I had a terrible experience with this bank. They overcharged me unfairly as they represent *** Jewelers.

This company gave me 2 credit cards. With me thinking the last card is real card, I had a balance on the old card. Last week, they stated I owed ***** on the old card. I called today to pay the ***** and the **** told me I owed ******. I was very upset and asked for a manager. She stated I owed ******. This company will get over on consumers if you are wise enough to see what they are doing. I feel I only owe ***** not ******. I plan to file a complaint .

I paid off my card and months later, I was hit with interest and late fees for that interest. The interest... $4.16. The late fees $46. They never attempted to contact me. The only way I found out was through a credit card telling me my credit score dropped. This place is predatory and greedy. Do not do business with them. Yes I did want to give them zero stars but the system only allows a minimum of 1

'Had *** Extra *********** for over 10 years. 'Never made a late payment. Suddenly Comenity puts a security lock (random?) on my account, and even after I assure them all transactions are good and mine, they demand copies of W-4s, passport, social security card sent by mail. They say they won't even let me _close the account_ unless I provide these dicuments. I trust neither the post office nor the bank with these documents at this point. They get hacked, and someone has ALL my docus? ****. I've paid off the card and it can sit there unused until they close it. This card beame awful when ******** sold to Comenity. If you're thinking about getting a Comenity card, go elsewhere. **************** is AWFUL. Interest rates are AWFUL. Definitely NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. ******! BEWARE!!!

********** ever. I paid off my account through electronic transaction in October to the same account number I used in September. They claimed they couldnt find the payment. I sent in proof of payment and finally got a letter in January stating that they located the check and would apply it to my account and up all late charges with the 4 credit bureaus. Then in March I received another letter stating that they cant find the payment! Finally got through to customer service who basically just reads what is on screen and says the first letter is wrong and I have to pay the balance and says the dispute is closed. When I ask to be transferred to a supervisor the call gets dropped. WORST BANK EVER!! Do not take their cards.

I had a Hot Topic store card provided by these shady people. Hot Topic recently closed all customers **********************. I paid my account balance in full just to find out they sent out another statement with money owed. The amount was hidden residual interest fees that i wasnt able to see anywhere. I called them up just to find out they wouldnt do anything about it. And their customer service team loves to talk over you and tell you that youre wrong. This company is terrible and should be investigated about their business practices.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst company do not get a card from them. I got a card from children's place through them and I have had nothing but issues when it comes to trying to pay them. My statements never came for 3 months in a row despite updating the address each time. I would call in and pay them not knowing my due date. I finally paid them off and got a bill for debit late fee, late fee, service charge fees after the account was paid off a month later. I called in and the agent refused to help me until I said I was writing a review on BBB. I was able to get one fee off and just paid the rest off to be done with them. Do not go through them they will ruin your credit and charge bogus fees.

They represent ******** secret. I made a payment on April 2nd it is now April 7th and they say i do not have any credit on my card When I look at my statement on line it says I have over 600 dollars available to use. This is the second time they have done this to me. I was told I am supposed to be getting a master card through them in the store also. They are pulling scams on people and it needs to be stopped.

Beyond horrible. In the process of settling my mom's estate, it came to light that she was owed a refund of over $600.00 from Comenity for her AAA ***** After several attempts they issued a check in the name of her estate. After depositing the check in her estate account, it was RETURNED by Comenity. I called Comenity and no one could tell me why... nor for the most part did their non-US-based support speak English competently. The check was re-issued and subsequently returned AGAIN by Comenity after being deposited a second time. Still no resolution.

**** ****** convinced me to apply for their card to get the discount since my purchase was expensive. Comenity bank declined me even though my credit score was in the high 800. This was so shocking. The reason they gave was because I have high income-debt ratio. That didnt affect my score for years. All my accounts are in great standing and never had anything behind.
