      We got into an accident with our camper that was financed thru Huntington. State farm insurance and our gap insurance covered the money owed to Huntington. They sent us a letter saying that we are cleared of owing them. They are now charging us late fees and saying we still owe them over $700. They are also putting negative info on our credit report. I have tried talking to them about this letter they sent, but they won't respond to my emails.

      On 8/20/24 at 11:54pm, I went to Huntington Atm located at ******************************. I withdrew ******. The *** sucked the money back in stating that I wasn't fast enough. I contacted the Huntington Bank Manager, ***************************** the next day. She stated that the machine had to be reconciled at some unknown date or time, and she would not return the stolen money. As of this date, my stolen money has not been returned to me,

      I come to find out that today that the bank has decided to close my account. I get a direct deposit with this company of over 1900 every two weeks. The company never notified me that they were closing my account.. I have no money and no food. My direct deposit came in today for 1100 they told me I can go into a branch to withdraw 59.00 I am not near a bank and don’t have access to any of my funds. I am hungry and I have no money. .

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have no obey and no food in my refrigerator. They did not tell me that they was closing my account the only way I found out is because I tried to order me some food and it keep declining this is how I pay my bills all of my bills are bouncing because the bank decided to not renew my account.talking about I am a risk but I bring in over $5000.00 a month. I want a better explanation or I will be filing a consumer affair report

      I opened a Huntington account earlier this summer when I found out I was transferring positions. I work 16hr 6 days a weeks in law enforcement so my schedule is hectic. Upon opening my account that I was to use at my new job downstate I had a few deposits totaling over $900. I let it sit there and continued my move. In July, I paid for some chewing tobacco at wild bills, the only transaction I have made with my huntington debit card. My wallet and phone were left in the parking lot after I set them on my truck. Days later I was able to pick up my wallet and a quick glance it appeared everything was in it's place. I was still using my breakwater account for everyday pur*****s as my direct deposit had not been set up for hubtington. I checked to see if my deposit went through and find I have a negative balance! Numerous transactions that I never made. I then realized my huntington debt card, ***** credit card, and ssn card that I kept on the other side of my wallet had been taken while my wallet was missing. I reported the fraud dispute to huntington who promised to credit my account. The next day my account is locked out pending closure. This is theft !!!! Huntington needs to refund me my deposits that were in my account that totaled over $900 . The only transaction made was to wild bills prior to losing my wallet! This needs to be fixed!!!!Huntington user name ***********

      I have tried many time to make payments to the loan I have with them. They dont accept the money and then charge me a late fee for not paying on time. If they would accepts the payment it wouldnt not be late. They are doing this to charge me late fees. I wish them to correct any late fee filings with credit reporting agencies and to correct my billing.

      On 8/20 I made a deposit to my account for 2850 by check. The check was supposed to clear the next day since it was a cashier check. The check didn't clear and when I asked ********* why they said it could be up to 5 days since the check was signed over to me. On the 5th day of not cashing the check My boyfriend who the check was made out too and he signed over to me went to ********* where they told me to fill out a form with My boyfriend to verify that he did agree to cashing to my account which was supposed to include him on it and I was under impression he was added to account long before doing this. He signed form it was a Friday we were told Monday it would be there. On Saturday a notification came saying Monday my deposit was gonna be available. Monday came and still no money. I called back to the bank where I was told it would be another day until available by one representative on their customer service line. We called the Kalamazoo branch and we're told that they force closed the account Monday and I couldn't get the money for 90 or more days. This was 5 min after the customer service lady said the money would be in the account the next day Tuesday. She didn't say the account was closed or anything like that only that it would be available Tuesday yet 5 min later a call to local branch leads to finding out the account was forced closed the previous day and now I'm without the check that again is a cashier check guaranteed funds and no explanation of why the account was closed or where and when the money is gonna be ours.

      This is complaint 2 for this issue with Huntington since they have yet to resolve or contact me back on this issue. On 8/19 a check desposit for 2850 was put into my account with **********************. They informed me that it would take 5 days after the 5 days I was told I had to file some paperwork for them to release the Funds of the check to my account. The forms were filled out at the ********* branch. After another 5 days I called about the funds and was told they closed my account due to "risk" I was told the money would be sent to me once they account was fully closed. After 2 weeks of nothing I made a complaint with BBB. A women named ****** ****** contacted me letting me know she got the BBB complaint and she would be who I contacted for assistance with this issue. I sent her the info she asked for Sep 13th. She has not returned my calls or made contact since. I received a statement in the mail from the bank which is attached that shows the balance of my account on Aug 19 being ***** dollars then 0.00 on 9/6 I have not got the money sent to me still on October 2nd. I can't get in contact with anyone who can explain where the money went. I've gotten far behind on bills that I planned to use the money for including losing my car insurance over non payment since they refuse to pay me the money that was in my account on 8/16 and now has been taken and account closed. I have 4 kids and am a single mother struggling due to this money being taken from me with no explanation or help in sight. I will likely lose housing and more waiting to be paid what I am owed by this Bank.

      opened a checking account with bank. they approved and let me set up on line banking. I made a mobile deposit of $ ******* by my personal check # **** on August 18, 2024. The check was negotiated by Huntington on August 19, 2024. They indicated that there would be a delay in putting in my account for verification purposes. the date indicated was 8/23/2024. shortly thereafter i was having difficulty signing on to the on line banking. when i called to see why, first i was told that once the check cleared i would be able o get back on, then next time i called was told that my account was being reviewed for a risk assessment but couldnt give me any further information. So I called a local branch and they told me that my account had been closed and that the check was rejected of sorts but couldnt tell me why or when i would get refunded. i called the main number again and spoke with someone who told me the the account was being reviewed for possible closure, and then stated it could take anywhere from one to six weeks! now today I received a letter dated 8/20t/24 telling me my money would be available on August *******. I cannot access the account online so cant see balance. when you call the main number first message I am greeted with is " the balance in your account is zero"!!!.. I cant get a straight answer from this company/ if I were a risk to start with (granted my credit rating is pretty bad and i am currently going thru a bankruptcy) they should have denied me from the get go ! bottom line is they have ******* of my money which i have no access to and currently need that money for medications. they need to either give me imeddiate access to my money or refund it to me ASAP !!! i have encliosed a copy of my check, and emails from them,. I hope a resolution can be had promptly as i need my meds and unfortunately due to my bankruptcy have no way of borrowing enough to pay for them

I was contacted by phone and apologized to for the poor treatment I got trying to resolve the issue thru their customer service unit. Needless to say I am taking back my money and closing this account.

      I am ******** son and ***. In April of 2023 Huntington Bank in ******* shut dad's account down for the sole reason that they couldn't find my *** papers that were given to them on 3 separate occasions. After complaining to them, they miraculously found the *** papers and said they would put back the account the way it was. Dad's social security check gets deposited automatically and payments are taken out automatically, Discover Card and ******* for his phone. I repeatedly asked them if the account was exactly the same as it was. I was assured it was. Today, 8/23/2024, I find out that ******* has again not been paid since April because Huntington Bank DID NOT set it back up the way it was. I feel that the bank should pay the past due account for ******* and also the current amount due. This is twice they have screwed me over.

      Back in May, I opened a Huntington Perks Checking Account following an ad from huntington.com to open a new account for a $400.00 bonus.On the website it specifies to click on the (Apply Online) button to generate bonus code. Nothing mentions of having to obtain the code personally to place on my account.I followed ALL instructions and opened the account online. The customer service did not help at all and asked me all kinds of questions that lead to no resolution at all. There should always be a way to help a customer obtain an offer if presented. I also have the welcome letter stating the promotion is attached to my account for proof
