      Called a week early to make appointment for alignment. Told to come in when they open and would slip me in, 6 hours later still in waiting room! I have saw 2 people walk in after myself that purchased tires, get serviced , and leave. I am sure they made more on these tire sales not saying much about their customer service and what they feel my time is worth!

      The selection of tires and the service at this location were good. I paid my **** and when I got home, saw they had put in road hazard warenty for $152. I called the store and pointed out that it was added and I did not ask for it. The gentleman said it would be refunded to my credit card. A week later I checked and saw there had been no refund. I called and was told it takes time, because the home office has to do it and they only do it once a week. Really? Not sure what day it is, but it has been a week, so it should have been done. One has to wonder what kind of scam this is. If I didn`t notice it initially, or check for the refund, I wonder if it actually would have gotten done. Check your **** before you leave. Or maybe consider a different location.

      Had an appointment at 9:00am. There was a customer there trying to give a tip so he could get his car in faster. The lady told him they couldn't do that because they weren't allowed to accept tips and there was 6 people ahead of him. Next thing you know his car is done and he handed the service manager some money of which he slid in his pocket. I witnessed the whole exchange. Meanwhile I'm still waiting at 10:30 for my car to be done. The lady was professional and did her job. This happened in ******, **.
