      This is the worst bank, I have an account with them I called for the information and the guy never told me the information, I paid the full amount and now they sent the interest for the full purchased, I felling that they stolen my money, and I called and they refused to take out the interest, please this is a bank,I thought that we can trust of them but no, they are thiefs, so please don't use this bank

      ????I think this calls for an investigation by the fdic on banking ethics and fraud business practicities. The last time I connected with the ******* AG about some bank practices they got involved immediately. And resolved the problem very quickly. What I see here is a very bad banking business. Ihave been threatened with notifying the 4 credit reporting of my credit and until now I and my wife maintain 815 to 820 rating of our credit. We pride ourselves having good credit. Their rating of one star is pretty bad for a bank and now I heard they are losing a large commercial account business with the cc company they represent.

      Worst company to get a credit card from. They will charge you for **************** they can. I paid my FULL balance prior to my due date yet the following month I was still charged interest? I argued with their customer service for days and still got no resolution. Their rewards are always having some type of issue where you cant use them without any compensation for their mistakes and errors.

      BAD,BAD paid my balance off and closed the account and still gave me a late fee. If you wanna pay on the phone with them they charge ****. Will not even go in to detail how this card has been the worst one to try and pay. NEVER GET IT!!!

      Dont bother applying to this bank this bank *****. I have a credit score of 720 Ive got a debt to income ratio of 20% and these clowns denied me. I close my BJs account with the store.

      1) My payment is due 6pm EST or its late? The internet doesn't close at 6pm EST, this is a ridiculous practice. 2) I received a late fee for paying my bill on the due date 6pm MST. Literally 2hrs late and they wouldn't reverse the late fee.3) I had to change my address over the phone because the website wouldn't accept my new address, however, my statement STILL went to the old address and resulted in a late fee. When I called to dispute the late fee they still has the old address on file.4) I can't log in to pay my bill and they want to charge me $9.00 to pay over the phone.Don't use this bank if you don't HAVE to!

      Been trying to get $4,639 back from Comenity that was misposted to the wrong account since May 16, 2021. Twice they had our refund in que and twice somebody made the decision to withdraw that request. Nobody at Comenity knows where the money went. They opened an investigation, weve sent copies of the cashed check they received, and every time we call wanting an update we get someone completely new and they give us a completely different excuse as to what may have happened to the funds. They opened the investigation on June 17 and say they need 90 days to complete it. Called last week and they tell us the. 90 days started anew on August 17 because of an error on their part. Never again will we do business with Comenity.

      While there have been ongoing issues with the system migration and upgrades Comenity has put customers like me thru Im writing regarding a specific issue with my *** credit card that I have emailed twice, called 4 times on different occasions (one call lasting 57 minutes and at this point all I have is a complaint # that has been filed and not addressed for more than 2 weeks. On 8/19/2022 I redeemed my credit card rewards for 6 tickets to a ********* Packers vs ** Vikings game taking place on 9/11. The company redeemed my ****** points but never provided the tickets. *** requested multiple times and in multiple ways to receive the ****** reward points back in my account and to date I have received no resolution. Im escalating to request assistance with getting resolution. Im happy to provide all details and screen shots of the issue. Additionally I have been a credit card holder since 2012. The service from Come its is the worst I have every experienced. Help please. ***** L

      They will put charges on your account when you have paid off the account. They will block your online service so you are unable to see how they are adding these charges.

      Worst company ever! Have an Ulta Comenity Mastercrd. Sent them a check to pay off my card and they said they never got the check even though they cashed it. I had to send them documentation which took them 2 months to adjust their records and they charged me ALL the finance charges saving me NO money. Now it's paid off and they are not reporting it to the credit bureau. Haven't updated since May and they say their system is getting a significant update which affects their online ************** and the automated phone system, as well as the Care Centers, so functions are temporarily disrupted. Get it together!!!
