      On 07/13/2022 I paid my comenity bank master card off $1499. My statement closed on 7/15/2022. The last time comenity bank updated my balance with the credit reporting agencies. TransUnion, ****************** etc was 6/18/2022. Today 7/29/2022 and they still have not updated my balance. I called customer service a lot still no help. Its looking like I wont have updated for July at all. I was told many different things like they have to report every 30 days to the credit reporting agencies. I had this card for 3 years never had this problem before but due a bad system update I have to deal with this. This is a bad problem for me.

      Ulta commenity Mastercard is a farce. My wallet was stolen on June 23, 2021 and I keep calling the fraud department they wont do anything about it. I have called several times and been on hold over an hour. This is not acceptable something g needs to be done.

      So I've had a playstation card for years never a problem paid on time always paid over the monthly ****. That was with ************* I guess *********** sold the rights to this HORRIBLE BANK. I'm doing my thing one week in the mail I get a increase cool kept it moving then can't use my card. What I know I have money for the card tried checking online don't work tried calling NO answer. I had to wait till my next **** came in to see that they closed my account no notice no reason. The **** shows my balance and the limit. But it also show how much the availability that at 0. In the only reason I'm really mad is like I said in the beginning its a Playstation card I earn point with anything ***** And I had a chance to get the PS5 on the card in it declined I used another card but they are Horrible dont get anything from this bank

      I have 2 accounts with this bank. I just got 2 August statements indicating I did not pay July's **** and they added a late charge. Both accounts indicate they received my July payment when you call their automated phone call, as well as the payments show going out of my bank on time. I have been unable to reach them by phone, and I can see why their phones are so busy, or maybe they just aren't answering them. I don't believe this is a coincidence, I think this is an intentional scam. They also harassed me by phone for payments I already made. I may write back to ask the BBB for assistance if I do not get through today. This is a frustrating waste of time.

      I opened an account with alphaeon for my dental needs but could not make a payment. First, they never send me a physical card the number on which is required for online login. Then they never send me a statement in the mail. I had to obtain my balance from my dentist. Tried to call comenity to make a payment first was on hold for over an hour, when finally got to a person to get hung up on. Had to ask my dentist to make a refund perhaps it would cover the payment due, that did not work. Sent a personal check to the address on the website, check never cleared. Finally reached someone out over email, a rep said she escalated my concern among 6 others and mine was the only one that they continue to ignore. All while late fees are occurring. Phone line is down, website is not working, and they went ahead with reporting me to the credit bureaus a week before I supposed to close on a house, destroyed my credit to the point that I was denied mortgage. I tried to file a credit dispute its not only came back in the banks favor, but they reported another late payment to the credit bureaus for the second month in a row. After trying every avenue possible I still could not make a payment, all while comenity is continuing charging me fees and keep reporting to the credit bureaus. Today, I drove to my dentist and had her call the provider customer service line which they actually answer, the rep refused to talk to me because I was a customer and not a provider. After literally begging her to take my money she agreed to accept my payment. She also claimed that the address they had on file did not have an apartment number while the dentist`s end of the account shows my correct address.NEVER EVER GIVE THIS BANK YOUR BUSINESS!

      They are horrible. I accidentally sent a payment to an old closed out account. Normally when that happens the payment will bounce back, not with this horrible institution. I have called several times and all they tell me is we dont have that account. Instead of sending me to the dispute department I have to write a letter and wait 30 days to perhaps get the money back. My current bank said if its not returned by next week they will go after them. A real yo-yo bank.

      These people will charge a late fee of 35 dollars every month, it doesnt matter if you pay 5 days before your payment is due.Ive called on the phone person to person and been told there will be no late fee charge and like clock work, the late fee appears every month!

      Lane ****** and ************** are scam artists. Not sure if it's intentional, but they do not send you your first statement before your due date, therefore ensuring late charges. Even if you dispute the charge, they will reverse it but leave a $2 charge. You cannot pay just the $2. Oh no.. minimum payment option is $35. Even when you request the card be canceled, they do not cancel the card. Meanwhile, when you believe everything had been taken care of... BOOM.. $100+ dollars is owed in late charges. I PAID MY **** IN FULL AND STILL GOT LATE FEES. How can they continue to get away with this? SCAM ARTISTS, ILLEGAL LATE FEES

      ALL Comenity Cards are horrible! Ive been out of state since April, I didnt have my card with me, I couldnt get online cause error message that my info was incorrect, really?! I finally found a number to call, so I paid my account in full, only to receive notice of late fee and interest charge. Tried going online again only to constantly come across them having issues. By the time I got thru on phone again amount had doubled. Im being charged for something that is their fault. Ive now paid the interest twice, being told the late fee would be waiver, yet my account isnt being adjusted and this is now an ongoing cycle with them and its effecting my excellent credit report!! How is a company allowed to ripe off their customers this way?! Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. I want to close this account!! Trying to do the right thing has never cost me so much as this card has and continues to ripe me off. Ive read several reviews and it seems to be a pattern with this company. How are they allowed to continue?

      I wish I had known about this bank before I agreed to open a store account at Bealls in *******.I find it rather shocking that a nice store would even associate with such an unprofessional organization.I opened my account on June 7, 2022 and was issued a temporary card. I waited a few weeks to receive my permanent card which never came. I then started calling the phone # on the back of the temp card but could not get through to anyone. I went online and got the message about their issues at that time and not being able to help. I waited another week and started calling again. I finally got through to a rep in ******* who was very helpful. She found that my card had been sent to my original address which was 3 years old. I gave my current address when I signed up, so I don't understand how that happened. I was concerned about paying my **** on time and asked when my statement would arrive. She said everything would be corrected and resent. She said I wouldn't be able to set up my account online until I received my permanent card with the account # on it in order to pay online so I waited for the new card and statement to arrive. I finally got the card about a week ago, but the statement didn't come until about a week later and included a $30 late fee and an interest charge. This really made me angry so I called the # on back of the card again and was told it would be a long wait. I waited for 14 minutes and then was disconnected. I then went online to set up my account and sent a message through to complain. I haven't heard anything back so far. When setting up the online account I was asked to confirm my email address which I tried to do but got a warning message that the site was unsafe and potentially open to scammers! What kind of bank is this? I plan on paying this off and cancelling the account! I will also be notifying the store about this issue and would hope they drop them.
