The worst part about this apartment complex is that management is willingly breaking federal law by harassing and threatening DV victims with eviction. And one of the federal laws they are breaking is denying a DV DV victims housing with is against federal law. And if they keep it up they will be sued. And you would think since its mainly women working in the Office they would really know the trouble they can get into by breaking the laws considering VAWA. And if you dont know what VAWA is its violence against women's act. I suggest googling it to know more
and I strongly recommend it to the office
Dont move here. I am a survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault. By federal law under the violence against women act aka VAWA I can not be denied housing yet the doesn't matter to the management. The would rather break the federal law even though I have protections under VAWA to refuse me housing. Plus it is disgusting over.The NRP Group LLC

I have been staying at sundale flats located in Charlotte nc since April of 2023 ever since I been staying here its been nothing but problems my 12 year old daughter has been jumping 3 times and the rent office has done nothing even with police reports being made my son has been harassed for playing football with my youngest two boys I have been to the rent office multiple times because the noise coming from up stairs my 12 year old daughter has been physically assaulted by two men and it's nothing being done this has been the worst my sink is still broke I also have black mold in my kids bath room and in Mt oldest son room the list goes on I'm now facing having to move and the fact it's low income housing they don't careThe NRP Group LLC

I have been living in the terrace of Walnut Creek located in Austin Texas off of 290 highway it used to be a very nice place to raise a family as of myself a mom of seven single parent I have two small teenage children that also coincides with me in the same unit on the day of Tuesday the 12th 2023, my son a 15 year old young high School freshman male had to help three young ladies under the age of 15 get home safely within our community because of a situation and scandal that happened between three young female students female students and another set of three female students my son was there trying to be a gentleman and protect everyone the three of those girls father came out and brandished a gun and asked their children in our community of terrorists of Walnut Creek if anybody wants some meaning did anybody want to get shot messing with his children when their children were the ones being the bully I need this matter to be dealt with quickly I have already spoke to my office personnel on property here in Austin Texas I was informed that someone was going to get back to me within them 24 hours only to find out they just now receiving the information so how long is we would have to live in fear not to mention I called today the date is Thursday July 13th 2023 to find out that nothing was done yet that it's still in processing not to mention that the tenant in building 5207 also during that same day of altercation threaten myself and my children and told me that this was not over yet because the said male went to jail along with the gun that he had in his possession please get the office people to do their job here in Austin Texas they are not thank youThe NRP Group LLC

I applied at ********** ****** **** ***** ***** ***** on Feb 15, 2023. I was told it would take up to 120 days for the waiting list. Well after my 120 days were up I went into the office and ask what number I was and was told they can push me up to number 1 for immediate move in for the next following month. I requested june15th. Well June 13th came and was told apartment wasn’t ready that I can move in June 23rd. I had my electricity transferred to the apartment and cable hooked up also. June 23rd came and was told that my apartment has been changed to another one and I have to call the electricity company and transfer it to the new one. I said ok. They asked can I stop by tomorrow and sign the lease. I told them I’m not signing until I see the apartment first. The lady was hesitant at first but agreed to let me see it alone first. When I went to the apartment to view it the door was half broken but still locked. I used the key to unlock the door and as I open it I saw a man with a blunt in his mouth pulling up his pants. The whole entire apartment rep Mary Jane smoke.. I ran at that point because the guy look like a straight thug and I thought he was going to shoot me. He saw my face. I went to the office and complained about it and the lady look lost. No words came out here mouth at all. I’m in shocked and still shocked at what I’ve seen and went through with this apartment complex. No apologize whatsoever. This apartment complex need to be checked on by they’re corporate office and clean office and the buildings. Not too mention this apartment complex has put me into debt with the electricity company because I never accumulated electricity in the apartment but I was billed $228 without my deposit plus an early termination fee of $170. They aren’t right at all. Something needs to be done immediately about this whole situation. Then they had the nerve to ask me to come back to sign the lease and they promise to fix the broken door so I can move in. Really? WowThe NRP Group LLC

They don't fix anything...and when you question them they try to figure out how to give you a lease violation..to justify trying to kick you out..the assistant manager is the problem ...and never gets anything doneThe NRP Group LLC

Been a resident at Grayson Lifts at Wakefield Station, Wakefield, Ma for over a year now with a fourteen month lease and counting down the days to get the heck out. Elevator on my side of the building has been out 7 months out of the year I've been here. This is a dog friendly building but to coral dogs in a stairwell on leash can be extremely dangerous to dogs & people alike. It's a looong walk with groceries down the hallway after walking the length of the building from the parking lot. The cold water runs warm & it takes several minutes to get hot running water. Many time showers run cold. Homeless sleeping in the front hall on the weekends where packaged deliveries sit all over the place and not secured inside the building in the mailroom. Air quality is bad due to the inability to open windows but definitely cost a fortune to heat & cool the apartment due to air infiltration where glass meet's brick and compromised double pane seals. All in all the place is far from "elegant" and would not recommend. At 3,600 per month rent I'll take my hard earned elsewhere when this lease expires.The NRP Group LLC

Manager does anything she can to get an extra buck . Iv had money order ready to pay rent went by Thursday Friday around 430 she was already gone for the day even though she spose to be until 5 . An I can't pay on weekends she doesn't work come Monday I go to pay an she says I will be receiving late fees lol ..... she tried to also double charge me for a pet deposit I had already paid 4 years prior to moving in an said she had "no record of me paying it " do your self a favor an stay far away from these crooks . ** ****** *** **** ****** ** ***** ******** ********* *** ***** ******* *** ** ****** **** ********** ** *** **** ***** ******* **** * An good luck getting anything fixed right better have your self a real handy bf to do all the maintenence they do not do . Moved in to my apartment on February 3,2023. Literally right after I signed my lease I went to my apartment to move my things in and found 2 live roaches on the wall near the window . I immediately contacted the leasing agent and he advised me they would have my apartment sprayed. He also advised the apartment below me had several pest issues and stated they could be the reason im seeing live activity. Due to it being the weekend I had to wait til Monday for them to contact pest control. They came on 2/7/2023 to spray my apartment. During the days of staying here I encountered several dead and live roaches in my apartment before and after my apartment was sprayed. I couldn’t even sleep in my own apartment because it was so much activity. I moved out my apartment on 2/8/2023 due to the infestation of roaches and loud neighbor below me, I decided this place wasn’t safe enough for my 3 month and I to call home. After moving out I received a statement on 2/22/2023 advising I would receive a refund for my deposit for the apartment within 30 days. I waited until April 10th 2023 to contact the leasing representative because I didn’t receive my refund. I was advised my check was issued March 31 2023. On Tuesday April 18 2023 the leasing agent advised me the check was never cut. I have tried to contact the regional manager but still haven’t heard anything back and the leasing office keeps giving me the run around. This whole experience has made me uncomfortable. Do not move here they only care about your money and not your well being. As of 05/02/2023 my check still has not been received and preston pointe has told me they don’t have any additional information for me !The NRP Group LLC

1 starI lived at The Beckett apartments in Austin Tx.. I don’t know how it is now but at one point I called it home until they got the wrong person ******* ****************** to manage the apartments .. I was there before the apartments officially open before washer and dryers before the pool before the buildings 4-11 where done etc..
Was there four years without a complaint or notice . I was on section 8 so rent was on time all the time and bills paid on time and did so for fours years the same way .stayed in my apartment with no stove dishwasher for 3 years and no smoke alarms for a year until section 8 step in and failed them more then once .
I wanted to upgrade my apartment from a 3 to a 4 . Was promised two apartments didn't get them . Was asked to move ever so rude to the back and I said no and decided to move completely with in doing so false reports and complaints where made . We tried to found another apartment McKinney Falls Apartments ( which are NRP GROUP as well) told us that we where being evicted and which I showed them a notice to leave and they didn't want to go by that so they took or application fee which was not what it was supposed to be and kept it moving . This went on with a few apartments. I got legal aid in it and Heather ( the Beckett )and Monica ( McKinney Falls) was asked to fixed the problem and they never did so now I lost everything including my section 8 and now homeless and family separated.
