They will not stop calling us. We have asked them for months to PLEASE STOP CALLING US. They call our main number and then choose an option for our main office in *******, or our other location in ***** ******. The result it, both of our locations have been hammered with calls. A week does not go by that we do not receive a call from them. I just took one of their calls minutes ago. I was asked to provide them with additional phone numbers. After telling them that they have actually been banned by our company and we couldn't use them even if one of us wanted to, because of their complete unprofessional disregard for our requests to be taken off their calling lists--their response was to try and obtain additional numbers to call. They are awful. We would never use them. If they cannot follow a simple request to stop calling us, we certainly are not going to trust them to follow our requests if taking care of a shipment. We just want them to stop calling us. After reaching out to the BBB, our next call will be to their Attorney General. Their sales' efforts are beyond aggressive. They are harassment.Business Response

About every week or so, the company calls multiple times pushing their services, and has been told every time for the past 3 months that we are not interested, that we provide those services ourselves, and that should be removed from their contact list. They call multiple times a day. I’ve talked to a rep three times within five minutes on 9/30/22. I have hired them in the past to ship freight with me and they didn’t follow through on their end. We've been attempting to report and resolve a billing dispute since 10/18/21. At minimum we have made at least dozen written attempts to get this resolved with no response. After 10 months of reaching out to the company, we finally received a response. TQL failed to deliver our material in a timely manner which resulted in a delay in our job completion as well as labor costs associated with the delay. They were to pick up no later than Friday, 10/1/21 and we were to report to the job site on Monday, 10/4/21 with all materials on-hand. The delivery didn't occur until Wednesday, 10/6/21. We had multiple associates travel 6 hours away from home on Monday morning and they were not able to perform any work until the material arrived which resulted in losses due to hourly pay wages travel (hotel/meal) expenses. At minimum, our loss due to your service failure is $1,375; the invoice was $1,500. They've offered a $300 discount on the invoice. At this point, my time disputing this has cost far more than the amount we were even wiling to pay.Business Response

We have tried everything possible over the years to get Total Quality logistics to STOP calling us. We ask every time. We have tried calling corporate. We have been laughed at, called liars when we tried to say "we just don't ship anything" to get them to stop. Every time it's a different sales person, every time the excuse is that the last person "must not have put in the request to stop calling". I'm tired of it. Sometimes multiple calls a week, at minimum once a week. We've filed complaints with the FTC and nothing is stopping it.
At this point, we wouldn't do bussiness with TQL if they were the last logistics company on earth.Business Response

I hired TQL to ship quartz slabs to us. TQL then hired a hot shot to deliver the slabs and out of the 3 slabs that were delivered 1 slab was damaged. I filed a claim with TQL and in the meantime I had to purchase another slab and TQL hired another hot shot to deliver the slab. Once the hot shot arrived at our shop the slab was broken and unusable. So we had to file another claim with TQL. This has been going on since January of this year and we still have not received any money from them. TQL has now informed me before they send us money for the 2 claims, they said I had to pay for the shipping on the second slab at a cost of $2,700.00. In what world do we live in where a person pays 2x for a material and still have to pay for shipping on damaged goods. TQL is basically saying it is not our fault because they are a third party shipper, even though I contacted them for shipping.Business Response
