      Wouldn't leave us alone for the longest time. We would get emails and phone calls multiple times every day after asking that they would leave us alone.

      We also get call from them persistently, and we are pretty much annoyed by that. Ever since we received some complaints from our sales office, we try to avoid to pick up any calls from them unless there is an actual shipping appointments.

      How can this company have an "A+" rating with the BBB with only 1 star customer review rating and 39 complaints in last 12 months (BBB's stats, not mine!). Our experience with this company agrees with the customer review rating. We used them a FEW times for shipping services and while that service was fine, it wasn't significantly better than the service we receive from other logistics companies. And where TQL lost our business was with the CONSTANT calling and badgering about using them more. It truly feels like harassment at this point. We initially asked them to reduce the call frequency and only call us once a month or so, but that didn't work. It got so annoying that we requested to be put on a "do not call" list or to have our information removed from their system. Well. . . we have requested that at least a dozen times now and they still keep calling. Today, after telling them the same thing again and to PLEASE never call back here again, we hung up the phone only to have them call back immediately and ask for a reason. They said they can't put us on a "do not call" without a valid reason.The reviews on this site clearly reflect that we are not the only ones having this issue.We will never do business with them again.

      we get calls from them constantly. Different rep every time. We have stated several times to stop calling we are not changing shippers. However the calls never stop. I finally had to block there email address as well.

      After 20 years doing business with them they bring Business decision without absolutely any reason to don't work with us anymore. I called couple times asking for explanation and they are so rude and disrespectful telling me they don't need to explain me nothing. They have all rights to do whatever they want and I don't have none. Worst company ever.

      I'm supposedly on the no call list, new guy today, first thing, how would I know if you're on the no call list. I just ******* you. Train your people to check and respect the no call list and make sure my company is on it. Next up, federal complaint. There is no possible way we will ever use you and don't follow that up with why, enough of my has been wasted.
