      Applied for Bath Bed and Beyond credit card in response to add to get discounted price/prices. Got a letter from Comenity, saying to call and verify info (for approval) and they'll " move forward" Was put on lengthy hold(to be answered by next available rep. ******* recording (not rep) came on saying follow instructions ( which were to call) on letter and write to bank. Big joke!!!! Why even ask people to apply?!!! I have an excellent credit rating. If you can't run a business, just fold. DON'T greatly aggravate people and waste their time!

      They are the worse, I have credit card from helzburg whose partners with them. I sent transfer check to avoid the extra fees and they never posted the check to my account and then tacked on all the extra fees. They had the check just sitting in account my bank had to investigate where it went. They never acknowledged their mistake and there representatives has very bad customer service. I was actually just on the phone before I came on here asking how do I get a interest charge on a account that's zero balance? With a late fee and their representative hung up on me. There based out of the west coast but wants to operate on east coast time to charge extra on fees. This banks needs to be investigated.

      Used Comenity bank for *****'s Galleria of Jewelry credit card. Poor user interface, online site sporadic in being available and slow response times. Signed up for automatic payments to not have to worry about monthly payments, but their system does not have the ability to check if a bank account is valid. Even though all **** of America accounts have account numbers **** they do not have in place system checks, therefore resulted in a "return check" fee (which was to their credit valid, as no account did exist).The frustration comes in that they wait to freeze the account and send a paper mailer to inform that this has occurred, rather than use phone, email, or their internal "secure message portal" to try to inform the customer there may be an error. Instead, it continues to do autopay until they automatically freeze the account. They were not willing/able to waive the $30 return check fee, the most they could do is waste two hours time walking through how their disparate systems work and why those other communication options were not used. Would not recommend doing business with this bank.

      This is an absolute joke. They started charging me finance and interest charges when I stopped using my card. I had a $80 balance and next time I look its $380. No one will help

      ******************** is awful! Not one representative seems to be on the same page. Each representative gives different details each time you call. You dont always get a live person. Some times, the system hangs up on you. You make payments. They appear on your statement. They confirm that you made the payment, but for some reason, the payment remains in pending status for more than a month. They tell you to email them to provide proof that the transaction cleared your bank account, but the email never goes through. I will never use my Jared ******************** card again. They truly are the worst.

      I am a retired attorney and former CEO of several companies. Recently we received a letter from this company claiming they could not process our RUE21 Rewards Credit Card because there was a security/credit freeze on our credit bureau report. Problem : WE NEVER APPLIED FOR FOR THE CREDIT CARD! Absolutly unacceptable! Clearly this was either a fraudulent attempt to obtain a credit card without the bank doing its due diligence or the bank not following proper bank protocol. The letter also stated we should remove our credit freeze. What! Had it not been for the freeze it would have resulted in a credit card illegally issued under our names. BUYERS BEWARE.

      The Worst I have ever dealt with. ******************************* is a joke. I borrowed for a dental procedure they gave me a line of credit, i immediately closed the account. The still over paid the dentist by almost $2,000 and refuse to dispute the charge. I continue to request they fix the over charge and they do nothing except send form letters. If it's not to late stay away.

      HORRIBLE! Since Comenity took over Wayfair's credit card department, it's been a PAIN. I paid off and closed my account in July 2022 since the payments rarely ever went towards principle and took a lot longer to pay off than original agreement with Wayfair. When I paid my account I did not receive a statement for 07/2022 to reflect. Instead they jumped to 08/2022 and said I suddenly had interest fees, when I have a $0 balance & no available credit, because again, the account is closed. Or supposed to anyway. Then came September, I receive a bill with 2 late fees and more interest since I never received the August invoice.

      ************** should be shut down. Four times I have paid them on my monthly creditcard ******************** and when I paid them thousands of dollars, which I owed, they only credited my account for twentyfive dollars. Also I mailed them my payment one time and they held it until cashing it so I had to pay interest. I believe people should get together and have a legal team ************** bank until it is totally shut down and gone. I also believe the people who are involved in this horrible business should be put in jail for the rest of their lives!
