The absolute worst customer service on the planet! Literally the worst *********** Don't bother trying to communicate with them either.

I was given an opportunity to have a ***** ************* Card. I thought it came from my ***** dealer. All communication came in as *****. It made sense since my family fleet of vehicles is *****. I applied and of course was approved. I used the card for services and would pay on time auto withdrawal. It came from Comenity Bank and not ***** Pursuits, so i stopped the payment. I checked and realized it was Comenity Bank and Not *****. I repaid and called ********** to re pay. They couldn't and told me to call Comenity Bank and request Withdrawal. after 3 attempts, Comenity couldn't withdraw, I then called ******************** confirmed they will accept withdrawals. Comenity couldn't resolve and withdraw. I mailed a check on 2/11, and they still haven't received my check. They reported me to the credit bureau and killed my credit. i was 790 score. They also charged me late fees. this is a predatory bank. I called again and they asked for a debit card to make payment. It still doesn't show i paid and they did a debit charge on my debit card. I expect past due payments to be credited to me and they remove the negative late payment on my credit report. I will be contacting ***** Corporate and the dealership that they should be cautious of the consumer card. My mistake for falling into this trap. it's a scam they do this, so they get more in late fees. their systems are a fraud.

************. Never go with them. Had a balance of 750 but interest of $1800 added on because my promotional APR was over. SCAM artist here. avoid them at all cost. They said the interest is on the entire balance. What a scam company!

Horrible business, bad service. I paid my entire balance last month, and they charged me late fees for two months. Also, the whole time I was on the phone, they would not let me speak and kept talking over me until I raised my voice. I will never do business with them again or with anyone who uses them.

I signed up for ***** Beauty card through Comenity Bank. After my husband lost his job, I had to enroll in a hardship program for my payments. Since early 2024, Comenity has been taking the payments out of my account, but listing each month as unpaid. This has resulted in me being unenrolled from the hardship payment plan on three different occasions due to non-payment. I REPEAT: THEY ARE TAKING PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND MARKING MY ACCOUNT AS UNPAID. This has been going on for almost a year. My credit score has taken a massive hit, but every month they are still taking automatic payments from my bank account. They are now refusing to review my account because I have "defaulted too many times".

This is the worse CC I have ever dealt with. All my payments conveniently posted the day after they were due although sent 2 weeks before payment was due. Went on their website to make a payment so I wouldn't get charged another late fee and got charged $30.00 for returned check. Talking to a supervisor is a waste of time. They don't listen. They don't help and they hang up on you. Everything about their practices says fraud.

Every time and I mean EVERY time I try to log into Comenity *************** to pay my credit card I get an error and it eventually locks me out. I am forced to pay my bill without being able to look at a statement and therefore have no idea what my current balance or interest rate is at the time. I even have my password written down because I always thought I was forgetting my password but it's their website. I have paid countless late fees because I would try to wait the lock down out to try and see my statement first. One of the WORST credit sites in existence.

I have had the same experience as ***** *. and I would recommend not signing up for an in-store credit card facilitated by Comenity Bank should it be offered. I signed up in Ulta and I was never mailed nor emailed a receipt, statement, or registration for my account. I have no way of logging in and settling my outstanding bill, however it continues to accrue interest and late fees and wreck my credit score. All over a measly $60. This company is a nightmare and I have no reason to believe their deflection tactics are not intentional.

Charged me for a ******* membership in December, I called as soon as I got the bill and closed account Jan 21, sent check right away to pay off charge. On February 11th, I received another bill for late fee. They held on to my check until it was late and then put through an electronic transfer from my bank instead of cashing check. They are thieves. I had a few credit cards with them for specialty stores and I have now canceled all that were sponsored by this bank. I dont doubt that they will try something like this again. The representative basically threatened me that Id better pay the $30 or else. Crooks! Get rid of their cards as Im sure Im not the only one they have pulled this on.
