      Beware of this company. If they call you once, immediately block their phone number on all of your business and personal phones, (do NOT give them your personal number.) I work for a small business and we have told them numerous times over the past 4-years that we're not interested as we have no need for freight services. They continue to call 3-4 times a week, (for the past FOUR years!) Luckily we have them blocked so they can't get through, but this is 100% harassment. I would never work with a company who doesn't understand the meaning of NO. I tell everyone who is need of logistics to avoid them at all costs and will continue to do so. Someone please do something about this company, I don't know how they're still in business.

      Didn't want to leave any stars. I have over 25 years in the automiotive manufacturing industry and TQL is the most irritating company I've ever dealt with. Like others who've left reviews here, I've asked them repeatedly to stop calling, told them there are no opportunitites for business, and because of their relentless, obnoxious and underhanded phone solicitation, even if I needed to schedule freight it wouldn't be with TQL. I will never do business with TQL and strongly encourage others in my industry to avoid them as well.

      I've told their sales team to stop calling me as we are a small operation and don't need their services. I've told them this at least 20 times over the last 2 years. They called me twice/day every day for over a year on my personal cell and work phone. They will not stop harassing me. Every time I block their number, they call me on a different one. I don't know what to do to get them to stop calling me. They are harassing me constantly.Please help me.

      If I could give TQL zero stars, I would. This company is the epitome of relentless annoyance and disregard for basic customer requests. Despite multiple attempts to be placed on their Do Not Call list, TQL has continued to bombard me with incessant phone calls. Their behavior is beyond infuriating and shows a complete lack of respect for potential clients' time and privacy. I initially answered their calls, politely requesting to be removed from their call list. However, it appears TQL either does not understand or deliberately ignores these requests. The calls keep coming, day after day, interrupting my work, my personal time, and even my sleep. It's as if they have made it their mission to harass me into submission. To make matters worse, their representatives are often pushy and unprofessional, adding to the frustration. I have lost count of how many times I’ve asked them to stop calling, only to be met with empty promises and continued disruptions. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for consumer rights. TQL, here's a piece of advice: respect people's wishes and remove their numbers from your call list when requested. It's not that hard. Your aggressive and relentless marketing tactics are not just ineffective—they're driving potential customers away. In conclusion, if you value your peace and sanity, stay far away from Total Quality Logistics. They clearly do not understand or respect the concept of "Do Not Call."       Multiple in our office have told them we are not interested and to stop calling and yet they continue to call multiple times a day and multiple times a week. It is bordering on harassment at this point. We just want them to stop calling. The Just Will Not Take No For An Answer!

      They do not abide by the DO NOT CALL list - we receive calls almost weekly - when I explained to them that we do NOT ship anything - we have no need for their service - they continue to hassle us and call leaving messages - we were told they buy a list that our company shows up on - they DO NOT LISTEN

      Multiple times we've told them to stop calling because we refuse to use them. When I told them they we were blocking their number, Trevor had a girl call back from a cell phone saying she was representing another company, yet I heard her call him Trevor and also him coaching her what to say in the background. Real class act of a company.

      A guy called my company over the phone. The phone got disconnected during the conversation. He then proceeded to call back and say "if you don't like your job you can always quit" in a very rude tone and then hung up the phone. That kind of behavior is very strange and unprofessional.

      Add another name to the list of irritated people receiving endless cold calls that the company was never reached out for. It's amazing how shady this company is. As a Distribution Manager, I would never use them even with a gun pointed at my head because they're the ultimate in lacking professionalism.
