      This bank charged me for my auto loan twice, and they claim they do not have the capability to give me my money back electronically. It would take them 6-7 days to send me a check in the mail and then additional time for the check to go from Columbus Ohio to northern Minnesota. They filed a complaint on my behalf and said it would take 6-7 days to process the complaint to even get a return phone call from somone. They claimed that I should call my main bank who I have banked with for decades and have them put a stop payment for the money that they pulled from my account without consent.

      I had my vehicle loan through Huntington, and it required me calling customer service 100 times for them to send me a title transfer packet. However, along with the transfer, I also needed to change my last name. That being said, I refinanced because I was never mailed the correct information or told the correct information. It has now been 2.5 months since the process started, and my title has still not been transferred because my new bank has yet to see the lien release documents. The documents were sent out at the end of September, and I received my end of them on October 3. I understand that things can be lost in the mail, but when you've called customer service multiple times for the documents to be resent and they still haven't been delivered, it's a problem. Everyone I have talked to outside of Huntington has stated that this issue is uncommon and suspicious. The bank and I have called customer service and both received different answers each time. At this point, I should not have to be dealing with this. I can no longer drive my vehicle due to Kentucky canceling my registration, and my husband and I are down to one vehicle, which is a challenge because we both work full time and operate on different schedules. The last time I called, I spoke to a manager, and she spoke to me as if I don't know how things operate, as if I have never had to mail anything before. I do not foresee myself ever banking with them again.

      I recently had the chance to use **** ****** asset recovery services, and I have to say that their professionalism and efficiency really impressed me. I was scammed, and I felt very foolish and guilty about myself when they rejected my withdrawal. Before contacting rose__hoover__90__AT__gmail__.__com, I was unable to obtain aid or have my money returned.       Terrible zero Stars they have been putting fraudulent charges on my account. They're locked my card several times putting me in terrible positions well out of state two different times they lock my card at will and there is no customer service whatsoever

      I have been trying to get a lien release on a vehicle that has been paid off for 3 years. it has been 3 weeks and still no lien releases the manager *** laketon claims she has been in the banking industry for 10 years and she has never seen anyone get lien release signed on title claims it has to be mailed. They then mail me a letter saying account is closed nothing about the vehicle being paid off. I buy alot of vehicles It has never gotten such a run around just trying to get a lien release it is a simple email.. ***************************** Anyone who does business with them please understand they love to waste a lot of your time. terrible business!!

      August 15 I was on my way on a weekly vacation with my family. I realized I had some fraudulent charges on my debit card the following day so I immediately canceled the card and was issued a new one with the temporary credit. I spoke with a representative and clearly told her that I must have dropped the debit card at the gas station and somebody must have picked it up and decided to use it that same day with multiple purchases to gas stations and a big purchase from *******. We seem to have been on the same page because clearly I was out of town when this took place. A few weeks later, they decided to reverse the temporary credit claiming that I said the card was in my possession when it was stolen they also mentioned that they were purchases That came out from my debit card and I clearly stated that I have a subscription from ****** so I get automatic payments taken out from my debit card so I didnt have it in my possession. It was on their files. I have spoken with three representatives, including a manager, claiming that they are going to reopen the case and there shouldnt be a problem but here I am waiting for the last three weeks for my money to be put back in my account. They continue to tell me theyre going to review it or they backtrack and say theyre going to review it or maybe open it again its absolutely ridiculous and Im fed up and I didnt want to have to file a complaint against this company, but this is what it come to. *******

      Bought a new truck and the dealership chose this bank to finance me through. Worst mistake I ever made, this bank is unwilling to do anything work with you in any manner. I never received any information and had to reach back out to the dealership to figure out how to make my payments. By the time I figured it out I was late and they would not work with me at all. I have perfect payment history and near perfect credit and they still told me to get lost. I will be refinancing my truck somewhere else so I do not have to deal with these people.

      I would give them no stars if I could. On July 30th overpaid my standby cash they allow by $126.00. I called customer service and was told they would reset my stand by cash and thr money would be available the next week. This went on until Aug 16th when I was very upset. I was then told they were doing a refund of my money. I was give a case ID number and told the money would be available by Aug 23rd. I called on Aug 23rd when the money did not come in and was told they were sorry but the money would be settled on August 29th. On August 29th I called and was told they were very sorry but a superior had approved the money to be released tomorrow morning. The persons was not able to give me the supervisors name or any contact information as they said it was not in the system that way. At this point I am furious that it has taken a month to get my money back. I called at 10 am on August 30th and was told that now I would not be getting my money back. That it eas applied to my stand by loan and I should have been told that a while ago. The lady apologized for her co-works not understanding the situation. This was upsetting and scary. I spoke to a total of 11 customer services agents and out of them only 1 understood the situation and it took me a month to reach that one. I am closing my accounts. I recommend you stay away from Huntington Bank. Theo ***** do not understand the inter working of their own company. I no longer trust them with my money
