if I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible service. fraud charges were made to my account and my account was foreclosed and I had no idea about it. I was never notified. Nothing. This is ridiculous considering I have been a loyal customer to ********************** for almost 10 years. I wouldnt recommend this bank to my worst enemy. I realized my account was closed by myself at the worst possible time. I was in a car accident and needed an **** and that was how I realized. When I called they at first to even tell me why my account was closed. I had to demand to be transferred to a supervisor.

I love banking with Huntington, I will just say that right up front, however, I had to place a phone call this morning at 10:58 AM to the fraud department having to do with suspicious activity on my bank card. I called the number provided to me and the man that I had to deal with Was very rude and disrespectful to me treating me like a child and making me feel very stupid. I live in ******** and the call was during 10:58 AM.The Huntington National Bank

Huntington does not have good security at all. My debit card was compromised 4 times in 3 years. Then someone was able to get my account number, had checks made and wrote checks and endorsed with their own name. Huntington not only did not launch an investigation, they sent a letter with forms for me to fill out to lodge a complaint. There was a deadline on the letter which was after the date of receipt. They ended up closing my account without warning. That is fine because when the fraudulent check was issued, I switched banks. I had left the account in frozen status because I was told it would be investigated. Now, I am glad they went in and closed it. It saves me the bother of making it official. Nonetheless, they made me feel like I was at fault when it was so clear that the check was fraudulent! I cannot deal with a bank that does not care about their customers and have moved on.The Huntington National Bank

Worst bank when asking for letter faxed texted or emailed. I never heard of banks who cannot give explanation or send letter threw email or text but can email alerts to coustmer s I advice people not to use themThe Huntington National Bank

I have been bombarded for months with emails saying I was pre-approved for a refinance of my vehicle and got a credit card. I decide to call about the refinance. I give all my info, they do a credit pull, and deny me. NOTHING in my credit report is different except my income has increased. I relocated in April so they are declining for residency? I have a hard credit pull on my report now. I will never apply for anything with Huntington again and I'm considering moving all my money out of Huntington and closing all accounts.The Huntington National Bank

Huntington bank had a promotional ad saying if you open up a Huntington business checking account and follow the requirements which I did. They will give you $1000. This was over six months ago. I have made seven separate trips into the bank to try to get this issue resolved With absolutely no luck . This was the ************** branch in ************** ****. The branch manager is **** **********. And he is the one who open the account up for me and he is also the one not following up on his commitment to get my money, This has been one of the most frustrating things I have ever had to deal with at any bank ever. I will be closing out all my accounts with ********************** and moving in somewhere where people follow up on what they say.The Huntington National Bank

I went ahead to apply for a mortgage and was not satisfied with the outcome for what they were able to provide for me so I let the gentleman I worked with know that I did not want to proceed forward. They don't have a mortgage person in office full time but I was able to work with him over the phone through one of their "financial relationship bankers" - I allowed the process to go forward to see what my options are. Since I have told them (at 9am this morning) I am not interested in proceeding forward I have received text from three different mortgage companies as well as been called by 5 different mortgage companies (its now noon). So it a matter of 3 hours my phone has been blown up and its clear my information was sent out to multiple mortgage companies when I never gave permission for them to do so. I in fact, sent a documented email telling them I don't allow my information to be given anywhere and I never signed anything or Okay'd anything saying they can or will. This is my first time working with Huntington Bank, and based off of this one interaction alone I will never do business with, nor will I ever recommend this bank.The Huntington National Bank

I had received a call from the bank saying I didn’t have enough money in my account and that I had to pay for checks. I said you must be mistaken, looked my account up online and the money I had in my annuity was gone. I told person on the phone that I would be right down. Went down to the bank and was being helped by a bank helper and she started investing who took my money out, but in the mean time this person suggested either my husband or I had taken it out, which I should have some kind of paper trail which there wasn’t one either side. She said she would investigate further and let me know what she found out. As she was investigating and wasn’t finding out what happened to it, she kept coming up empty. Then all of a sudden the money had showed back up but no one’s being held responsible for it and this was all going on for several weeks. Finally I pulled all my business out of the bank and changed to another bank, but I had been with Huntington for more than 20 years. All they could say was they were sorry and they would have changed banks to if this had happened to them. This is a poor excuse and not very business like. I really think someone should have been accountable for this, so it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. ThanksThe Huntington National Bank
