Relentless Recovery towed my all wheel drive on two wheels causing over $2000 in damages back in May of 2021. Today, October 19th Relentless Recovery towed it again in park on two wheels. So I know they caused even more damage to the vehicle. These people ate liars and crooks. They should be shot. Below are pictures of the driver rearing out of my driveway on two wheels.

Relentless did not repossess this customer's vehicle. Another repossession company had the order and took the unit. The customer was advised of this fact when he filed a direct complaint with Relentless, but he still filed this BBB complaint.

My car was repossessed at the beginning of September, but I was able to get it back I believe on September 20th. Upon receiving my vehicle I noticed a pair of Coach sunglasses were missing from my car and also a chargeable jumper cable box was missing. I immediately noticed these things missing before I drove my car from their lot. I was directed to file a complaint and after a few email exchanges with **** ***** where I told him where in the vehicle the missing items would’ve been located I was told essentially that he checked with his employees and everything in the car had been returned, and he provided a photo of the center console of the car. None of the items I reported missing would’ve been in the center console and of course the employees are not going to admit to stealing my personal property. I told him I was not content with that resolution and I have yet to hear a response back. This was already a very stressful situation and it is now even worse as two of the most valuable things in my car are missing. It is also very frustrating that ****** response was simply to ask his employees and then ignore the rest of my emails. I imagine that this is how most of these complaints are handled with little to no resolution.

Relentless repossessed customer's vehicle on August 30, 2022. Relentless inventories and photographs all personal property located inside the unit at the time of repossession. All property is removed and stored for customer to redeem due to bailment laws and contractual obligations with the customer's lienholder.

Customer filed a direct complaint on September 21, 2022 after redeeming her car on that same date. Customer claimed she was missing $180.00 designer sunglasses and some type of chargeable jumper cables. Relentless responded on September 21, 2022 and asked the customer where the items were located at inside the vehicle. Customer stated sunglasses would have been located near cup holders. The center console had sunglasses in it which were photographed and returned to her. Our inventory pics show no sunglasses near cup holders. See attached pictures. Finally, no chargeable jumper cables were located or inventoried anywhere inside the unit.

Our employees did not steal her property. All items inventoried and located were returned to the customer on September 21, 2022. Our staff check our warehouse to make sure all property items were returned as no other property items could be found.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

My items could’ve been stolen before the photos were  taken. My personal property was stolen point blank period. Before my vehicle was in your possession those items were in my car and after they weren’t. It’s simple. One of your employees stole my property and the business is refusing to handle the situation.

      Regards,

      ******* *******
