      Service was great at Zales store but all I want to do is activate my Comenity card and set up my online payment. Everyone I have talked to are idiots. Something so simple but can not get it done on the phone or online. Dropped calls and call back later bull.... Save your self some stress and go somewhere else or don't use this credit card.

      I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A ZERO BALANCE LETTER FOR MY BOOTBARN ACCOUNT FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS. IF THEY EMAIL IT GOES TO MY INBOX IN MY ONLINE ACCOUNT. DUE TO AN UPDATE THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS I CANNOT GET TO THIS MAIL BOX. I WAS TOLD IT COULD BE FAXED, I RECIEVED ONLY COVER SHEETS... CUSTOM SERVICE SAID IT WAS MAILED A WEEK AGO. HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. I URGENTLY NEED THIS LETTER FOR A HOME LOAN. IT IS THE LAST ITEM I NEED FOR THIS LOAN.. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOM AT ALL.

      SCAM. Unable to pay or call since mid June. I have never missed a payment, cant see my account, no one answers the phone and my only outlet was to contact them via the twitterverse. No response, unsurprisingly. This company has bought out almost every card I have and I fear this is a hack. I cannot believe there is no class action suit against this company yet. Covid caused many credit scores to plummet and instead of helping this company seems to revel in taking advantage of a technical issue on their end to scam customers out of late fees.

      THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!!!!Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!!!!!!!!! I kept calling to tell them Im not receiving statements, they claim to keep sending and wont remove late fees! How am I supposed to know when it was due without any notice?! I never received my store card, they confirmed it was never activated, made 1 purchase, bal of $90 and they really accuse me of trying to stiff them! I can tell you if I was, it would not be for $90!!!!

      ************* is a fraudulent bank. I have never used Cominity MasterCard. The account is supposed to be closed. Called 3 times. Once they couldnt find my account. The next time they said system was being upgraded and they couldnt pull anything up. I asked for supervisor in fraud ***** She said all she could do was write up a fraud report to go to another ***** Said it would take up to 90 days to complete. Meanwhile these fraud charges will remain on my account with interest adding up. I have no idea who made these charges or where they came from and they didnt care. The charges totaled over $688. I am reporting them to the credit bureau, BBB as well as the police. This is absolutely ridiculous and unlawful. WARNING!!! DO NOT USE COMINITY BANK FOR ANYTHING!!! BEWARE!!!!

      I have a Avenue card through Comenity Bank and they have fixed their pages to cut off time for payments so they can charge you a late fee. I think this is so wrong. So if you don't pay your **** before 5:00pm on that day you will be charged $35.00. This company needs to charged with a Class Action for all the wrong they are doing to their customers. They shut down their website so you can't make a payment on the weekend. I payment is due on the 16th and now the website is shut down. CLASS ACTION COMPLAINT COMING!!!

      Wish I could leave a no-star rating. I have about 3 cards through Comenity and I have been having nothing but trouble with all of them lately. Their system was down a lot, they are charging me late fees before my payment was due and paid. One place shows no payment due another says past due. I am working diligently to get these cards paid off and cancelled. Who needs this type of credit and seemingly bank fraud?

      *************** offered Comenity Bank Credit Card, offering better Tier ratings as a resort/casino player, as card is used.Before I activated the card, I tried calling the number on the back of the card, pretending that I was someone who had a lost/stolen card. I wanted to see how their customer service was. I called multiple times. I NEVER GOT TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN. I immediately cancelled the card before I even activated it. Upon doing more research on Comenity Bank, I saw there were A LOT of complaints for BJs customer using ********************** cards from Comenity Bank. Just a warning: stay clear of them.

      This is the worse banking company I have ever used! Their site was down for service upgrades for over 3 weeks, phones unanswered when called, and their websites are down to make payments. Due to this, they put a $30 late fee charge on my account and are unwilling to remove the charge, when I was unable to make the payment in that time. I have NEVER had a late payment on any account I have. I will no longer be using the accounts I have linked with this bank. It is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company! And I would absolutely never recommend them.

      J **** Account trying to get back my credit money lying with them . No body helping on line or on phone . just asking to call back every time . when called store they say we have nothing to do with it
