      Key bank is the worst. I have a key bank credit card. I made a payment a week ago. I got a confirmation email. Yet my available credit has not been updated.
      I called customer service and was told there have been Muslim holidays and Muslim holidays do not count as business days to update my available credit

      KEYBANK does not advise clients that no dispute beyond 60 days will be in favor of client or bank account holder associated with getting a provisional credit due to federal regulations KEYBANK is suppose to abide by. I explained to KEYBANK that ***** *** ***** ***** **** ****** deceptively transactions on 8-17-2021 and 8-17-2021 and 8-28-2021 involving my 2012 equinox. Midas as usual deceived me into believing o needed parts replaced on my car but KEYBANK witnessed Midas’s fraudulent signature on 8-17-2021 but KEYBANK failed to reimburse me for the 8-28-2021 transaction in which Midas told me that I needed my struts replaced without any evidence to prove my struts were faulty. In fact 11 days prior to 8-28-2021, midas gave me an inspection paperwork that stated my struts were good. But even though I recently filed this complaint through my bank as of June 20th 2023, KEYBANK told me on 6-28-2021 that KEYBANK does not give provisional credit to clients who’s complaints surpass 60 days. On top of this KEYBANK stated that intake is suppose to take complaints despite clients surpassing 60 days limit to file complaint which is nothing but unprofessional on KEYBANK’s part. I’ve heard of incompetent but I believe whoever handled my complaint at KEYBANK, fraud Dept are totally incompetent and a waste of labor. I will say I’ve had great service from many KEYBANK staff but overall I believe it’s all about money with banks as well and some staff need to seriously think about how they instruct us to do things that’s a waste of time.

      Keybank holds my funds without a true reason. They just keep making up excuses after excuses. Horrible customer service!

      Worst bank ever. Got scammed not thru phishing but a credit line.
      Wanted no documentation
      Told me to expect me to lose it. Being a small business owner with a financial degree. Repercussions will take place when they pull money from the account not associated with it.
      Rude in-house tellers
      No letter about dispute just took it away. SEC and FDIC will be notified.

      Key bank is not recommended...I ordered on line from a company that turned out to be a scam company...but key bank sided with the scam company and would not get my money back...

      Bunch of thieves! You open an account, deposit money and they right away lock you out for "review". The rep told me that since they are online only they automatically suspect everyone for fraud initially and lock you out for weeks or months. I have not had access to my $5,000 for a month now and according to reviews I saw online some people have been waiting months. Thieves!

      The KeyBank in Damascus, Oregon employee, Dallas *****, is a real rude person. I’ve been cashing my check there for eight years. He refused to cash my check today.

      KEYBANK’s fraud department in my case failed to properly handle evidence warranting a reversal of $47.35 to my account. I presented evidence that KeyBank never included to make its proper decision due to a locksmith who violated Ohio consumer sales practice act ( bait and switch violation) but KeyBank used uncontested information and reversed $47.35 amount due to an unspecified reason. A locksmith failed to program a key for vehicle but charged me anyway. I gave KeyBank pertinent info from eBay who also confirmed the key fob had no electronics inside to be programmed but out of incompetence, and me numerously complaining about reversal of $47.35, I believe KeyBank retaliated against me and even today after 2 1/5 months still insists that the fraud dept has not seen enough evidence to conclude KEYBANK’s position of what is just to me the true victim behind issue. I will say that Dayton locksmith is also a place that is deceptive and uses Ambiguity In it’s business practices with customers and I strongly urge the public to do not have business with them.
