      Online card account interface still not working. Login site proudly proclaims it's back up and running. It is not. All attempts to login are fruitless. Banner at the top of the page alleges you can use their easy pay set up - something I've not been interested in doing at any point, but in the spirit of paying my **** on time have attempted to use. After a great deal of loading time and thumb twiddling finally get to the payment submit option and am met with a "Page Not Found." Called customer service to pay **** and after a great deal of frustrating circular and pointless menu hopping from their automatic menu system am finally sent to customer service so I can pay my **** only to find that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. Tells me to call back at a later time when they're not as busy. Will attempt to log on again in 24 hours. If unsuccessful will file a formal complaint.

      The worst, lower than zero customer care representative supervisor was rude and this was after trying to talk to somebody to resolve my issues going on 4 hours. The supervisor just suggested to write a billing dispute because they have been undergoing system upgrade, maintenance, glitz, each call a different excuse; call back next week, meanwhile they are collecting your money. Badly needs customer service training.

      I have an Overstock credit card account with Comenity and I can't get anywhere with customer service to even pay my promotional plan. The promotional plans are set up to expire before a customer can pay them off unless additional payments are made each month and the consumer calls customer service to re-allocate those additional funds to the promotional plan, which I did. I used to have no problem but now I get the run around because the customer service agents don't know how, or don't have the authority, or just don't want to do it. I have tried for over 6 weeks, I get excuses that maintenance is in progress, it takes hours or days to re-allocate the funds, and the secure message center with the bank does not answer at all. I would not recommend Comenity for anything especially customer service.

      I had a issue with Comenity Bank regarding a change of due date. I previously had an account with Way fair and had no problems paying on or paying off my account with them. Then Way fair gave or sold my account to Comenity Bank. I contact Comenity Bank to ask for a change in my due date, but every time I called Comenity Bank I was always told that they couldn't change my due date which made me keep getting late charges. I finally gave up and decided that I would just stop paying it which really didn't help me because they sold the account to a collections company. I just never understood why I couldn't change my due date with Comenity. Comenity Bank is not a work with you type of business!

      Im account has been blocked for the past 3 weeks. I cant use my card or speak to a live person to see what the problem is.

      My experience with Comenity Bank is by the worst bank to have any dealings with. They will tell you your payment is late and charge late fees. My payments were automatically made by my bank and were made a week before payment due date. I made my final payment after paying numerous late fees and closed my account and still received late fees. Do not use this BANK.

      I am dealing with this bank through Sephora, beauty supply stores and I am being charge for something that I already paid for. I called them and spent an hour and a half on the phone to have them tell me that they can't find my payment in their system and that their website is down and won't be back up until a month from now. In the meantime, my Sephora account is now delinquent, because of the charge that I already paid and there is nothing that I can do. I tried getting in my account but could not, it doesn't recognize my credentials, so I have no idea what exactly is being charged on my account. I do have proof that I made the payment in an email they sent me on April 28, 2022 to say that they had received the $103.95 and also from my bank account, showing it went through on May 7, 2022, but they can't give me an email address for me to send it to them!?I am going to close my account when this is resolved, I don't need that kind of headaches in my life.

      **************** is a joke..I was double billed this week.After spending 1 hour on hold to try and straighten it out.Bottom line is, I was told it would be sent for a review that would take up to a month.No, returning my money to my bank account.
