      I wish I had read all the bad reviews before I decided to get the Sephora ************** Card issued by Comenity ************. I have wasted many hours of time talking to different bank representatives and supervisors to resolve a reward **** card issue. Every single time I was misled and lied to and they never kept and honored the conversations and promises they made to me and the next representatives I talked to claimed they couldnt see anything noted on the system. So frustrating and disappointing to deal with this bank. Ive never experienced such with any other banks in my entire life. So upsetting.

      ********** I have ever had to deal with in my life. It takes 2+ months to resolve any issue, and they stalk my phone. They are rude and disrespectful every time! Do not use a credit card associated with this bank!!!

      I would give COMENITY BANK credit card services a 0 rating if possible.I have an excellent credit rating. I always pay off all my credit card balances each month and never have a problem with receiving the monthly statements.However, 2 times in 6 months I did not receive a paper bill from COMENITY BANK for my credit card. I then received a late charge. The first time I called and complained that I did not receive a bill and they would only give me 1/2 off the late fee. I dont use this credit card very often, and thought about canceling it, but decided to keep it . The 2nd time, I just decided to pay the $32 late feeI and I CANCELLED THE CARD. I called to complain and wrote a complaint about them saying they should refund the late fees. To my surprise, last week I did receive a full refund for the late fee charges. This week, I received a bill from them for a $2 minimum interest fee. THERE IS NO BALANCE! THE CREDIT CARD WAS CANCELLED! I will again call them but this is ridiculous. I strongly recommend no one use Comenity Bank. They must be a very poorly managed company to make this many mistakes.

      I paid off my Big Lots credit card several months ago. I paid the amount that the automated system I owed. Got rid of the card because the store went out of business. I am still getting bills for fees that are now well over $100. I called "customer service" and was escalated 4 times to someone who said that she was the final escalation and refused to help. I understand that if my final payment was late, there may have been a late fee added, but that was not reflected in the automated system. I am willing to pay that original late fee as I cannot confirm or deny it accuracy. They will not accept that and are continuing to add fees on top of fees.

      I wish I had checked this site before I took out a card through **********************. I have had nothing but trouble for the 3 months I've had the card. I am 83 years old and my first bill I misread the amount due of $39 as $30 which I paid by check. My mistake. I always pay off the full amount to avoid interest charges. The next month I charged a large amount for window replacement. When I got the next bill I was shocked to see over $100 in interest charged. I called and was told by both a service representative and the supervisor that they can charge daily interest on the new charges too. I said I would pay the full amount ( which I always intended) and wouldn't be using the account anymore. To make sure the payment was in on time I paid the full balance due as stated on the statement on their online site to close the account. That site also showed the same amount due. This month I got another bill for interest of $67, with no new charges made. When I called, talking to 2 different **** and also a supervisor I was told that this was residual interest, i.e from the time they made the statement to the date it was paid. When asked how I was supposed to know the true amount to close out the account they said I had to ask. Their site did not include any additional fees when I paid the total. They said they just changed the site so it now reflects the "residual interest fees." My concern now is, of course that these hidden fees will continue into next month. I have already paid $170 for a $9 error. WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES AND THEIR HIDDEN FEES. This also reflects very poorly on ******* to partner with this bank.

      This company stated allegedly my payment was one day late charging late fees on my account. They locked me out of my account and stated it wasn't associated with the credit card through their company. I was charged over $100 because they cashed my payment one day late even though it had plenty of time to be received. They find hidden ways to charge clients for money. It is a scam to have a credit card through this company.

      The worst thing that happened to me was ************** purchasing my ********* rewards credit card. Their customer service ***** if you can get a person who has a good command of the English language. Their interest rates are ridiculous.

      This company gave me 2 credit cards. With me thinking the last card is real card, I had a balance on the old card. Last week, they stated I owed ***** on the old card. I called today to pay the ***** and the **** told me I owed ******. I was very upset and asked for a manager. She stated I owed ******. This company will get over on consumers if you are wise enough to see what they are doing. I feel I only owe ***** not ******. I plan to file a complaint .

      I paid off my card and months later, I was hit with interest and late fees for that interest. The interest... $4.16. The late fees $46. They never attempted to contact me. The only way I found out was through a credit card telling me my credit score dropped. This place is predatory and greedy. Do not do business with them. Yes I did want to give them zero stars but the system only allows a minimum of 1
