever receive the part or be able to reach them for a refund. These guys should be closed down.

    Hello,Shipping information is available if the customer views their invoice. In this case, I can confirm I spoke to this customer on the phone. It does look like this order has already shipped. I will also send another link via chat for them to view their invoice.

    Sent a wrong part with a different part number than I ordered. Will not return emails sent to them. The phone number on this BBB site may be fake.Furious!

    This company has promised me a return label and now has stopped communicating with me (again) completely. They are trying to run out the click, so to speak, as the 30-day mark is close at hand. Don't buy from this company. Buyer beware.

    Hello,I just want to first say that none of our listed information is "fake." We are a real company and I am on the phone lines Monday thru Friday 8-5, Eastern time. I do apologize if the customer was unable to get through. The customer did state in chat that they ordered the incorrect item for their model and wanted help getting the correct item. I did respond , telling them to follow the return instructions found in their invoice. I have also sent an email stating this. If that is not accurate and they did get an item that is different than what was ordered, they may provide photos in chat of the item received. (Or they can send them back to the email I sent. Whichever is easiest.) We will supply a label to get the part back and be more than happy to send out the correct item or provide a refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

    I have, ONLY SINCE this BBB post, been contacted by the company. I am still waiting three days for a return label, and have asked for one. Thebemail stated I was authorized to return my item, but mail it back to them at MY EXPENSE.And to be clear, I did not ORDER the wrong part, sir; I entered my model number, and the wrong part was SENT to me.

    Company has two seperate websites. Unable to use them stating my password is incorrect. Tried the reset password about 10 times. NO EMAIL sent to my address. NOT IN SPAM FOLDER EITHER! Did recieve email stating i made an account, but cant access it. Cant reach trhem on phone or by chat or messages left. BUT money has been taken out of bank already. Shady Shady Shady business practices. Still trying to contact them. I better be getting my money back if they dont have my parts. Someone better be contacting me asap!!!

    Hello,

    I can confirm this customers order was cancelled. The pre-authorization hold was released and the customer was not charged. We did attempt communication but it does look like attempts were blocked by the customer's email client. We do regret that customer was unable to receive our messages and therefore unable to fix their password.

    Ordered a part that was on "backorder". It's been six months, and I never received it. I don't have an order number or anything. I tried messaging and calling. I got no response. Definitely a scam. Do not order from this company.

    Purchased an Oven Igniter OEM part from AP365 which was delivered to me broken. Tried to reach out to a "person" at AP365 to review the process of receiving a replacement part for the broken item and through many emails, online Chat's, photos, etc., I have not gotten any responses to date. What I ended up doing was calling the company who's name was on the invoice (Not AP365) inside the original box and talked with an actual Customer Service person who was very helpful with sending me the replacement part. All I needed to do was to send photos of the damaged/broken part and they honored that! That's how business should work! AP365 should have been the ones responsible to coordinate this activity but never stepped forward to rectify the issue. If your someone who purchases from AP365 and you received merchandise that was not damaged and/or needed to be returned, then I can see how you rated them so high. For the folks that need support on their purchase(s), you will struggle with communication from them. In my line of business, that would never be acceptable! All AP365 did was generate an electronic RMA Number to my account for me to return the broken device back to them; no return shipping label provided. Please look elsewhere for your appliance parts in the future!

    Requested a refund on July 25, 2023 for a part that was ordered on March 22, 2023 via email. I received no response from this merchant. Followed up this morning by phone and the customer service representative stated technical difficulties accessing the system. Unable to provide an estimated resolution date for getting the refund processed and asked me to call back in another week. My experience with this merchant is not so good.

    Unfortunately, I do not see an order under the email provided here. If the customer has a different email or order number, I can certainly look that up for them I am sorry that they called when our system was in fact down. We are back online and I am happy to look into this for them.

    Ordered a part that was listed as it was compatible with my dishwasher. It was not. I attempted to return the part and was unable to due to the fact that I did not create an online account at the time of purchase. I have been attempting to contact the company to receive a link to return with absolutely no response. I feel this company is avoiding my requests for a refund until my window of 30 days of eligibility expires. Terrible terrible company.

    Bought an ******* ice maker 2022-10-01 and ice maker stopped dispensing ice cubes around July 2023. I am not able to get a response after leaving numerous phone messages and submitted online many request to chat.

    I have responded the questions posted by the vendor providing model number and serial number of the appliance the ice maker was installed. And I like a full refund. There is no resolution provided.

    Ordered a replacement ice maker for our refrigerator, but before it arrived, our fridge went on the fritz. I have asked for a return number to return the ice maker, and after 5 attempts over a month and a half, no word from them at all.

    Ordered in stock part, next day it's on backorder but didn't advertise that fact. Been 3 months and no communication from them. No response to my asking for cancelation of order. Scammers
